Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of self-leadership, self-ability and resilient on organizational commitment and performance of the investigators. The sample used is 90 respondents who are investigators in Satreskrim (Criminal Investigation Agency) in Surabaya devision. The data was taken through a Survey technique with a questionnaire instrument and data were analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study showed that the self-leadership, self-ability and resilient have significant effect on the investigator's commitment and performance, while commitment has a significant effect on investigator performance. This indicates that as an investigator, they must have self-leadership, self-ability, and high resilience, so that they can achieve the targets that have been set

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena perkembangan fashion pada saat ini yang semakin menarik dan menjadi suatu bagian dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, apalagi fashion saat ini di anggap sebagai identitas diri dan kebutuhan yang wajib dipenuhi, salah satunya adalah tas. Tujuan penlitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian tas Sophie Paris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantatif dengan sumber data yang diambil secara langsung dari mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 yang memakai tas Sophie Paris. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada seratus responden dengan menggunakan tekinik Simple Random Sampling. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah persepsi kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada keputusan pembelian, persepsi harga berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan persepsi kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel promosi mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan dalam keputusan pembelian tas Sophie Paris. Dengan melihat variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian tas, harga merupakan varaiabel yang pengaruhnya paling rendah oleh karena itu shopie paris disarankan pihak perusahaan disarankan untuk memberikan variasi harga sesuai dengan segmentasi pasar yang dituju mulai dari kelas atas, menengah maupun kelas bawah.

Abstract

The tourism village is a government program that aims to reduce poverty in the community around the tourist village. Sustainable tourism development can be realized by developing tourist destinations from the smallest unit, namely the village level, this is because most of the tourist activities are there. This is the background of research on the influence of tourist village services on tourist satisfaction in tourist villages in East Java. This study uses quantitative methods to determine the potential for tourist satisfaction with the shopping experience in tourist villages in East Java. Researchers analyzed tourist satisfaction through questionnaires or questionnaires distributed to respondents who had experience visiting tourist villages in East Java. The conceptual framework was developed in an effort to explain and understand tourist satisfaction with the tourist village experience in East Java. Bargaining is something that is most likely to be done by tourists to buy an item they want and get a cheap and good price is a special satisfaction for tourists in shopping. But the results of the analysis that have been obtained tourists prefer to visit tourist villages to enjoy a quieter rural atmosphere.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze IT Capability, Resilience, Self Leadership and Employee Engagement on employee performance as intervening variables at PT.IMR ARC STEEL. This study used the quantitative method of PLS version 3 and SPSS tools. Primary data sources using questionnaires or questionnaires. The population in this study were 70 employees. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique. The analytical tools used include validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests, and tests of the coefficient of determination. The results of the statistical analysis explain that: (1) IT Capability has a negative effect on employee engagement on employee performance (2) IT Capability on employee performance at PT.IMR AMR ARC STEEL, which means that it has a significant negative effect if employees have good IT Capability, then employee performance will be higher. (3) Resilience has an effect on employees engagement at PT. IMR ARC STEEL. The researcher determines the effect of self-leadership on employee engagement that the variables of resilience and employee engagement have a weak but positive relationship, meaning that if resilience increases, employee engagement will increase. (4) Resilience affects employee performance at PT. IMR ARC STEEL resilience variable has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. IMR ARC STEEL. (5) Self leadership influences employee engagement at PT. IMR ARC STEEL. Researchers established the effect of self-leadership on employee engagement that when employees have a high level of self-leadership, they will really feel excited and involved in their own work. (6) Self leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (7) The significant negative effect of employee engagement on employee performance is proven.

Abstract

Human resource management is currently focused on Strategic Human resource Management, which includes strategic practices of Human resource management while also considering other variables to build employee performance in a company. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of Strategic Human resource management, Burnout, and Work Ability on Employee performance, with Intention to Leave as an intervening variable, at PT. Susanti Megah, Surabaya. This study is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, using a questionnaire as the primary data source. The questionnaire was distributed to 150 employees of PT. Susanti Megah, Surabaya. The calculation and data analysis used for hypothesis testing in this study employed Smart-PLS 3.2 software. The results of the study show that Strategic Human Resources Management has a negative but non-significant effect on Intention to leave but a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Burnout has a positive and significant effect on the intention to Leave, but it also has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Ability has a negative and significant effect on the intention to Leave, but it also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The intention to Leave has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, burnout, subjective well-being (OCB) on employee performance at Dr. Hospital. Mohammad Zyn, Sampang Regency. Total sampling (saturated sampling) was used as the sampling technique. The research sample consisted of 70 respondents. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The collected data were then analyzed using the PLS-SEM analysis technique. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on (OCB). Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Burnout has a negative and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Burnout has no significant effect on employee performance. Subjective well-being has a positive and significant effect on (OCB). Subjective well being has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Servant Leadership, Self Awareness, Workload on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Employee Performance at Badan Perencanaan Pembanguna Daerah (BAPPEDA) Provinsi Jawa Timur. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and data were collected from employees working at BAPPEDA Provinsi Jawa Timur. The collected data is analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS method with the Smart PLS Version 4.0 software. The respondents for this study were 118 employees out of a total of 137 employees at BAPPEDA Provinsi Jawa Timur. The data collection instrument was measured using a Likert scale. The research findings indicate that Servant Leadership significantly influences OCB but does not significantly affect Employee Performance. On the other hand, Self Awareness significantly influences both OCB and Employee Performance, while Workload does not significantly affect OCB but has a significant impact on Employee Performance. Additionally, OCB significantly influences Employee Performance. These results highlight the importance of implementing Servant Leadership and fostering Self Awareness to encourage OCB, while Workload has a greater impact on employee performance. Interestingly, the implementation of servant leadership does not seem to drive employee performance at BAPPEDA Provinsi Jawa Timur, however the high level of OCB in BAPPEDA of East Java Province can enhance employee performance. Abstract

The definition of performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of an activity program or policy in realizing organizational goals, vision and mission goals of the organization which are included through the strategic planning of an organization. This study used a population of 100 employees who had worked at PT Pramana Artha Raharja. The saturated sample technique was used in the research so that the final sample size was 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used SmartPLS version 3.0. The results in this study of the variables job demands and job resources have no significant effect on job satisfaction, then the variables job demands and job resources have no significant effect on employee performance while the variable job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance. Then the knowledge sharing variable has no effect on moderating the relationship between job demands and job resources on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Learning organization and Transactional Leadership on Competence, Training Education and Employee Performance at the Surabaya City Culture, Youth and Sports and Tourism Office.  In this study, the method used was a simple random sample.  Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula with a sample size of 60 people. The type of research conducted in this study is using explanatory research, namely research that explains the causes and effects of existing problems with the help of SEM PLS. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance at the Surabaya City Culture, Youth and Sports and Tourism Office. In contrast, Learning Organization behavior and Transactional Leadership both have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior also has a positive and significant effect on employee competence, as well as Learning Organization and Transactional Leadership, both of which also have a positive and significant effect on employee competence. Meanwhile, Learning Organization has a positive and significant effect on education and training, but Transactional Leadership has no significant effect on education and training in the agency.

Abstract

Sharia banking has been challenged to create sustainable human resource management that meets Islamic principles. The need for inclusive talent management is becoming increasingly important to support operational sustainability and fairness within the organization. Therefore, this research is conducted to examine inclusive talent development as a key aspect of talent management for achieving sustainable human resources in Sharia banking practices. This research uses a qualitative case study method, with the findings presented as propositions. Data was collected through interviews and document analysis. The research shows that inclusive talent development not only helps individuals grow but also plays a key role in keeping talent within the organization. This includes identifying talent, developing technical and general skills, and using retention strategies like clear career paths, promotions, and fair compensation based on position. These findings highlight a strategic approach to sustainable HR management in sharia banking, where talent development fosters a supportive, inspiring work environment that helps retain employees and ensures long-term success for the organization.
