Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Implementasi Inlislite dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Perpustakaan Saidjah Adinda Kabupaten Lebak. Metdepenelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan informan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling dan analisis data menggunakan tehnik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan Kesimpulan. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Edward III (1980) dalam Subarsono (2022:90) tentang Implementasi Kebijakan Inlislite dilihat dari empat variabel yaitu komunikasi, sumberdaya, disposisi, dan struktur organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Inlislite pada komunikasi antara pelaksana dan pemustaka sudah berjalan cukup baik namun masih bersifat satu arah. Sumberdaya implementasi inlislite masih ada keterbatasan seperti jaringan interner yang kurang stabil, perangkat komputer yang terbatas, dan keterampilan baik staf maupun pemustaka masih rendah. Disposisi atau sikap pelaksana terutama pada staf Perpustakaan Saidjah Adinda masih cenderung reaktif terhadap kendala teknis dan belum memiliki sistem pendampingan pengguna secara optimal. Struktur birokrasi dalam pengelolaan Perpustakaan Saidjah Adinda masih sederhana dan kurang mendukung optimalisasi inovasi digital. Secara keseluruhan Impleentasi Inlislite di Perpustakaan Saidjah Adinda telah memberikan dampak positif awal dalam sistem otomasi layanan tetapi belum berjalan secara optimal karena masih dihadapkan pada tantangan struktural, sumberdaya, dan budaya organisasi.

Abstract

Luqman Al-Hakim, seorang tokoh bijaksana dalam Al-Qur'an, memberikan nasihat yang sarat nilai dalam mendidik anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis metode pendidikan Luqman Al-Hakim serta memaparkan relevansinya dalam pengasuhan dan pendidikan anak usia dini, dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pustaka. Penelitian ini mengkaji sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder yang membahas nasihat-nasihat Luqman Al-Hakim dalam Al-Qur'an, serta implikasinya dalam pengasuhan anak usia dini di era modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Luqman Al-Hakim, yang menekankan ketauhidan, keteladanan, etika, dan komunikasi efektif, tetap relevan dan dapat diadaptasi dalam pengasuhan anak usia dini untuk membentuk karakter yang baik di fase fondasi anak usia dini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the relationship between Y, debt-to-equity ratio, and return on equity for food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the BEI in 2020 and 2022. Panel data regression analysis is the research tool of choice for this associative descriptive study. This study's population consists of 2020–2022 financial reports from BEI-listed food and beverage subsector manufacturing enterprises. Nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling approach was used to collect the samples. Various statistical methods were employed to assess the impact of the study, including panel data regression analysis, t test and F test hypothesis testing, and Pearson product moment correlation and coefficient of determination analyses. There is a very strong correlation between return on equity (ROE) and Y (0.824) and a sufficient correlation (0.535) between debt to equity ratio and Y (0.535), according to the results of the analysis. The results of the determination analysis reveal that the debt-to-equity ratio and return on equity account for 99.2% of the variance in firm value, with the remaining 0.8% explained by factors that were not part of the study

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital turnover and current ratio (cr) on return on investment (roi) at PT Harum Energy, Tbk for the period 2015-2022. The research method used is a descriptive associative method. The population consists of secondary data from the financial statements of PT Harum Energy, Tbk. The sample taken used non-probability sampling with purpose sampling method with specific criteria, see the quarterly financial reports of PT Harum Energy, Tbk for the period 2015-2022. To test the influence analysis, Pearson product moment correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and t-test and F-test hypothesis testing were applied. The results of the investigation demonstrate that the value of the correlation between working capital turnover and (roi) is -0,193 the correlation value of this falls into the extremely low group, current ratio to return on investment is 0,251 It falls under the low group. The outcomes of the determination analysis show that the quantity of the independent variables influence and contribution (working capital turnover and current ratio) to the dependent variable (return on investment) is 25% and the remainder 75% is affected by additional factors that the author did not look into

Abstract

Examining the "Effect of Return on Asset (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Profit Growth at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the years 2005- 2023" is the main objective of this study initiative. A quantitative technique based on a descriptive associative       methodology            is         used   in the investigation. The data utilised in this analysis comes from PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk's annual financial         statements,    specifically    a non- probability sample of 19 years' worth of data from 2005 to 2023. This research used SPSS Version 27.0 to do multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that ROA has a 0.000 significance level, meaning it contributes considerably to Profit Growth. At the 0.012 level of significance, NPM is partly responsible for Profit Growth. The combined effect of ROA and NPM           on Profit Growth was statistically significant (0.000) when tested in a F test
