Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dewasa ini telah mempengaruhi banyak bidang, termasuk bidang pendidikan. Salah satu wujud realitanya adalah pemanfaatan internet untuk mendukung pembelajaran di sekolah. Saat ini, sebagian besar TK dan PAUD di Provinsi Bengkulu dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran masih menggunakan media buku panduan pembelajaran atau papan tulis. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran tersebut kurang berpengaruh terhadap siswa. Faktor penyebabnya karena dalam penyampaian materi pelajaran yang kurang menarik, kurang interaktif, penyampaian materi yang menoton, siswa yang tidak memperhatikan pada saat proses belajar, dan lain-lain. Maka dari itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan dan pembangunan aplikasi media pembelajaran Ayo Belajar berbasis web sebagai inovasi baru dalam menerapkan media pembelajaran yang bisa membantu guru dalam memberikan materi pembelajaran kepada siswa sehingga bisa membangkitkan motivasi belajar siswa serta membantu proses belajar siswa. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini mengunakan Model air terjun (waterfall). Hasil pengujian pre-test dan post-test menggunakan Uji-t yaitu Paired Sample t-Test diperoleh t(table)= 2.015,nilai t(hit)=11,79 pada soal hewan,nilai t(hit)=11,52 pada soal buah-buahan. Berdasarkan (hit) > (tabel), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi media pembelajaran Ayo Belajar terhadap aspek pemahaman anak PAUD/TK tentang materi pembelajaran hewan dan buah-buahan.

Abstract

The presence of technology plays an important role in all sectors of life, one of which is the culture and tourism sector. The culture and tourism sector is a sector that has great potential in the development of a region, so special attention needs to be paid to encourage development and progress in this sector, especially culture and tourism in Bengkulu. Bengkulu has a variety of culture and tourism, both natural tourism, cultural tourism and historical tourism which have their own special features and uniqueness that must be developed and preserved. However, until now, information about culture and tourism in Bengkulu Province has not been well published. There are still many tourists and people who do not know about the diversity of culture and tourism in Bengkulu Province. So a new innovation is needed by utilizing web-based technology by building an information system for introducing Bengkulu culture called SIPEDALU. The method used in developing this system is the Waterfall method. The results of this research are an information system for introducing culture and tourism in Bengkulu Province.

Abstract

Sign language is a method of communication that does not use sound but uses physical movements such as hands, body, and lips. One of the sign languages that many deaf people use to communicate is Indonesian Sign Language (BISINDO). This study aims to implement an object detection and image classification model for BISINDO alphabet gestures using the You Only Look Once (YOLO) version 7 algorithm. This research uses video image data consisting of 26 alphabet letters. In this study, three experiments were conducted with different parameter values. Evaluation was carried out using the metrics of mean Average Precision (mAP), precision, recall, and F1-Score. Based on the experiments conducted, the best accuracy was obtained in experiment 1 with parameter values of epoch = 100, batch size = 64, learning rate = 0.001, weight decay = 0.0001, and momentum = 0.9, resulting in mAP@IoU 0.5 value of 0.995, recall 1.00, precision 1.00, F1-Score 1.00. However, it was found that in the application of the model to real-time scenarios, the detection results were not as good as the results obtained during the training process.
