Abstract

ABSTRAK. Masalah pokok penelitian adalah bagaimanakah pengaruh work-family conflict terhadap stres kerja pada ibu yang bekerja sebagai guru di Kota Ternate, dengan tujuan jangka panjang dapat merekomendasikan kepada kepala sekolah di Kota Ternate dalam hal penyusunan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan guru. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalahmetode regresi linier berganda. Analisis data diketahui bahwa kedua variable yang diteliti yaitu WIF dan FIW secara bersama-sama memengaruhi stress kerja guru searah positif, dan memiliki proporsi naik turunnya stress kerja sebesar R2 = 24.9%. Akhirnya guru diharapkan dapat bekerja secara professional guna meningkatkan kecerdasan dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Kata Kunci: Work-Family Conflict, Stress-Kerja.  ABSTRACT. The main problem of this research is how the influence of work-family conflict towards job stress in women who worked as a teacher in the Ternate city,with along time goal can be recommend to the school principal in the Ternate city in the preparation of policies relating with teacher.The analysis method is used double linear regression method. Data analysis known that the second variables studied were WIF and FIW in together affect job stress in the positive direction positive, and they have a proportion go up and down ob stress of R2 = 24.9%. Finally, teachers are expected to   work in professional manner in order to improve the intelligence in lifeness of the nation. Key words:  Work-Family Conflict, Job Stress.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and individual ability on employee performance with organizational supervision as a moderator at Class II Ternate Harbor and Port Authority. The number of samples used in this study was 42 respondents with moderated regression analysis as an analytical technique. Based on the analysis conducted, the results of the study indicate that work discipline and individual abilities have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. In addition, the results also showed that organizational supervision is only able to moderate the relationship between individual abilities and employee performance, but not on the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. The findings in this study provide guidelines that can be considered by policy makers in an effort to improve employee performance by considering key factors such as work discipline, individual abilities, and organizational supervision.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menguji kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan; 2) Untuk menguji job description berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah tediri dari 137 PNS pada Sekretariat Dinas Kesehatan dan 5 Puskesmas di Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan; 2) Job description berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership support, organizational culture, and infrastructure on student achievement at SLB Negeri Tobelo school. The total population is 80 students and the sample in this study is 40 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression with SPSS 16.0 application. From the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that leadership support has a positive and significant effect on student achievement, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on student achievement, and infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on student achievement.

Abstract

The decline in people's purchasing power can be caused by market conditions, which of course, has an impact on decreasing the income of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSE) actors. This research was conducted to determine the ability to understand market conditions and the speed of innovation of MSME entrepreneurs toward increasing their sales in the City of Ternate. Research data was collected through a questionnaire on MSE actors in 5 sub-districts across Ternate. A total of 339 questionnaires were collected. Research data were analyzed using SEM-PLS analysis. The results show that market conditions and the speed of innovation directly affect the increase in sales. The level of innovation can mediate the influence of market conditions on sales. This finding has implications for MSEs to have the ability to understand market conditions and the pace of innovation in managing their business amid rapidly changing market conditions. Another interest for the Regional Government of the City of Ternate is to conduct training and policy assistance related to very rapid changes in market conditions due to changes in consumer tastes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of experience quality, tourist happiness, and tourist satisfaction on behavioral intentions. This study wanted to assess the role of tourist happiness and satisfaction in mediating experience quality's influence on behavioral intentions. This study used samples of domestic tourists who had experience traveling on the island of Dodola with a total of 210, with purposive sampling techniques with several predetermined criteria: 1. Have been 18 years old when filling out the questionnaire; 2. Have traveled on the island of Dodola; 3. At the same time, traveling on the island of Dodola. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique with SmartPLS 3.0. the results showed that the variables of experience quality had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions, tourist happiness, and tourist satisfaction. Furthermore, tourist happiness and tourist satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on behavioral intentions. The influence of the quality of experience on the intention of behaving.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance, both directly and through innovation and competitive advantage variables as mediators. The sample used was 83 respondents who were small and medium industrial entrepreneurs based in the food industry in Ternate City. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, where this sampling technique provides opportunities for local food industry practitioners as elements of the population to be selected as respondents. The analytical method for testing hypotheses is SEM-PLS. The research results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on innovation, competitive advantage and marketing performance. then the innovation and competitive advantage variables have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Further research findings can also show that innovation and competitive advantage variables play a role in mediating the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance.
