Abstract

The Objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between workplace safety, workplace health, working environment, and employee performance in the construction of mass rapid transit in jakarta by PT Hutama Karya (Persero). The Populasi of this quantitative study is 170 permanent employees who have been working for at lest one year in the company. In order to obtain dta from respondens who have certain information and have the characteristics expected by the researcher, purposive sampling was used (sugiyono, 2014). The data of this study was obtained from 170 respondents and was analyzed in PLS 3.0. the results of the analysis show that workplace safety and workplace health do not significantly influence employee performance. Therefore, this study asserts that working environment partially mediates the influence of workplace safety on employee performance and workplace health on employee performance. For future research, it is possible to further refine the research results by expanding and multiplying other variables and indicators that were not examined in this study. And can increase the number of respondents in the survey so that it can be generalized in a wider scope of research.

Abstract

This study aims to find out to what extent: (1) the job transfer (X1) and workload (X2) simultaneously on the employee performance (Y) at the East Suwawa Subdistrict Office, and (2) the work mutations (X1) partially on the employee performance (Y) at the East Suwawa Subdistrict Office, (3) the effect of the workload (X2) partially on the employee performance (Y) at the East Suwawa Subdistrict Office. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a descriptive presentation. The population in this study consists of all employees of the East Suwawa Subdistrict Office, and the sample used in this study covers 30 respondents by using a random sampling technique. The data collection technique is through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analysis method uses path analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) job transfer (X1) and workload (X2) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance (Y) at the East Suwawa Subdistrict Office, namely 0.904 or 90.4%, (2) job transfer (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance (Y) at the East Suwawa Subdistrict Office, which is 0.576 or 57.6%, and (3) workload (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance (Y) at the East Suwawa Subdistric Office, which is 0.388 or 38.8%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak mutu pelayanan kesehatan (X) yang terdiri dari pemakai jasa pelayanan kesehatan (X1) dan penyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan (X2) terhadap kepuasan pasien Covid-19 di Rumah Sakit dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie Gorontalo. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 92 responden dengan menggunakan metode Yamane. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pemakai jasa pelayanan kesehatan (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 54,9 % dan penyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 38,5 % terhadap kepuasan pasien Covid-19 di Rumah Sakit dr. Hari Ainun Habibie Gorontalo. Kontribusi X1 dan X2 terhadap Y sebesar 83,2 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 16,8 % ditentukan variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian Kata Kunci : Mutu Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pasien

Abstract

Tax reform is a broad area of regulatory change, technology implementation, and incentive policies. The research in this investigation uses the literature research method. The results show that the impact of tax reform on Small and Medium Enterprises is dualistic. On the one hand, reforms that prioritize transparency, simplicity, and are supported by clear guidelines are well received by Small and Medium Enterprises, as they ease the reporting process and improve tax compliance. On the other hand, complex and confusing reforms create uncertainty and operational challenges, especially for Small and Medium Enterprises that are less prepared in terms of technology and infrastructure. Therefore, technological readiness and supporting infrastructure play an important role in determining the effectiveness of tax reform. Furthermore, the need for support from the government, both in the form of tax incentives and education, greatly affects the success of Small and Medium Enterprises' adaptation to tax reform. Incentives such as tax subsidies or rebates help to reduce the financial burden, while training and education improve the understanding of Small and Medium Enterprises of the new rules. Thus, to achieve effective and equitable tax reform, a multifaceted approach is required involving improved regulations, increased access to technology, and ongoing support from the government.

Abstract

Pohe Village, as a coastal area, has enormous fisheries potential, especially Nike fish, which has high economic value, but has not been fully utilized by the local community. Constraints such as limited knowledge of efficient Nike fish processing techniques and an understanding of available technology hinder the optimal development of Nike fish. Given the importance of the fisheries sector for the local economy, Nike fish development is a strategic step to improve economic conditions and community welfare. The main objective is to explore and utilize the potential of Nike fish as an alternative source of new income. This involves improving the skills of fishermen in Nike fish cultivation, developing relevant technology, and preparing an efficient marketing system. With this step, it is hoped that Nike fish can become a stable and sustainable source of income for the coastal communities of Pohe Village. The methods applied include socialization of the benefits of Nike fish, training in making crispy Nike fish and its processing, implementing modern technology, and ongoing assistance and evaluation. A long-term plan is also prepared to ensure a sustainable program. With this implementation, it is hoped that the community will experience increased skills and knowledge in managing Nike fish, increased production, and an efficient marketing system. As a result, Nike fish becomes vital to the economic welfare of coastal communities, making Nike fish the main commodity to sustainably support the local economy. ABSTRAK Kelurahan Pohe, sebagai daerah pesisir, memiliki potensi perikanan yang sangat besar utamanya Ikan Nike, yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi, belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat setempat. Kendala seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang teknik pengolahan ikan nike itu sendiri yang efisien dan pemahaman teknologi yang tersedia menghambat pengembangan ikan Nike secara optimal. Mengingat pentingnya sektor perikanan bagi perekonomian lokal, pengembangan ikan Nike menjadi langkah strategis untuk memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan utamanya ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dan memanfaatkan potensi ikan Nike sebagai alternatif sumber pendapatan baru. Ini melibatkan peningkatan keterampilan nelayan dalam budidaya pengolahan ikan Nike, pengembangan teknologi yang relevan, serta penyusunan sistem pemasaran yang efisien. Dengan langkah ini, diharapkan ikan Nike dapat menjadi sumber ekonomi yang stabil dan berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat pesisir Kelurahan Pohe. Dengan metode yang diterapkan mencakup sosialisasi mengenai manfaat ikan Nike, pelatihan pembuatan krispi nike dan pengolahannya, penerapan teknologi modern, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Rencana jangka panjang juga disusun untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Dengan implementasi ini, diharapkan masyarakat akan mengalami peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan pengelolaan ikan Nike, peningkatan produksi, dan sistem pemasaran yang efisien. Hasilnya ikan nike menjadi krispi dalam kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir, menjadikan ikan Nike sebagai komoditas utama untuk mendukung ekonomi lokal secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Job Satisfaction (X1) and Workload (X2) on Employee Turnover at PT Amarta Multi Dinamika, Gorontalo City.The main data collection is through a list ofstatements that are tested through validity and reliability tests. The analysis method used is the method of path analysis (Path Analysis). The results of the first test show that the variables Job Satisfaction(X1) and Workload (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Turnover at PT Amarta Multi Dinamika Gorontalo City, namely 0.460 or 46%. The results of testing the second hypothesis indicate that the Job Satisfaction (X1) partially has a negative and significant effect on Employee Turnoverat PT Amarta Multi Dinamika Gorontalo City, namely-0.283 or -28.3%. The results of the third test show that the Workload variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Turnover at PT Amarta Multi Dinamika Gorontalo City, namely 0.716 or 71.6%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of work facilities (X1) and workload (X2) on job satisfaction (Y) of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (Class 1 Fish Quarantine, Quality Control and Fishery Product Safety Agency). The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with descriptive presentation. Determining the population and sampling techniques used in this research used the Census method, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, and the analysis method used was the path analysis method. The results of the first test show that the variables work facilities (X1) and work load (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (Class 1 Fish Quarantine, Quality Control and Fishery Product Safety Agency ) which is 0.683 or 68.3%. The results of testing the second hypothesis show that work facilities (X1) partially have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (Fish Quarantine, Quality Control and Safety of Fishery Products Class 1) namely 0.680 or 68 .0%. The results of the third test show that workload (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (Fish Quarantine, Quality Control and Safety of Fishery Products Class 1) namely 0.203 or 20.3 %.
