Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze that the effect of interpersonal conflict, work family on work stress and job satisfacton, effect of work stress on job satisfactin, dan effect of job satisfaction on life satisfaction at Civil Servant Secretariat of Ministry of Eduacation and Cultural. Research Method that used is survey method at fixed lecturer of Secretariat of Ministry. This Research Type is the verification descriptive. Sample size research this is the 200 Civil Servant and the technique used strafied random sampling. Method that used to test of hypothesis is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of the study, (1) Conflict of interpersonal positive effect on the work stress, (2) Work-family conflict negative effect on the Work stress, (3) Conflict of interpersonal negative effect on the Job satisfaction, (4) Work-family conflict negative effect on the Job satisfaction, (5) Work Stress negative effect on the Job satisfaction, and (6) Job satisfaction positive effect on the Life satisfaction. Recommendation of this study is the Secretariat of Ministry should manage interpersonal conflict and family conflict in a way to identify and evaluate accurately through approaches, Collaborating, problem solving, Avoiding, Competing and Accommodating. While the employee stress can be done through the Individual and organizational approach.Keywords: Interpersonal Conflict, Work Family Conflict, Work Stress, Job Satisfaction, and Life SatisfactionAbstrakTujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik interpersonal, work-family conflict, terhadap stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja, serta pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhada Kepuasan Hidup PNS pada Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey pada PNS Sekretariat Jenderal. Ukuran sampel penelitian ini adalah 200 PNS dan menggunakan teknik strafied random sampling. Meode yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis Persamaan Model Struktural. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa, (1) Konflik interpersonal berpengaruh positif terhadap Stres kerja; (2) Work-family conflict berpengaruh positif terhadap Stres kerja; (3) Konflik interpersonal berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kepuasan kerja; (4) Work-family conflict berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kepuasan kerja; (5) Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja; dan (6) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan hidup. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah Sekretariat Jenderal sebaiknya mengelola konflik interpersonal dan konflik keluarga dengan cara melakukan identifikasi secara akurat dan mengevaluasinya melalui pendekatan-pendekatan Collaborating, problem solving, Avoiding, Competing, dan Accomodating. Sedangkan stres kerja pegawai dapat dilakukan melalui Pendekatan Individual, dan Pendekatan organisasi.Kata kunci: Konflik Antar Pribadi, Work-Family Conflict, Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kepuasan Hidup

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) Does Spirituality in the workplace (workplace spirituality) affect the performance of nurses in the General Hospital dr. Chasan Boesoerie North Maluku Province?; (2) Does the quality of work life affect the performance of nurses in General Hospital dr. Chasan Boesoerie North Maluku Province?; and (3) Does Spirituality in the workplace (workplace spirituality) affect the quality of work life (quality of worklife) in the General Hospital dr. Chasan Boesoerie North Maluku Province?The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Spirituality in the workplace and the quality of work life on nurse performance, and the influence of Spirituality in the workplace on the quality of work life in RSUD dr. Chasan Boesoerie North Maluku Province. The total population target is 326 nurses. The sampling method or technique used is random sampling, which is random sampling. Based on the sample formula from Taro Yamane, a study sample of 180 nurses was obtained. The analytical model used to test hypotheses is path analysis and using LISREL as a statistical test tool.The results of the study found that: (1) spirituality in the workplace had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance; (2) Quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance; and (3) Workplace Spirituality has a positive and significant effect on the quality of work life. Because of that General Hospital dr. Chasan Boesoerie needs to improve spirituality through: 1) creating an adequate work environment, 2) providing motivation to nurses through training including in the job trainning, 3) providing opportunities for nurses to reevaluate the results of their work assessment, and 4) giving understanding of the nurses about the organization's vision, mission and goals in detail. This can be done through workshops, or official programmed meetings. Abstract

The Problem in this study are : (1) Does Emotional Intelligence affect the performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning Board of North Maluku Province ?, (2)Does compensation affect the performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning Board of North Maluku Province ?, (3) Does the work discipline affect the performance of employees in the Regional Development Planning Board of North Maluku Province ?, (4) Does Emotional Intelligence, Compensation and Work Discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of North Maluku Province?The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence, Compensation, and Work Discipline both partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of North Maluku Province. The analysis model used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and the research method used is explanatory research with a quantative approach and a population of 82 respondents. With data processing techniques using SPSS 16 for windows.The results of the study prove that: (1) Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, which means that the application of good emotional intelligence, the higher the level of employee performance. (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, which means that the better compensation is given, the higher the level of employee performance. (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, which means that the better the work discipline given, the higher the level of employee performance. With simultaneous results, the three variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with corrected R2 (R Square) value of 0.403 or 40.3%.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out and analyze the characteristics of women's leadership styles in Islamic organizations at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute of Ternate (IAIN); (2) To find out the influence of women's leadership style on students at Muhammadiyah University of North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute of Ternate (IAIN) ; (3) To find out and analyze the learning process and the application of women's leadership regulations at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Ternate. The tools used triangulation observation, intervieuws, documentation with the Miles and Haberman analysis model that starts from the data reduction, data display, and verification or conclusion stages. The results showed that: (1) the characteristics of women's leadership styles, at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute of Ternate (IAIN) were considered good; (2) In addition, the leadership style of women in the two educational institutions, is very influential in general and especially students in motivating, and providing development in the learning process and encouragement, in order to be able to hone their abilities, and make female leaders as patrons for female leaders will come; (3) As in the process of enforcement, women leaders based on regulatory agencies specified in the legislation-u ndang Education System. Meanwhile the steps taken in the learning process in class go through three stages, namely the initial activity , the core activity, and the final activity . At these stages can stimulate the learning process is most students to learning in the classroom implementation of the Most students become active and raised their interaction.

Abstract

Objective: This study uses a quantitative approach or post-positivism, which is looking at the influence between variables. Therefore, the main problems in this study are: Does learning organization, work engagement, work motivation, and work stress affect innovative work behavior, how is the learning organization, and work stress on work engagement, how learning organization affects work motivation, how work motivation and work engagement mediate the relationship between learning organization and Innovative Work Behavior, and the relationship between work stress and Innovative Work Behavior, and how work engagement moderates the relationship between work engagement and Innovative Work Behavior and the relationship between learning organization and Innovative Work Behavior. Methodology: The analytical model used are Structural Equation Modeling and SMART PLS (Partial Least Square) as tools for the statistical test. Data collection tools used are questionnaires and interviews, and the number of respondents was 84 civil servants. Finding: Based on the results of hypothesis testing using Smart PLS, it shows that, H1, H2, H4, and H6 are acceptable, because the t table value is greater than the calculated t value, or has an alpha (α) value smaller than 5%. Whereas   H3, H5, and H7 cannot be accepted (rejected), because the value is greater than 5%.Conclusion: The results showed that: (1) Learning organization had a positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior, and work motivation but had no effect on work engagement, (2) Work engagement has an effect on Innovative Work Behavior), (3) Work motivation has no effect on Innovative Work Behavior, (4) Work stress has a positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior but has no effect on work engagement, (5) Work motivation fully mediates the relationship between learning organization and Innovative Work Behavior, (6) Work engagement fully mediates the relationship/influence of learning organization and work stress on Innovative Work Behavior, and (7) Work motivation does not moderate the relationship or influence of learning organization and work engagement on Innovative Work Behavior.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Kota Ternate; (2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Kota Ternate; dan (3) Mengegahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komepetensi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Kota Ternate. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 70 orang pegawai. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda (multiple regression) dengan menggunakan statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) sebagai alat uji statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Kota Ternate. Hasil ini berdasarkan pada nilai t hitung yang lebih besar dari nilai t tabel dan nilai signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari alpha; (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Kota Ternate. Hasil ini berdasarkan pada nilai t hitung yang lebih besar dari nilai t tabel dan nilai signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari alpha; dan (3) Kompetensi dan Lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Kota Ternate. Abstract

Tujuan penelitan ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui dan Menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Anugerah Fasad Sejati; (2) Mengetahui dan Menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasional secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Anugerah Fasad Sejati; (3 Mengetahui dan Menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan secara positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional PT. Anugerah Fasad Sejati. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 30 orang karyawan. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan sederhana dengan menggunakan statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) sebagai alat uji statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan; (2) Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan; (3) Pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional; (4) Pemberdayaan dan komitmen organisasional secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anugerah Fasad Sejati; dan (5) Komitmen organisasional mampu memediasi pengaruh positif dan signifikan pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anugerah Fasad Sejati.

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study are: (1) Knowing andanalyzing the influence of personality on employee performance atSMEs in Ternate City; (2) Knowing and analyzing the effect of jobsatisfaction on employee performance at SMEs in Ternate City; (3)Knowing and analyzing the influence of personality on employeejob satisfaction at SMEs in Ternate City; and (4) Knowing andanalyzing job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence ofpersonality on employee performance at SMEs in Ternate City. Inaddition, the results of this study are expected to provide thefollowing benefits: Theoretical Benefits: To support and enrich thedevelopment of human resource management (HRM).Methodology: The test equipment used is Structural EquationModeling (SEM) using Smart PLS as a statistical test tool.Finding: H1 H2, and H3 are accepted at the 5% confidence levelConclusion: The results showed that: (1) Personality had apositive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction atSMEs in Ternate City; (2) Personality (personality) has nosignificant effect on employee performance at SMEs in TernateCity: (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect onemployee performance at SMEs in Ternate City; and (4) jobsatisfaction is able to fully mediate the influence betweenpersonality and employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on MSME Performance Mediated by Organizational Commitment Study on MSMEs in Ternate City. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. This type of research uses quantitative and causal. The population in this study were UMKM actors located in the Ternate City area. The UMKM population spread across Ternate City according to a page accessed from the Ministry of UMKM Cooperatives as many as 20,164 UMKM and by using the Slovin formula, a sample of 100 UMKM actors was obtained. The data analysis method uses SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results show that 1) total quality management has a significant effect on UMKM performance, 2) total quality management has a significant effect on organizational commitment, 3) organizational commitment has a significant effect on UMKM performance, 4) organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between the effect of total quality management on the performance of UMKM.

Abstract

Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. 35 of 2018 concerning the Revitalization of Correctional Administration is an effort to progressively re-describe the ideal correctional system implementation model and is based on a holistic analysis of the elements that affect the implementation of correctional duties and functions as well as existing objective conditions. That way a more precise formula will be obtained in solving various problems that have been indicated, in the implementation of the work of the correctional system, with measurable and clear change measures. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of Organizational Commitment, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the Inmate Development Programa at the Ternate Class IIA Penitentiary. The variables studied are Organizational Commitment, Motivation and Work Discipline. The sample collection method uses the solvin formula. The resulting sample was 60. Questionnaires were distributed to employees of the Ternate Class IIA Penitentiary. The data analysis test uses the Multiple linear regression method using the statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) V22 program as a statistical test tool. The results of hypothesis testing for the variables Organizational Commitment, Motivation and Work Discipline had a significant effect on the Performance of Ternate Class IIA Penitentiary Employees
