Abstract

Abstract: Information and communication technology is now used in every aspect of human life. In the educational use of Information and Communication is one of the factors in improving the quality of education. One form of the development of information technology and communication is e-learning. This study aimed to test the model acceptance of the use of E-Learning system at several universities in the city of Palembang by using a model of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Tests will be carried out by using a calculation sttistik with tools SPPS application. Results of this study are expected to provide evidence empris about the factors that affect the acceptance (acceptance) the use of e-learning system using TAM model and EUCS. Abstract

Implementation of information systems is one of the supporting facilities for the performance in an agency . Utilization of information system aims to facilitate the task of the user (user) in order to achieve savings in time, cost, and resources in decision-making. User Satisfaction is one factor or measure the success of the process of development and implementation of information system on an institution . This study analyzes the service quality information system using the method of Kano. Kano method used to identify the level of satisfaction and dissatisfaction through 25 services attributes to be used as an attribute in the study.

Abstract

Abstrack: The study was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Palembang, this time the schools have not implemented the Academic Information System so as to find out the available information about the new student of the school and the community must come directly to school and the information provided was incomplete for the researchers want to create a System Information WEB based academic by applying methods of Search Engine Optimization with this method will facilitate the public to find the information they need about the school because this method uses keywords directly to the desired information. The method used in the development of this software is the Waterfall method. The goal of this research is to produce a website Academic Information System which aims to provide information about the school Muhammadiyah 3 Palembang and to develop this system in the future expect this school to increase the number of new students. Abstract

Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is a system that functions to manage all information related to human resources in an institution. This study aims to evaluate and assess the current system and to see the relationship of the variables in the HOT Fit method to HRIS users in KPKNL Palembang. There are three independent variables in this model, each variable has its own sub-variables. Human variables have sub-variables: System Users (PS) and User Satisfaction (KP), Organization Variables have sub-variables: Organizational Structure (SO) and Organizational Environment (LO), and Technology Variables have sub-variables: System Quality (KS), Quality Information (IC), and Service Quality (KL), In addition to the independent variable of this study there are also dependent variables, namely Net Benefit. From these variables, it will be the focus of this research. In this study the authors will use quantitative descriptive research methods by observing, interviewing, and distributing questionnaires. This study uses a Likert scale in measuring employee attitudes and perceptions of the product to be assessed. Because there are only 38 Civil Servants (PNS), all of them will be taken as samples. From this study, the authors hope that the agency can use it as a reference in perfecting the current system.

Abstract

SMK Bina Jaya is one of the secondary vocational education as a continuation of SMP/MTS where the learning process is still through face-to-face in class. The learning process carried out in the classroom is very limited in time because, usually the teacher gives instructions to all students about the material to be studied at that time which makes students have limited time. The existence of Information and Communication Technology today will make it easier to get a lesson because, there are facilities that can be accessed through internet media. Where, the process can be done anywhere and anytime, one of the Information and Communication Technology media that can be applied in learning is E-Learning. E-Learning is a medium of learning that is carried out over long distances and must use an internet connection to run it. This study aims to implement an online e-learning system using Moodle software which is open source and free. Moodle learning e-learning is a web-based application that provides online learning services. The research method used is qualitative data (data about student and teacher activities) and quantitative data (data about student learning outcomes at the end of each cycle). Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, as well as using the development method of Extreme Programming. The results achieved from this research is the interaction between teachers and students in the learning process. In addition, e-learning also functions as a discussion forum between teachers and students, and can be used as an online quiz, so that all activities in the learning process become more effective. Abstract

Clean water is the need of every human being, for that the necessity of clean water is a priority for the government in providing services. The current problem is the lack of clean water that has not been evenly distributed due to government limitations. For that reason, in providing services, it must be according to priority in order to have a broad impact on the community. For this reason, in this research the development of an information system can be used to assist in determining priorities in handling clean water sources. In the development process the waterfall method is used while the determination of priorities uses simple additive weighting. The results showed that the simple additive weighting method can provide a clear value in determining the priority of clean water handling. This condition can be seen from the existing process in the information system, which starts from weighting, filling the survey value to simple additive weighting calculations. besides that, the information system can run well in accordance with the expected proven by the results of testing using black box testing to get the test results received

Abstract

AbstractThe Academic Management System (AMS) is an information system created to assist the academic management of the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of Palembang. This system is used by several types of users, namely, students, lecturers, financial admins, PMB admins, and Academic admins. In this system there is a whole flow of students starting from registering to submitting a thesis and graduation. Students go through a series of steps in this system, from registering to writing a thesis to receiving their diploma. When it comes to measuring how user-friendly an application is, researchers used the System Usability Scale (SUS) with ten statements as a gauge. An overall sample size of 356 people was used in this study, which had lecturers and students as inclusion criteria. A proportional random sampling technique was used to select the respondents at random, with particular attention paid to the proportion of each population category represented in the sample. After testing 356 respondents, representing each faculty, the final result was a score of 66.5. So it can be said that the AMS Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang is in the acceptable category. On the adjective rating scale, the AMS Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang is included in the Good category. And on the AMS Poltekkes rating scale it is included in rank D. As a result, it can be concluded that the system is both user-friendly and capable of being used as an information system.Keywords: Academic Management System, Usability, System Usability Scale AbstrakAcademic Management System (AMS) merupakan sistem informasi yang dibuat untuk membantu pengelolaan akademik Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang.  Sistem ini digunakan oleh beberapa jenis pengguna yaitu, mahasiswa, dosen, admin keuangan, admin PMB, dan admin Akademik Siswa melalui serangkaian langkah dalam sistem ini, mulai dari mendaftar hingga menulis tesis hingga menerima diploma mereka. Ketika mengukur seberapa ramah pengguna suatu aplikasi, peneliti menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan sepuluh pernyataan sebagai pengukur. Besar sampel keseluruhan 356 orang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yang memiliki dosen dan mahasiswa sebagai kriteria inklusi. Teknik pengambilan sampel acak proporsional digunakan untuk memilih responden secara acak, dengan perhatian khusus diberikan pada proporsi setiap kategori populasi yang diwakili dalam sampel. Setelah dilakukan pengujian terhadap 356 responden, yang mewakili setiap fakultas, maka didapatlah hasil akhir yaitu skor 66,5. Sehingga dapat dikatakan AMS Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang termasuk kategori acceptable. Pada skala adjective rating AMS Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang termasuk dalam kategori Good. Dan pada skala peringkat AMS Poltekkes termasuk pada peringkat D. Hasilnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini ramah pengguna dan mampu digunakan sebagai sistem informasi.Kata kunci: Academic Management System, Usability, System Usability Scale

Abstract

Teknologi Internet pada masa pandemi saat ini sangat dibutuhkan dan sangat membantu peradaban manusia melakukan semua aktivitas yang mengikuti protokol kesehatan yang diinstruksikan oleh pemerintah yaitu mulai dari social distancing, dilarang berkerumun, penggunaan masker, cara cuci tangan dan penggunaan hand sanitizer yang kesemuanya harus di taati demi menghambat penyebaran wabah virus corona ini. Salah satu cara untuk memutus rantai penyebaran virus Covid-19 , dengan memberikan penyuluhan kepada Masyarakat khsusnya disekolah-sekolah untuk mengetahui pentingnya pedoman cuci tangan yang baik menurut WHO dengan menggunakan QR-Code agar lebih mudah dan efektif untuk mendapatkan informasinya melalui sosial media. Dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang sudah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Semua peserta lebih mengenal bagaimana mendapatkan informasi yang tepat terkait protocol kesehatan pencegahan COVID-19. Dengan menggunakan QR-Qode tentang pedoman cuci tangan, mereka mengetahui langkah-langkah mencuci tangan yang baik dan benara menurut WHO. Dalam pemanfaatan sosial media khususnya Guru-guru dan siswa dapat dengan mudah mencari informasi akurat terkait cara mencuci tangan sesuai dengan protocol kesehatan yang ditetapkan WHO.

Abstract

Penerapan teknoIogi informasi daIam ranah pemerintahan iniIah yang dikenaI dengan istiIah “e-government”. Penggunaan website di setiap instansi pemerintah daerah yang sudah menerima penggunaan internet merupakan tahap awaI daIam proses adopsi e-government. PerIu adanya feedback kepada pemerintah DPRD Kota PagaraIam agar dapat meningkatkan tingkat peIayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat Iuas meIaIui e-government. Secara khusus, anaIisis kuaIitas Iayanan yang diberikan oIeh situs web harus diIakukan dari sudut pandang pengguna yang pernah mengunjungi situs web di masa IaIu. KuaIitas Iayanan e-government dievaIuasi dengan menggunakan teknik yang disebut E-GovQuaI, yang diterapkan daIam peneIitian ini. JumIah totaI responden daIam sampeI adaIah 96, dengan 25 berasaI dari sektor tersier dan 71 berasaI dari masyarakat umum yang terdaftar daIam survei. AnaIisis deskriptif dengan temuan yang terbukti, reIiabiIitas, vaIiditas, dan masukan pengguna menggunakan skaIa Iikert digunakan untuk anaIisis yang diIakukan. Berdasarkan hasiI survei, sebagian besar pengguna situs web DPRD Kota PagaraIam menganggap Iayanan organisasi tersebut berkuaIitas tinggi. PerIunya menyediakan fitur website yang meIindungi informasi pribadi dan memperjeIas tujuan yang dimiIiki baik pengguna website maupun webmaster saat menggunakan fitur tersebut guna meningkatkan kepercayaan pengguna terhadap website DPRD Kota PagaraIam. HaI ini diperIukan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan pengguna terhadap website.

Abstract

Penelitian “Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Pada Toko Online Paxjoo Menggunakan Metode SCRUM” bertujuan untuk membuat system informasi penjualan (E-Commerce) yang mengelola baik dari bagian transaksi dan pendataan stok pada toko Paxjoo dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan SCRUM yaitu metode yang dimana metode ini memiliki beberapa tahap pengerjaan yaitu SCRUM EVENTS dan SCRUM ARTIFACTS, metode pengembangan SCRUM juga memiliki beberapa kelebihan yaitu dari segi transaparansi, inspeksi, dan adaptasi dalam pengerjaannya yang dimana membuat pengerjaan nantinya menjadi lebih fleksibel. Hasil dari penelitian ini nantinya adalah sistem informasi penjualan yang berbasis dengan website dan pengerjaan nya menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MYSQL Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, E-Commerce, SCRUM, Website, PHP.
