Abstract

This study examines social change or social transformation in the view of the Qur'an. This paper emphasizes the understanding that social transformation is a necessity because it is part of the sunnatullah applied in the reality of life through the pattern or process of its transformation. This paper uses the concept of alibtila' as a selection process. The argument is described based on the perspective of the verses of the Qur'an and by the interpretations of the interpreters in understanding the verses that identify the term. In addition, this study is intended to build knowledge that people can understand and be able to realize a positive-idealistic, constructive social transformation amid their lives based on the most fundamental source of Islamic teachings.Abstrak:  Studi ini mengkaji  tentang perubahan sosial atau transformasi sosial dalam pandangan Al-Quran. Tulisan ini menekankan pada pemahaman bahwa transformasi sosial adalah sebuah keniscayaan terjadi karena itu merupakan bagian dari sunnatullah dalam realitas kehidupan melalui pola atau proses transformasinya. Tulisan ini menggunakan konsep alibtila' sebagai proses seleksi. Argument tersebut dideskripsikan berdasarkan perspektif ayat-ayat Al-Qur‟an dan sesuai dengan interpretasi para penafsir dalam memahami ayat-ayat yang mengidentifikasi term tersebut. Selain itu, studi ini ditujukan agar masyarakat dapat memahami dan mampu mewujudkan transformasi sosial yang positif-idealistik, konstruktif di tengah-tengah kehidupan mereka berdasarkan kepada sumber ajaran Islam yang paling fundamental, yaitu ayat-ayat Al-Qur‟an Al-Karim dari karya-karya tafsir yang menjelaskannya secara lebih rinci dan luas.

Abstract

Implementasi pembagian warisan di Gampoeng Sungai Lueng agak berbeda dengan wilayah pada umumnya. Tidak hanya berbeda dalam hukum mewaris yang digariskan dalam Islam, namun ada sekema penundaan yang cukup lama yang terkadang membuat ahli waris lebih dulu meninggal dunia. Artikel ini tergolong dalam penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini adalah studi fenomenologi terhadap beberapa praktek dan kasus di Desa Sungai Lueng, Kota Langsa. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan dua; Pertama, pembagian harta warisan di Desa Sungai Lueng dibagikan sama rata tanpa memandang jenis kelamin ataupun hubungan kekerabatan ahli waris. Hal tersebut dilakukan dengan musyawarah dan kerelaan bersama. Kedua, penundaan yang terjadi dalam proses pembagian warisan disebabkan karena menunggu semua ahli waris untuk bisa hadir pada musyawarah.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of JPS Program policies in poverty reduction in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era. The research location is in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur. The approach used is a qualitative research method. The problems studied are about the implementation of the JPS Program policy in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur in the context of overcoming poverty due to the Covid-19 Pandemic as well as the positive and negative impacts of implementing the JPS Program policy on the poor in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results of the study found that the Covid-19 Pandemic that occurred in Indonesia caused the poor in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur to lose their jobs. In dealing with this phenomenon, the government implements the JPS Assistance Program policies is the Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT DD), Bantuan Pelaku Usaha Mikro (BPUM), Bantuan Kartu Prakerja, Subsidi Listrik dan Bantuan Sosial yaitu Bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), Bansos Sembako dan Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST). The implementation of the JPS Program policy in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur was able to increase the purchasing power of the poor for their food needs. This reality is a positive impact of the JPS Program. Meanwhile, the negative impact of the implementation of the JPS Program policy is that the poor people in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur are getting lazy to work so they are very dependent on the assistance that the government provides every month.

Abstract

As a perfect religion, the teachings of Islam clearly regulate various aspects of human life. Law enforcement and justice are a part of life that is also regulated and received attention in Islamic teachings. This includes the issue of criminal law regulated through Al-Ahkam al-Jinayah (Islamic criminal law). Speaking of Islamic Criminal Law, it is closely related to administrative affairs, for example when there are criminal cases, it requires recording, disposition, and lowering the articles against the sanctions that will be imposed. Everything goes through an administrative process that is vital in determining the outcome of the case. Departing from the above facts, this research seeks to find a correlation between the history of Islamic criminal administration and the implementation in modern-day Aceh. This research is included in the literature study with a qualitative approach, the methodology used is a descriptive analysis study. The results of the study concluded that the administration of Islamic criminal cases in Aceh is each very connected with the administrative values of the Rsulullah and Sahabat period, as for the reason because Aceh has Qanun Jinayat which makes it not rigid to positive law (General Criminal).

Abstract

As an ideal institution, constructive and innovative policies are needed and can provide benefits for every element in it. Furthermore, a policy can be said to be effective if it can be implemented and solve various administrative problems. The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in early 2019 to 2021 made various global administrative sectors paralyzed, including at IAIN Langsa. This fact makes it difficult for the academic community of IAIN Langsa to find it difficult to attend attendance, leave leave, report ranks and other administrative interests. Not to mention the existence of rules related to lockdown, social distancing, and work from home (WFH) urging the IAIN Langsa policy analyst team to take precise steps in responding to these dynamics. This article belongs to field research with a qualitative approach. The methodology used is a phenomenological study of the administrative policies of IAIN Langsa which eventually resulted in an application called Sitotal. The results of the study concluded; First, the presence of a digital office system (Sitotal) as a result of the policies of the leadership of IAIN Langsa is very urgent to implement an administrative system that was paralyzed due to the pandemic. Second, Sitotal gave IAIN Langsa its own color by creating a unique product and the only one on campus in Indonesia.
