Nursing care in the rehabilitation phase is one which provides occupational therapy, which is one form of combination therapy between art and science to direct patients to selective activities, so that health can be improved and maintained, and prevent disability through work activities and training This study is to show evidence of the effectiveness of occupational therapy interventions: job training in schizophrenic patients at the Mental Hospital.Methods: The method used in this systematic review consists of 5 stages: identification of instruments in the literature (database search); identification of relevant literature based on title and abstract; inclusion and exclusion criteria; obtaining full text literature; assessment based on literature component and analysis of selected instruments. The database used in the literature search was Scopus, Proquest, Science Direct, Japan Journal, Cochrane by limiting the keywords "Occupational Therapy" and "Schizophrenia", which were published in the years between 2012-2018.Results: Fifteen studies were included in the analysis, only 10 journals met the criteria to be included in the quantitative design.Conclusion: From the results of this study it was found that occupational therapy was significant in improving cognitive, social, work, welfare, and contributing to the quality of life of patients.

The purpose of this study was to describe the symbolic meaning presented in Semar Mesem spell in its socio-cultural context. This study used text analysis by applying semiotic theory of Roland Barthes and considering its context in its social life of the community to obtain a comprehensive description of its symbolic meaning. The data was collected through direct interviews to the owner of spell. It was done by listening, transcribing it in English, identifying and analyzing it to formulate the research findings. The analysis showed that the symbols presented in the mantra described the elements of wisdom and virtue in communal life.

Rasa bingung yakni rasa yang timbul ketika apa yang menjadi keinginan tidak sejalan dengan pemikirannya. Novel Thathit Bebuntut Udan menceritakan masalah kejiwaan Sunarsih. Sunarsih memiliki id ingin bersanding dengan laki-laki idamannya. Tetapi ibunya tidak bisa menerima keinginannya, karena ibunya punya pilihan untuk anaknya. Id yang menjadi keinginannya Sunarsih sangat besar, menimbulkan kebingungan dalam jiwanya. Artikel ini dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, untuk memilah data menggunakan teknik studi pustaka, baca dan catat. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut yakni struktur kepribadian, gambaran rasa bingung, dan pertahanan ego. Dengan teori Freud yang menghasilkan penjelasan mengenai struktur kepribadian yang unggul dalam pembahasan unsur batinnya yakni superego-nya Sunarsih. Superego yang menyebabkan kebingungan dalam jiwanya. Gambaran rasa bingung Sunarsih dalam pikirannya, cemburu, sedih, yang bisa menumbuhkan rasa bingungnya. Pertahanan ego yang dialami Sunarsih ada lima. Pertahanan ego yang bisa membuatnya menurunkan rasa bingung yakni penolakan, represi, melawan diri sendiri, rasionalisasi, dan sublimasi. Kata kunci: Keinginan, Rasa Bingung, Kejiwaan

ABSTRAKInferioritas adalah perasaan yang tumbuh dari diri pribadi yang merasa lebih lemah dan rendah dari orang lain, hal tersebut disebabkan oleh keadaan tertentu dalam lingkungan masyarakat. Novel Guwing karya Suharmono Kasiyun merupakan novel yang bercerita tentang tokoh utama yang memiliki problem kejiwaan berupa perasaan inferior. Tokoh utama berusaha mengatasi perasaan inferior tersebut dan mencapai superioritas dengan caradorongan dari diri sendiri dan motivasi dari orang lain. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan teknik studi kepustakaan, baca, dan catat. Cara analisis data menggunakan cara reduksi data. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah karya sastra berupa novel. Masalah yang dibahas dalam artikel ini adalah representasi inferioritas tokoh utama, akibat tumbuhnya inferioritas tokoh utama, dan upaya untuk mengatasi inferioritas tokoh utama. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan psikologi individual Alfred Adler, karena teori Adler membahas tentang kepribadian dan berfokus pada orang- orang yang lemah dan memiliki kondisi fisik yang kurang sempurna. Salah satu konsep yang dicetuskan Adler adalah superioritas, yakni tujuan individu yang semula mengembangkan perasaan inferior ingin menjadi superior. Representasi inferioritas tokoh utama terbagi menjadi tiga yaitu perasaan minder, frustasi, dan was-was. Penyebab tumbuhnya inferioritas tokoh utama ada tiga yaitu cacat fisik, gaya hidup diabaikan, dan keadaan yang tidak diharapkan. Upaya tokoh utama untuk mengatasi perasaan inferiornya adalah dengan cara mengakhiri hidup dan akrab dengan orang lain. Kata kunci: Inferioritas, Tokoh Utama, Superioritas

Dilansir dari situs resmi Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19, per 12 April 2021 persentase kasus Covid-19 di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara mencapai angka 0.7% dengan besaran kasus sebanyak 11.398. Dari besaran kasus tersebut, Kota Tarakan merupakan kota dengan kasus positif Covid-19 tertinggi di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara (Dinas Kesehatan, 2021). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kecemasan perawat IGD dalam menangani pasien Covid-19 pada Masa New Normal. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara Kuantitatif dengan Metode Deskriptif dan dengan menggunakan Total Sampling sebanyak 30 orang dengan masing – masing Rumah Sakit sebanyak 15 sampel perawat. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) dan pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan September 2022. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa dari dua rumah sakit yang diteliti responden lebih banyak yang mengalami kecemasan ringan dan sisanya tidak mengalami kecemasan sama sekali. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa responden yang memiliki tingkat kecemasan ringan dan tidak cemas hal ini dikarenakan perawat sudah memiliki pengetahuan yang mulai baik mengenai informasi tentang Covid-19, baik cara penularan maupun cara pencegahan, adapun pengetahuan ini didapatkan atau bisa diakses melalui webinar, penyuluhan kesehatan, internet, media cetak maupun elektronik serta banyaknya leaflet yang terpampang di sekitar lingkungan rumah sakit meskipun demikian, namun mereka tetap merasakan cemas tapi rasa cemas tersebut dapat mereka kendalikan dengan tetap berfikiran positif.

The aim of this research is to increase learning motivation in Class III students of Dukuh 1 State Elementary School in learning Mathematics through the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. This research is classroom action research with four stages of activities, namely; (1) planning, (2) implementation; (4) observation; and (4) reflection. The research was carried out at Dukuh 1 State Elementary School with a total of 14 students as subjects. Data collection techniques use documentation and observation techniques. Data analysis techniques using qualitative analysis include; data reduction, data presentation, and collection and quantitative analysis including; average value and prosentase. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can increase the learning motivation of class III students at Dukuh 1 State Elementary School in learning Mathematics.

Cataract patients may experience anxiety due to a decrease in the sense of vision of the eye. coupled with surgery to overcome cataracts can increase anxiety in patients. Relaxation is an alternative to reducing anxiety. Relaxation is often used to describe a pleasant exercise with relaxation techniques used. One of the relaxations that can be used is Benson relaxation, which is a relaxation approach that involves patient trust. This study aims to analyze the benson relaxation of elderly patients with cataracts at RSUD dr. H Jusuf SK. The research method is quasi-experiment design one group pretest-posttest with a total research sample of 20 respondents. The results of the Wilcoxon test with p <0.005 that there is a difference in the anxiety level of elderly patients with cataracts at RSUD dr H Jusuf SK with p <0.05. The conclusion of the study is that there is a difference in giving Benson relaxation to the anxiety of elderly patients with cataracts.

This research describes the personality structure of the main character, Sumirah, in the novel Aku Wong Kafir by Tulus Setiyadi. The method used is descriptive qualitative, and the approach taken is the literary psychology approach, using Sigmund Freud's personality structure theory, which includes the id, ego, and superego. The data source is the novel titled Aku Wong Kafir by Tulus Setiyadi. The research data consists of texts, words, sentences, narratives, and dialogues from the novel Aku Wong Kafir. This data was analyzed using data analysis methods comprising three parts: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion drawing. This research yields four main results. First, the character Sumirah experiences three structures: id, ego, and superego. The results of this study indicate that the personality structure of the main character Sumirah in the novel Aku Wong Kafir by Tulus Setiyadi is divided into three elements: id, ego, and superego.

This study aims to describe the role of students' high-level thinking skills through the Discovery Learning learning model in improving explanatory text writing skills. Explanatory texts, which serve to explain phenomena logically and systematically, contribute to the development of students' critical and analytical mindsets. Through the Discovery Learning approach, students are directed to find cause-and-effect relationships independently, thereby increasing their cognitive involvement in understanding and writing explanatory texts. The study also highlights the importance of explicit learning strategies such as scaffolding, the use of text models, and reflective exercises to support writing skills. However, there are various challenges such as limited ability to organize ideas, lack of understanding of academic language, and low intrinsic motivation of students. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Discovery Learning learning model has proven to be effective in improving skills in explanatory text writing because it encourages students to discover important concepts on their own through the process of active exploration. This study recommends the consistent integration of explanatory text-based approaches and Discovery Learning in educational practices to comprehensively improve students' academic literacy.
