Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan beberapa faktor yang diduga berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas diantaranya pemanfaatan leverage dan perputaran modal kerja. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 13 perusahaan dan sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 12 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan analisis jalur dengan hasil persamaan X2= 0,335 X1 + 0,938, X3 = -0,440 X1 + 0,038 X2 + 0,900. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan hasil koefisien jalur leverage terhadap perputaran modal kerja sebesar 0,335 pada taraf signifikan 0,009, leverage terhadap profitabilitas sebesar –0,440 pada taraf signifikansi 0,001 dan perputaran modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas sebesar 0,038 pada taraf signifikan 0,764. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh leverage terhadap perputaran modal kerja, terdapat pengaruh leverage terhadap profitabilitas, terdapat pengaruh perputaran modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas. Kata kunci : Leverage, Perputaran Modal Kerja, Profitabilitas. AbstractThis research is conducted to explain some factors that allegedly have an effect on to profitability such as utilization of leverage and working capital turnover. Population used in this research is 13 companies and the sample that use in this research is 12 companies. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative by using path analysis with the result of equation X2 = 0,335 X1 + 0,938, X3 = -0,440 X1 + 0,038 X2 + 0,900. Hypothesis test shows the result of coefficient of leverage path to working capital turnover is 0,335 at significant level 0,009, leverage to profitability is -0,440 at significance level 0,001 and work capital turnover to profitability  is  0,038 at significant level 0,764. The result of research indicate that there is influenced of leverage to working capital turnover, there is influenced of leverage to profitability, there influenced of working capital turnover to profitability. Keywords: Leverage, Working Capital Turnover, and Profitability

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Hard Skill and Soft Skill Against Employee Performance PT. Telkom Sumatera. The sample in this research is all employees of PT. Telkom Sumatra as many as 67 people. The test used is instrument test and classical assumption test. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. From result of validity test obtained rcount > rtable for each question item and reliability test questionnaire obtained by alpha cronbach each variable that is 0,826 for variable of Hard Skill (X1), 0,897 for variable of Soft Skill (X2) and 0,885 for Employee Performance variable Y). This value is greater than the significant level of rtable is 0.313. Data analysis of each variable obtained by regression equation Y = 14,154 + 0,330 X1 + 0,387 X2 + e. Obtained R2 equal to 0,521 which means X1, X2,  explain the effect to Y variable equal to 52,1% while the rest influenced by other factor. The partial test (t test) of each independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable with the research significance is smaller than 0,1, and the result of simultaneous test (test F) calculation is 34,784 with Ftable 2,38 which means Fcount> Ftable with level if significant (α) <0, 1, which means the accepted hypothesis is Hard Skill and Soft Skill has jointly significant effect on Employee Performance PT. Abstract

The problem in this research is the low learning achievement of high school students in economics subject. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The Effect of Critical Thinking Ability on High School Students' Learning Achievement in Economics Subjects, (2) The Effect of Internet Use on High School Students' Learning Achievement in Economics Subjects, (3) The Effect of Critical Thinking Ability and Internet Use on High School Student Achievement in Economics. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. Then test for normality, linearity, and multicollinearity. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression and to test the research hypothesis using the t-test and F-test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 36.544 + 0.306X1 + 0.310X2, the t-test on the Critical Thinking Ability variable (X1) obtained tcount> t table (5.637 > 1.661), and the Internet Usage variable (X2) obtained tcount> ttable ( 5,668 > 1,661). While the F-test resulted in the value of Fcount>Ftable (42.811> 3.09). Furthermore, from the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained R square of 0.479 which means Critical Thinking Ability, and the use of the Internet contributed 47.9% to the Learning Achievement of High School Students in Economics Subjects. Based on the results of the study, it was also found that the variable of internet use (X2) is the variable that most influences the learning achievement of high school students in Economics subject, this is indicated by the t-count and coefficient values that are greater than the critical thinking ability variable (X1).

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) know the feasibility of the media Video tutorial based on the project based learning software application and interior building, and (2) to determine the effectiveness of the use of media video tutorial based project based learning on software application learning and building interiors can improve the learning outcomes of software applications and building interiors. This type of research is development research using R&D models from the Borg and Gall combined with the Dick and Carey instructional design models. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method. The results of the hypothesis test study prove that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of software applications and building interiors that are studied using project-based learning video tutorial media and the learning outcomes of software applications and building interiors using visual media.
