Abstract

The acceptance of the Indonesian people for the Covid-19 vaccine is inseparable from the diverse information received by the public, so it is important to increase public confidence in the Covid-19 vaccine through the celebrity endorser strategy. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of celebrity endorsers in increasing public confidence in the Covid-19 vaccine. This research was conducted with a descriptive design through a qualitative approach. Data were collected by researchers through documentation and literature study and data analysis was carried out using an interactive model. The results showed that endorsing celebrities is a method of promoting or communicating to the public by utilizing celebrities. The image and character possessed by celebrities are believed to be able to attract people to carry out the same behavior. The existence of celebrities as endorsers is quite effective in increasing public confidence in the Covid-19 vaccine. Based on data on the daily number of Covid-19 vaccine recipients up to March 28, 2021, it shows that the total number of recipients of the Dose I vaccine is 7.24 million, so the government is expected to understand the character of celebrities who can work together in increasing the success of government programs, including adjusting the program, government with individual and social identities attached to celebrities. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Insecurity and Intention to Leave on the Performance of Contract Employees at the Surabaya City Manpower Office. The approach used is quantitative with the type of inferential research. The sample in this study was 30 employees in the Surabaya City Manpower Office. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). This study proves that Job Insecurity has a positive effect on employee performance at the Surabaya City Manpower Office. In this study, job insecurity is influenced by factors such as role conflict, role ambiguity, and organizational change. Intention To Leave has a positive effect on employee performance at the Surabaya City Manpower Service

Abstract

A person's ability to innovate in the workplace environment is a major factor in creating an innovative organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of individual innovation capability on performance with knowledge sharing as a moderating variable. This study used a mixed-method design, namely a mixture of qualitative and quantitative involving 100 creative industry employees in Malang City. Data analysis was performed using Huberman's interactive model and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that individual innovation capability has a significant effect on employee performance and individual innovation capability has a significant effect on employee performance with knowledge sharing as a moderating variable, so that performance will be optimal if employees can innovate, and the success of innovation is highly dependent on the willingness of employees to various knowledge in work experience.

Abstract

Salah satu kekayaan hasil pertanian di Jawa Timur adalah jagung, yang berada di Desa Payaman Solokuro Lamongan. Sebagian besar warganya bekerja sebagai tenaga kerja di negara lain (migran), namun berbekal pengetahuan dan pengalamannya mereka menginginkan adanya kemandirian dalam mengelola hasil pertanian jagung. Inovasi dan kreativitas dilakukan dengan memproduksi bahan dasar jagung sebagai makanan ringan dalam bentuk kembang goyang dan stik jagung. Terdapat kendala dalam penjualannya, dimana produk tersebut hanya dikenal dilingkungan desa saja dan produksi dilakukan hanya berdasarkan pesanan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat memberikan pemahaman tentang melakukan pengemasan yang baik dan strategi pemasaran secara modern yaitu serba digitalisasi dan media sosial lainnya. Melakukan repacking dan remarkerting menjadi cara untuk mengembangkan produk untuk sampai kepada sasaran konsumen yang lebih luas dari sebelumnya. Dengan pengemasan yang menarik membuat konsumen berminat untuk membelinya, serta didukung oleh cara penjualan yang mudah diketahui oleh banyak orang. Dimana cara yang mudah dalam pengenalan produk adalah dengan menggunakan media sosial, dikarenakan masyarakat lebih mudah mengenal secara digitalisasi. Penjualan memberikan dampak kenaikan yang signifikan terhadap produk olahan makanan dengan bahan dasar jagung.

Abstract

The study aims to know the cultural influence of organizations and leadership on employee loyalty. The type of research used was quantitative and sample retrieval methods using the whole population or what is commonly called the saturated sample, the population in this study was 42 people. To answer a hypothesis by using linear regression analysis tests with t (partial) and test f (simultaneous). In data processing the research using statistical product and service solutions (version 25). The results of this study show that an organizational cultural (x1) affects employee loyalty (y) is proven by a partial t test which sig.0.05, makes it acceptable and Ho rejected while for leadership (x2) does not affect employee loyalty (y) In the results of the f test (simultaneous) results are organizational and leadership cultures affecting employee loyalty (y), it is proven by simultaneous f test which a.0.001 < 0.05, thus showing a Ha received and Ho rejected. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan metode pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan keseluruhan dari populasi atau yang biasa disebut dengan sampel jenuh, jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah 42 orang. Uji analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menjawab sebuah hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan). Dalam pengolahan penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS versi 25). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan (Y) yang dibuktikan dengan uji t parsial dimana nilai sig. sebesar 0,007 < 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak sedangkan untuk kepemimpinan (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan (Y) dengan dibuktikan dengan uji t parsial yang mana nilai sig. sebesar 0,888 > 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan jika Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima. Dalam uji F (simultan) hasilnya ialah budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan (Y), hal tersebut dibuktikan melalui uji F simultan yang mana nilai sig. 0,001 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.Keyword:  Organizational Culture, Leadership, Employee Loyalty

Abstract

The company carrying out its operations is in a complex, diverse, dynamic, very competitive, and very volatile environment, and faces various potential problems that will arise. This requires the ability of talented individuals related to talent management practices who work with organizations to attract, develop, and retain talent.  This research involved 198 employees in the city of Surabaya from various fields of work. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, while data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that salary satisfaction acts as a mediation for the relationship between talent management and organizational commitment, so talent management has a significant effect on organizational commitment through the mediation of salary satisfaction. perceptions of employee management talent produce a satisfactory relationship with salary, meaning that sensory policies are the main factor in shaping organizational mentality, but talent management strategies need to be developed with sensory systems to achieve greater financial effects in improving employee performance.

Abstract

The objective is to shed light on the multifaceted dynamics of HRM in a global context and assess its significance for multinational corporations. The research employs a comprehensive methodology that combines a literature review, qualitative analysis of case studies, and empirical data collection. It examines the role of HRM in multinational companies, emphasizing its crucial function in navigating the complexities of global markets. Furthermore, the study explores the impact of cultural diversity on HRM strategies, recognizing that adequate cross-cultural competence is paramount for success. The case studies offer insights into talent management and recruitment strategies tailored to local markets, emphasizing the adaptability of HR policies to varying international contexts. Moreover, the research underscores the importance of network relationships within and with local partners in shaping HRM outcomes. This study contributes to the field of HRM in international business by integrating existing theories and empirical evidence into a coherent framework. It underscores the need for HRM practices accommodating diverse cultural and institutional contexts. Abstract

Pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah memerlukan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, baik pemerintah sampai dengan akademisi untuk memberikan jalan keluar bagi pengusaha atas keterbatasan pengetahuan. Penurunan penjualan menjadi penyebab utama dalam produknya, yang menyebabkan pelaku usaha kurang bergairah mengembangkan usaha. Tujuan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, untuk membantu pengusaha dalam mengembangkan usaha melalui pengemasan produknya. Dengan pemeberian identitas yang mudah dibaca oleh pihak luar akan memudahkan untuk mengetahui produknya. Beberapa hal yang dilakukan adalah dengan pengemasan, pemberian nama produk, dan promosi penjualan melalui media online.Beberapa tahapan yang telah dilakukan memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap penjualan produknya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya jumlah penjualan, yang semula hanya dapat menjual 40 bungkus tiap harinya dalam bentuk plastik biasa sedangkan sekarang dapat menjual dalam 150 bungkus dalam bentuk mika tiap harinya untuk dikirim kedalam maupun luar kota. Pemberian identitas yang menarik, seperti: pengemasan produk, memberian label untuk memberikan citra merk, dan promosi penjualan melalui media sosial menjadi konsumen tertarik untuk membeli produk keripik pisang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of the creative economy and the adoption of digital technology through a qualitative approach and bibliometric analysis. Data collection was carried out by reviewing literature published between 2018 and 2023 to ensure the relevance and timeliness of the information. The analysis method used VOSviewer software to identify trends and patterns in the literature and map out research areas that require further exploration. The findings show that, although there is a close connection between the creative economy, technology, and digital economy, the research cluster covering these four topics is relatively smaller compared to other topics, indicating significant research gaps. The study identifies that policies accelerating digital transformation and the development of the creative sector in Indonesia can be key drivers of creative economy growth. Furthermore, digital transformation in Indonesia's economy holds significant potential despite challenges related to technological disparities and labor absorption. This research also highlights the importance of digital infrastructure and the enhancement of human resource quality to support digital economic growth. These findings provide valuable insights for researchers and practitioners to further explore under-discussed topics and offer a strong foundation for future research on the role of the creative economy and technology in creating new opportunities in the digital age.
