Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the use of technical analysis in predicting stock price movements in Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE). The study also aimed to determine the implications of technical analysis of the efficiency of information on the Stock Exchange. The population in this study are listed companies on the Stock Exchange from 2006-2010. The data used in this study is the stock price data during the obser­vation period with the yield on the shares of profits (losses) of capital. Wilcoxon sign rank test used to differentiate stock returns using technical analysis with a passive in­vestment strategy. The results suggest that technical analysis is useful for predicting stock price movements on the Stock Exchange in the future. Furthermore, this result is an early indication that ISE is not weak form efficient market. In other words ISE is an inefficient market based on information. Abstract

This study aims to identify sexual dysfunction assessment instruments used in population-based studies of cancer patients. The method in this review used a systematic review that began in September - December 2023. Using Ebsco, Scopus, Proquest, and Pubmed databases, the results showed that instruments used to assess sexual dysfunction must have valid and reliable psychometric properties. Conclusion: the choice of sexual dysfunction assessment instrument depends on the type of study and the purpose of the study. Abstract

Investasi adalah penggunaan uang atau aset untuk menghasilkan keuntungan di masa depan. Bagi siswa, ini merupakan konsep penting untuk mempersiapkan masa depan yang lebih sejahtera. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan edukasi generasi muda jenjang menengah atas untuk lebih memahami tentang investasi. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di SMK Yadika 13 Tambun. Metode yang digunaan adalah dengan persentasi materi, tanya jawab dan diskusi mengenai investasi dengan seluruh peserta. Edukasi mengenai pengenalan, jenis investasi, cara memulai investasi, manajemen risiko dalam berinvestasi dan perencanaan melakukan investasi. Setelah pelaksaan ini berakhir, siswa SMK Yadika 13 Tambun sangat puas karena edukasi yang telah diberikan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman tentang investasi dan cara memilih investasi yang tepat dan aman, serta membantu siswa dalam memulai perencanaan investasi sejak dini

Abstract

Pelatihan service excelent untuk siswa-siswi di SMK Yadika 13 Tambun dalam rangka melaksanakan Catur Dharma perguruan tinggi yaitu kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat, ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi jenjang menengah kejuruan untuk lebih memahami tentang service excelent dan meningkatkan kompetensi siswa-siswi dalam pelayanan publik. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan secara tatap muka dengan persentasi materi, tanya jawab dan diskusi mengenai service excelent yang diikuti oleh 48 peserta. Tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan ini di SMK Yadika 13 Tambun. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, semua peserta kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat antusias, bersemangat, dan mempunyai motivasi yang tinggi mengikuti pelaksanaan kegiatan ini. Kedua, pemahaman siswa-siswi terkait service excelent semakin meningkat. Kegiatan pelatihan untuk pengembangan service excelent untuk siswa-siswi SMK Yadika 13 Tambun.

Abstract

Era digital ditandai dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin maju dan canggih. Kondisi ini juga terjadi di Indonesia. Dunia usaha di Indonesia telah banyak mengadopsi layanan digital tidak terkecuali dalam usaha Perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kepercayaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi risiko, persepsi biaya dan positive word of mouth (wom) terhadap minat menggunakan aplikasi Mobile Banking BCA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Responden diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner berupa google form di Whatsapp dan DM Instagram. Jumlah responden yang memenuhi kriteria pengguna Mobile Banking sebanyak 100 orang, terdiri dari 56 orang laki-laki dan 44 orang perempuan. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Inner Model dan Outer Model berdasarkan parsial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kepercayaan dan dan biaya berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menggunakan Mobile Banking BCA. Sedangkan persepsi kemudahan, risiko dan Positive WoM tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan Mobile Banking BCA..

Abstract

Kegiatan abdimas ini memberikan pengenalan Digital Marketing kepada pelajar jenjang kejuruan dimana lulusannya diharapkan dapat mandiri dengan berwirausaha. Tujuan  pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pengenalan sebagai bentuk kewirausahaan dini bagi pelajar jenjang menengah kejuruan untuk lebih memahami tentang Digital Marketing. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di SMK Yadika 13 Tambun. Metode yang digunaan adalah dengan persentasi materi, diskusi dan praktek membuat konten mengenai Digital Marketing kepada seluruh peserta. Pengenalan ini dimulai peran Digital Marketing, perbedaan tradisional marketing dan Digital Marketing serta content. Kegiatan abdimas ini berperan positif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam memulai beriwirausaha sejak dini.

Abstract

One of the concepts that need to be mastered by students at the high school level is the concept of solving a problem in learning geography. However, in fact, for the case of students at SMA Widya Nusantara Bekasi, especially in class X IPS 1, many still have difficulty in designing concepts in solving problems in learning geography, making it difficult for students to develop their creativity in solving problems in learning geography. This study is intended to stimulate students' creativity in solving problems so that they can develop their level of knowledge in learning geography. The method that will be used is to take a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) approach through the PBL (Problem Based Learning) model with qualitative data analysis of interactive models to place students in direct problem situations to be able to be active in finding solutions and think critically. From the model applied, researchers found changes in students' way of thinking in solving problems by conducting group discussions, students become active and exchange ideas in determining solutions in solving problems and can utilize developing technology in solving problems.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze factors that affect job satisfaction, namely leadership, skills and work environment on job satisfaction and its implications on employee performance. The data in this study uses primary data, which was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires through google forms. The sampling of this study uses saturated sampling techniques (census), so that the sample used in this study is all employees of PT KAI Karawang Branch which totals 94 people. The test stages carried out are: descriptive statistics, measurement model (outer model), structural model (inner model) and path analysis (path analysis). The testing tool used is SmartPLS. The results of this study show that the variables of leadership, skills and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job Satisfaction variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership variables, skills and work environment also have a direct effect on employee performance, but the influence is smaller than the indirect influence, namely through job satisfaction, so job satisfaction is a factor that mediates the influence of leadership, skills and work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

Retail stores are constantly trying to improve store atmosphere, service quality, and product diversity in order to survive and grow in this era of increasingly fierce competition. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of store atmosphere, service quality, and product diversity on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Gramedia stores in Bogor City. The analysis method for this research uses quantitative methods with primary data sources obtained through distributing questionnaires via google form with a sample of 150 respondents for validity, reliability, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, R2 coefficient of determination test, and sobel test. Data processing in this study used the SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that the variables of store atmosphere, service quality, and product diversity affect customer satisfaction. Service quality and product diversity affect loyalty, while store atmosphere has no effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. Store atmosphere, service quality, and product diversity affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Gramedia stores in Bogor City.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of measuring perceptions of trust, perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, perceived risks, perceived service quality and positive of mouth (WOM) on online customer interest using the Structual Equation Model (SEM) method. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation and documentation. The sample used was 243 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Structual Equation Model (SEM) analysis with the help of SmartPLS version 3. The research results show that perception of trust, perception of risk and perception of service quality have no effect on interest in using this mobile banking application, in fact it does not always go hand in hand with customer enthusiasm (interest). BRI, BNI, BTN and Mandiri banks in Bekasi City. Perception of user convenience greatly influences interest in using Mobile Banking at BRI, BNI, BTN and Mandiri Banks in Bekasi City. Perceived benefits influence interest in using Mobile Banking at BRI, BNI, BTN and Mandiri Banks in Bekasi City. Word of Mouth (WOM) influences interest in using Mobile Banking at BRI, BNI, BTN and Mandiri Banks in Bekasi City
