Abstract

An organization or company cannot be separated from the activity of managing risk. Management must decide how to manage economic resources according to the goals of the organization or company. Risk is a hazard or a threat or possibility of an action or event that has an impact which is contrary to the objectives to be achieved. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach where this approach describes research on a subject. Sources of data are secondary data obtained through library research in the form of journals, news articles, and books related to research. The data that has been collected will be classified, then verified whether it is in accordance with the research and then analyzed. The results of the study found that a leader must be brave in making decisions because the determination of decision making greatly affects the achievement of organizational goals and also an action to solve problems.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of the Human Development Index (HDI), investment, and government spending on economic growth in Paser Regency from 2009 to 2020. The data used is derived from annual secondary data and analyzed using path analysis with AMOS 23 to examine direct and indirect relationships, with unemployment as a mediating variable. The results show that investment, particularly through increased production capacity and economic activity, has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while government spending and HDI have a negative effect on growth. This indicates that regional budget allocation is still dominated by unproductive spending, while the increase in HDI is not yet in line with labor market needs. Furthermore, mediation analysis shows that unemployment does not play a significant role in channeling the influence of independent variables on growth. Therefore, Paser's economic dynamics are more influenced by structural elements than by labor market cycles. At the district level, this study provides empirical benefits by highlighting issues of fiscal inefficiency, human resource mismatches, and dependence on the mining sector. One consequence of this policy is that government spending must be allocated to more productive sectors, investment must be more diversified outside the extractive sector, and human resource development programs must be tailored to the needs of the labor market. It is hoped that these measures will boost sustainable economic growth and reduce structural vulnerability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pola komunikasi antara guru dan siswa dalam implementasi program pemahaman adat dan alam di Sekolah Alam Kampung Bagea Ciwidey, di tengah tantangan budaya asing yang semakin meluas di Indonesia. Fokus utama adalah memahami bagaimana interaksi komunikatif ini memengaruhi efektivitas program dalam menjaga dan mengembangkan kearifan lokal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, melibatkan observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi yang terbuka dan berorientasi pada kolaborasi antara guru dan siswa memiliki peran krusial dalam kesuksesan implementasi program, mempromosikan pemahaman mendalam tentang adat dan alam, serta memperkuat identitas lokal dalam menghadapi arus globalisasi budaya dan tentunya dengan pendekatan komunikasi interpersonal antara guru dan murid juga salah satu peranan penting dalam kesuksesan program pemahaman adat dan alam. Implikasi temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya komunikasi efektif dalam konteks pendidikan berkelanjutan yang berpusaat pada nilai-nilai keberlanjutan dan kearifan lokal.
