Abstract

This article aims to develop innovative and creative accounting learning for teachers as future educators in facing the industrial revolution 5.0 based on case studies and problem-based learning. The problem is focused on elaborating and exploring in depth the ideal contemporary accounting learning approaches, models and strategies and the preparation of future learning models as prototypes. To approach this problem, theoretical references from case studies and problem-based learning are used. questionnaire and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that the application of the case study method and problem-based learning model can be applied as a digitalization-based learning model at SMK in North Sumatra. This is evidenced from research data which shows that most teachers, schools and students have readiness in applying case study methods and problem-based learning. Learning activities are indicated by an increase in positive activity and a decrease in negative activity in each cycle. Meanwhile, student learning outcomes are indicated by an increase in the average grade value and student learning completeness in each cycle

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru BK, pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru BK. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah guru BK SMA di Kota Medan yang berjumlah 238 orang dari 202 sekolah. Sampel penelitian menggunakan tabel morgan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru BK sebesar 0,168. Pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja guru BK sebesar 0,371. Dengan demikian, dapat  dijelaskan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru BK diperlukan efektifitas budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, kemampuan manajemen kepala sekolah, dan juga kinerja guru BK .Kata Kunci:  Budaya Organisasi; Kepemimpinan Transformasional; Kinerja Guru BK

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan focus group discussion untuk meningkatkan moral judgment mahasiswa yang mencontek. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 orang dilakukan mengunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dan dianalisis dengan menggunkan uji Wilcoxon. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Z dan diperoleh jumlah ZTabel > ZHitung = -1,96 >  -2,805, dengan standar deviasi pada pre-test = 6,34 dan pada post-test = 3,6. Dari data statistik tersebut maka disimpulkan Ha diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan penerapan Focus Group Discussion terhadap peningkatan Moral Judgement Mahasiswa terhadap Prilaku Menyontek di Prodi Bimbingan dan Konseling Unimed T.A 2017/2018.Kata kunci : Moral Judgement, Focused Group Discussion, Menyontek

Abstract

Faktor sosial dan non sosial merupakan salah satu yang membentuk rendahnya minat belajar pada diri siswa di SMP Negeri 5 Wangi-wangi. Guru sangat berperan terhadap pembentukan perkembangan siswa. Dalam hal ini, peneliti memilih layanan bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik token economy untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik token economy untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kuantitatif metode eksperimen pre-experimental dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Wangi-wangi melalui teknik sampling pupossive dengan sampel penelitian 14 siswa yang memiliki minat belajar rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) secara umum, tingkat minat belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Wangi-wangi menunujukkan bahwa 5 siswa atau 35.7.% subyek memiliki minat belajar pada kategori sedang, dan 9 siswa atau 64.3% subyek memiliki minat belajar yang tinggi, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian perlakuan melalui teknik token economy dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa.; (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pretest dengan posttest dengan nilai masing-masing nilai sig. (2-tailed) probabilitas 0,001 pada taraf signifikansi nilai 0.05 (p<0.05), yang berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian perlakuan melalui teknik token economy untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa yang dilakukan berhasil secara signifikan atau efektif untuk dilakukan.Kata kunci: Token Economy; Minat Belajar; Bimbingan Kelompok

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low learning achievement of high school students in economics subject. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The Effect of Critical Thinking Ability on High School Students' Learning Achievement in Economics Subjects, (2) The Effect of Internet Use on High School Students' Learning Achievement in Economics Subjects, (3) The Effect of Critical Thinking Ability and Internet Use on High School Student Achievement in Economics. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. Then test for normality, linearity, and multicollinearity. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression and to test the research hypothesis using the t-test and F-test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 36.544 + 0.306X1 + 0.310X2, the t-test on the Critical Thinking Ability variable (X1) obtained tcount> t table (5.637 > 1.661), and the Internet Usage variable (X2) obtained tcount> ttable ( 5,668 > 1,661). While the F-test resulted in the value of Fcount>Ftable (42.811> 3.09). Furthermore, from the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained R square of 0.479 which means Critical Thinking Ability, and the use of the Internet contributed 47.9% to the Learning Achievement of High School Students in Economics Subjects. Based on the results of the study, it was also found that the variable of internet use (X2) is the variable that most influences the learning achievement of high school students in Economics subject, this is indicated by the t-count and coefficient values that are greater than the critical thinking ability variable (X1).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how important the role of student involvement in understanding accounting concepts is. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Medan The population in this study were all students of class X Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Medan City for the 2020/2021 academic year which consisted of 144 students and consisted of 4 classes, while the sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling with a sample of 59 students. For the actual data and description of the topic to be studied, the researcher used several data collection methods, namely; interview and Questionnaire/Questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, product moment correlation analysis, simple regression analysis. The results of the analysis and discussion conducted regarding the effect of student involvement on the understanding of accounting concepts for students in SMK N 1 Medan City, it can be concluded as follows: There is a positive and significant effect of student involvement (X) on understanding accounting concepts (Y) for class X SMK students N1 Medan and Based on the coefficient of determination, student involvement has an influence on students' understanding of accounting concepts by 49.5%. While 50.5% is explained by other factors or variables that are not included in this regression analysis and are not studied in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to know the effect of using Adobe Premiere-Based Interactive Multimedia on Students’ Tata Hidang This study used experimental quasi, namely the design of the pretest-posttest control group. The results of the study concluded (1) The average of students’ achievement that used modules was 80 and students’ achievement that used Adobe Premiere-Based Interactive Multimedia was 84; (2) students’ achievement that used Adobe Premiere-Based Interactive Multimedia was higher than using modules. Keywords: Interactive Media, Adobe Premiere, Module, Tata Hidang ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan multimedia interaktif berbasis adobe premiere terhadap hasil belajar mata kuliah tata hidang . Penelitian ini termasuk quasi experimental, yaitu pretest-posttest control group design. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan: (1) hasil belajar menggunakan modul bahan ajar rata-rata M =  79 dengan tingkat kecenderungan berada pada kategori kompeten, (2) hasil belajar menggunakan multimedia interaktif berbasis adobe premiere rata-rata M =  82,8 dengan tingkat kecenderungan berada pada kategori kompeten, (3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar menggunakan modul bahan ajar dengan hasil belajar menggunakan multimedia interaktif berbasis adobe premiere. Hasil belajar yang tertinggi adalah yang menggunakan multimedia interaktif berbasis adobe premiere.Kata Kunci: Media Interaktif, Adobe Premiere, Modul, Tata Hidang

Abstract

In this research, there were problems that showed a low level of learning activity and also in the initial ability test of students showed that the learning outcomes of the cognitive domain of students on the material of the adjusting journal were still low. The purpose of this research was to determine the increase in students' accounting activities and learning outcomes in class XII IPS 2 at SMA Swasta Dharmawangsa Medan through the application of the Two Stay Two Stray type cooperative learning model on the material of the trading company's adjustment journal. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects in this study were 27 students of class XII IPS 2. The instruments in this study consisted of knowledge tests and activity observation sheets. The results of the observation of student activity in cycle I there were 9 students (34%) who fell into the active and very active categories. In cycle II students who were included in the active and very active categories increased to 27 students (100%) and had met the success indicator >85%. And from the results of data analysis, the first cycle knowledge test was obtained with an average value of 62.2 with 15 students (56%) and an increase in the second cycle knowledge test with an average value of 84.1 with 26 students (96%) and has met the success indicator >85%. Based on these data, the indicators of this study have been met. So, it can be concluded that the application of the Two Stay Two Stray type cooperative learning model can improve student learning activities and outcomes at SMA Swasta Dharmawangsa Medan.
