Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and spiritual intelligence on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable, was conducted on organic employees at PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero),, with a total sample of 158 employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires filled out by employees then analyzed using SPSS and SEM software.This study will use two kinds of analysis techniques, namely (1) Confirmatory Factor Analysis on SEM which is used to confirm the most dominant factors in one group of variables and (2) Regression Weight on SEM which is used to examine how much the relationship between variables. The results showed that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable had the strongest relationship with Employee Performance, with CR a value of 4.249 with a P-value <5%. which means the higher organizational citizenship behavior, the higher the employee's performance.

Abstract

The purpose of IBM activities for this community is to provide business management assistance and appropriate technology for Small Businesses engaged in coffee powder in Carangwulung Village Customary Hamlet, Wonosalam Subdistrict, Jombang Regency.  The target of this PKM activity is the owner and business manager in the field of coffee called Kopi Adat. The problem faced by This Customary Coffee SME is the low ability to manage the business without any planning, organizing, bookkeeping, and evaluation. In addition, there is also no proper marketing strategy only selling around the location; besides, the coffee milling process is still done in the rental place, so mix with other people's coffee because it does not have its mill. Looking at the situation above, we have done transfer of knowledge and mentoring to carry out management functions, provide coffee milling technology, develop and execute marketing strategies so that products can sell well so that there is business sustainability by providing understanding and mentoring to manage the business well, improve product quality with TTG and be able to market products so that they can achieve benefits in improving well-being. Existing owners and labor and there are a sustainable in their business. The initiator of the activity and partners have carried out activities, namely the handover of coffee milling machines, training and mentoring of business management and financial bookkeeping, and marketing products to sell in the market

Abstract

Pembangunan kesehatan diarahkan untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan usia harapan hidup dan kualitas hidup melalui upaya-upaya kesehatan yang diselenggarakan oleh seluruh potensi bangsa. Untuk mewujudkan derajat kesehatan yang optimal diselenggarakan berbagai upaya kesehatan melalui berbagai kegiatan. Puskesmas Kandangsapi merupakansalah satu dari delapan Pusat Pelayanan Kesehatan Masyarakat yang tersebar di Kota Pasuruan Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kandangsapi terdiri dari 6 Kelurahan dengan jumlah penduduk 25.177 jiwa, yaitu; 1) Kelurahan Panggungrejo yang terdiri dari 5 RW dan 14 RT; 2) Kelurahan Mandaranrejo yang terdiri dari 5 RW dan 29 RT; 3) Kelurahan Bugul Lor yang terdiri dari 8 RW dan 45 RT; 4) Kelurahan Pekuncen yang terdiri dari 4 RW dan 14 RT; 5) Kelurahan Petamanan yang terdiri dari 7 RW dan 24 RT; dan 6) Kelurahan Kandangsapi yang terdiri dari 2 RW dan 14 RT. Pada waktu waktu dilakukan penyuluhan dengan diawali dengan pre-test dan post-test mengalami kenaikan dari nilai 55,4 menjadi 78,7 nyang merupakan kenaikan yang bagus. Dengan penyuluhan yang didasarkan pada 3 M, yaitu mencuci tangan, menggunakan masker dan menjaga jarak, maka kita akan terhindar dari coid-19, dan kesehatan masyarakat dapat meningkatkat.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat melalui program PKM dengan tema Pelatihan Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran melaui Media Sosial Untuk Meningkatkan Loyalitas Pelanggan ini bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan solusi bagi persoalan yang dihadapi mitra, dalam hal ini persoalan pemasaran untuk menambah omzet UMKM di Kota Surabaya. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam bentuk pelatihan pemasaran online melalui media sosial. Indikator keberhasilan dalam program ini adalah mitra yang dilatih mampu menjelaskan pemasaran online melalui media sosial dengan baik. Pelatihan terkait teknik-teknik berpromosi melalui media sosial juga akan dilakukan agar pengetahuan mitra semakin bertambah. Selain itu disediakan lembar kerja untuk memonitor aktivitas mitra dan mengukur efektivitas penyampaian materi dari tim kepada mitra. Luaran dari program ini adalah artikel yang dipublikasikan di jurnal nasional atau prosiding.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the direct effect of job stress and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior. Furthermore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the role of knowledge sharing as a moderator in the relationship between job stress and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior. The data in this study were collected from 2,277 respondents who are teaching staff at higher education institutions in Indonesia. This study adopts a structural equation model approach with partial least squares testing (SEM-PLS) as a data analysis technique. This research proves that job stress and transformational leadership have a significant direct effect on innovative work behavior. This study also found that the link between job stress and transformational leadership and innovative work behavior is significantly mediated by knowledge sharing. The conclusion of this research reveals that knowledge sharing is a key driver of innovative work behavior among university academic staff in Indonesia. It is important to create a collaborative and supportive work environment, fosters creativity and innovation, and enables academic staff to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in their field.

Abstract

The company carrying out its operations is in a complex, diverse, dynamic, very competitive, and very volatile environment, and faces various potential problems that will arise. This requires the ability of talented individuals related to talent management practices who work with organizations to attract, develop, and retain talent.  This research involved 198 employees in the city of Surabaya from various fields of work. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, while data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that salary satisfaction acts as a mediation for the relationship between talent management and organizational commitment, so talent management has a significant effect on organizational commitment through the mediation of salary satisfaction. perceptions of employee management talent produce a satisfactory relationship with salary, meaning that sensory policies are the main factor in shaping organizational mentality, but talent management strategies need to be developed with sensory systems to achieve greater financial effects in improving employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this activity is to improve the economy of a productive society, Batik Serasi MSMEs in financial management are still not optimal and are still simple and even still mixed with personal finances. In running a business, finance is the spearhead of a business. Therefore, wise management of money, costs and budgets is very important for the continuity of a business. If money is not managed carefully, income and expenses will not be controlled properly, which can result in bankruptcy. Financial management is important to learn for those of us who want to use their money as effectively and efficiently as possible. Based on these dynamics, Batik Serasi UMKM was upgraded, especially regarding financial business management such as: Financial Recording, Understanding Cash Flow, Cost Control, Debt Management, Receivables Management, Wise Investment, Tax Planning, Financial Performance Evaluation, Training and Financial Planning Development. Long Term Future challenges will be increasingly complex and require you to be able to master everything related to current conditions, such as understanding a business's financial reports, budget planning, creating a company profile, product development, and market identification and customer communication. So that Batik Serasi MSMEs can develop and experience progress, especially from a financial perspective
