Abstract

Phobia according to the view of the theory ofPsychoanalysis of Freud is self-defense to counter fears that inproduction forced by the id impulses. Phobias against rice canbe so will affect the physical conditions. On the other hand, thephobia of rice can also affect socio emotions. This research isconducted to find out how the physical development and socioemotional of student on grade V SD with the symptoms ofspecific phobias against rice. This research use the qualitativeapproach, which a greater emphasis on the phenomenon ofexisting problems in the field. The model used in this study is amodel case study. Participants in this study have symptoms ofphobia against rice, he dodged if there is rice in the vicinity andangry if there is rice stuck to his body. Phobias against rice notto disturb its physical development. Phobias of rice affects thedevelopment his temper only when he is confronted bycircumstances related to the rice that is shows reactions avoidand angry.

Abstract

Epistemic belief is one's belief in the nature of knowledge and the nature of knowing. Epistemic beliefs can influence a prospective teacher's decision in determining learning strategies and models later. This study aims to reveal the epistemic beliefs of PGSD students. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that students show consistent agreement with regard to the dimensions of achieving truth in learning social studies in elementary school where students assume that truth is something that can be achieved and the simplicity of knowledge where social studies knowledge in elementary school is an interrelated concept of on facts. On the other three dimensions related to certainty of knowledge, sources of knowledge and justification of student knowledge show inconsistent results

Abstract

This study is based on the results of observations made at SDN Lirboyo 1 Kediri City, teachers in delivering material, especially the Solar System, only use the lecture method and student books. Many students have difficulty in explaining and mentioning the constituent members of the Solar System. student difficulties are seen when students are asked questions only silent, and the value at the end of learning is far from the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). The formulation of the problem developed is how the process, practical validity and effectiveness of pop up book media on solar system material for grade VI elementary school students in its use as media during learning. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects of this study were teachers and students of grade VI SDN Lirboyo 1 Kediri City. There are two instruments used in this study, namely using questionnaires and tests. Questionnaires are used to determine the validity and practicality of pop up book media, while tests are used to determine the effectiveness of pop up book media. The results of the pop up book media development research are as follows: (1) The results of the pop-up book media validity trial were carried out by media experts and material experts and received a percentage of 90% very valid or can be used without revision. (2) The results of the pop-up book media practicality trial in the limited trial were carried out by teachers by 92% and from students by 95%, then the results of the pop-up book media practicality in the broad trial were carried out by students by 93.5%. The percentage of scores from teachers and student responses is in the range of 81.00% - 100.00% which can be categorised as very interesting/valid. (3) The results of the effectiveness of pop-up book media obtained from the results of pretest and post test scores and getting a percentage of 81.65% are in the vulnerable range of 81.00% - 100.00% declared very effective can be used without improvement.

Abstract

This research and development aims to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the Digital Educational Game on the Material of East Java Cultural Diversity to Improve Learning Outcomes of Class IV SDN Burengan 1. This study uses a research and development method with the ADDIE model consisting of 5 stages, namely (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. The subjects of this study were teachers and 28 students of class IV SDN Burengan 1. The results of this study indicate that (1) The results of the validity test obtained a material expert score of 96% and a media expert score of 90%. The average value of the validity results is 93% with very valid criteria. (2) The results of the teacher's practicality test were 82% and the student response score was 90%. From these two values, a percentage of 86% can be accumulated with practical criteria. (3) The results of the educational game effectiveness test obtained an average pretest score of 66.25%. Then, the average posttest score was 89.25%, this score has met the KKTP with effective criteria. It can be concluded that the Digital Educational Game on the Material of East Javanese Cultural Diversity is stated to be very valid, very practical, and effective in improving student learning outcomes on the material of East Javanese cultural diversity.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the results of observations and interviews conducted at SDN Klanderan, which showed that science learning was related to the learning outcomes of the shapes and types of plant leaf bones in class IV. The problems found are 1) students' lack of understanding regarding the material, shapes and types of plant leaf bones 2) students' conditions that are not conducive to learning 3) lack of teacher creativity in delivering learning 4) unavailability of learning media to support student learning 5) results Student learning regarding the shape and types of plant leaf bones is not optimal. The aim of this research is to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the Daun Daun (JEDA) media development. This research uses the RnD (Research and Development) method. The model used in this research is ADDIE with stages, namely, 1) development stage, 2) design stage, 3) development stage, 4 ) implementation (implementation), evaluation (evaluation) stages. The subjects in this study used 2 schools, namely SDN Klanderand and SDN Plosolor with the number of students in each school being 18 and 23 students. Data collection techniques used in this research include structured interviews, questionnaires, observations and tests. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires, interview guidelines, observation guidelines and questions. The data analysis technique used is to determine the effectiveness of the product. Effectiveness can be seen from the score of students' learning completion results during the extensive test. After analyzing the data on the effectiveness test, they got a score of 97% based on the results of calculating the students' classical learning completeness which was carried out during the extensive test so it was categorized as very effective. Based on the analysis presented above, it can be concluded that the Leaf Window (JEDA) media is very effective so that it can be used in learning material about the shape and types of plant leaf bones in class IV.

Abstract

This research aims to develop educational comic-based Sicerna (Human Digestive System Education) media and to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the developed media.  The research method used in this research is development research (R&D) using the ADDIE model. The research subjects were 5th grade students of SDN Maduretno 1, totaling 41 students. Data collection techniques using research instruments in the form of observation and interview guidelines, questionnaires and test questions in the form of pre-test and post-test questions. The results of media validity obtained from media experts, and material experts received an average score of 91% with a very valid category. Furthermore, the results of media practicality were carried out by teachers and students. The practicality results obtained from the teacher, namely 90% with a very practical category. The results obtained from the practicality of students are 100% with a very practical category. The results of media effectiveness are the results of the Wilcoxson test which shows a significant value <0.001 which means that there is a significant difference between the results of the pretest and posttest with an average pre-test of 60 and an average post-test value of 82,8 on the material of the human digestive system in grade 5 SDN Maduretno 1. Based on these results, it can be said that the Sicerna (Educational Human Digestive System) media based on educational comics with material on the digestive system in humans is feasible to use because it has reached the standard assessment criteria of the Sicerna media.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that conventional classroom learning often makes students feel bored and unable to understand the material presented. This causes learning to be ineffective and the interaction between teachers and students to be passive. Many students have difficulty understanding the material, as seen in the results of the final assessment on the material "My Indonesia is Rich in Culture". As many as 80% of students cannot accept conventional teacher learning, and only 9-15% of students can understand the material well. Therefore, changes are needed in learning methods to improve the effectiveness and learning outcomes of students. Based on this background, several problem formulations emerged, namely: (1) How is the validity of I-spring-based interactive multimedia on the material "My Indonesia is Rich in Culture Based on Local Wisdom of Kediri Regency" at SDN Sumberejo 1? (2) How is the practicality of using I-spring-based interactive multimedia on the material "My Indonesia is Rich in Culture Based on Local Wisdom of Kediri Regency" for students as an independent learning medium at SDN Sumberejo 1? (3) How effective is I-spring based interactive multimedia on the material "My Indonesia is Rich in Culture Based on Local Wisdom of Kediri Regency" for students at SDN Sumberejo 1? The purpose of this study was to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the use of interactive multimedia learning media to be applied to elementary school students at SDN Sumberejo 1. This study used the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires, interviews, and evaluation questions, with data analysis based on the criteria of validity, effectiveness, and practicality. The results of the study showed that this interactive multimedia was valid with an average of 84% in the media validity test and 84% in the material validity test, in the practicality test it was said to be very practical with an average percentage of 91% in the limited trial and an average percentage of 85% in the broad trial, and very effective with an average of 100% in the limited trial and 100% in the broad trial. The conclusion of this study is that interactive multimedia based on "Local Wisdom of Kediri Regency" for 4th grade elementary school students is effective for use during the learning process.

Abstract

Based on the observation results, the learning process taking place in grade IV of SDN Tarokan 3 is still conventional, dominated by lecture methods and the use of textbooks with minimal illustrations or supporting visual elements. This condition has an impact on low student interest in learning, lack of active participation during learning, and difficulty in understanding the subject matter. This is also reflected in student learning outcome data which shows that 70% of students obtained scores below the Learning Objective Completion Criteria (KKTP). This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model, which includes five main stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results showed that the media obtained a validity level of 92% from media experts and 94% from material experts, which is included in the very valid category. In a limited trial involving 10 students, student responses to the media reached 90% which is included in the very good category, while teacher responses to the practicality of the media reached 86% which is included in the very practical category. The results of the students' pre-test in the limited trial showed an average of 47.3, increasing to 86 in the post-test. In a large-scale trial involving 31 students, student responses to the media reached 93%, which is categorized as very good, with an average pre-test score of 45 which increased to 81.6 in the post-test. The results of the Paired Sample t-Test statistical test in both trials showed a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores. This indicates that the use of interactive multimedia based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) is effective in supporting the achievement of learning objectives.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students on the material of religious diversity in Indonesia and the minimal use of innovative and interactive learning media. This condition has an impact on students' less than optimal understanding of the material. The purpose of this study is to develop Pop Up Book learning media based on the Example Non Example model to improve the learning outcomes of second-grade students at SDN Burengan 1, Kediri City. The development model used is ADDIE which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection instruments include media and material expert validation questionnaires, student and teacher practicality questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. Data analysis techniques are carried out to measure the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the media. The results of the study show that (1) the validity of the media based on the assessment of media experts is 88% and material experts is 91%, so it is categorized as very valid; (2) the practicality of the media based on teacher responses is 97% and students is 98%, indicating that the media is very practical; and (3) the effectiveness of the media based on the results of the students' post-test in the limited test reached an average of 86, and the extensive trial reached an average of 90, which shows that the media is very effective. The Pop Up Book media based on Example Non Example is stated to be very valid, very practical, and very effective to be applied in learning the material on religious diversity.
