Abstract

Vaccines have an important influence in overcoming the covid-19 virus outbreak, the higher public doubts about the covid-19 vaccine can affect people's intentions to use the covid-19 vaccine. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Theory Planned of Behavior is applied in predicting people's behaviour to use the covid-19 vaccine with subjective norms focused on the media. This study collects data through an online survey by distributing questionnaires from Google Form. The sample was taken as many as 154 people of Magelang district aged 16-40 years had been selected based on purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of this study show that of the three variables, namely attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavior control, only the attitude variable has a significant influence on the intention to use the covid-19 vaccine.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts made by managers in developing the Lintang Waterpark Tempuran Hot Spring Tourism Object to increase the number of tourist visits. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study are managers, employees and the surrounding community who will later provide data on tourism development. While the object of this research is the promotion, management, strengths and weaknesses of the Lintang Waterpark Tempuran Hot Spring Tourism Object affecting the economic progress of the people in the area because it opens up job opportunities for the surrounding community starting from employees, traders, to the land used for parking. Of course this is very helpful for the community in improving the family economy. With relatively cheap prices and easily accessible locations, it affects the number of tourist visits. The Lintang Waterpark Tempuran Hot Springs Tourism Object has strengths and weaknesses, namely the strengths of the Tempuran Lintang Hot Springs Tourism Object include the pool design which is suitable for all ages ranging from children, adolescents, to adults. Meanwhile, the weakness of the Lintang Waterpark Tempuran Hot Spring Tourism Object is the access road to the location is damaged. Keywords : Management, Hot Springs, Maqasid Syariah, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

Community empowerment initiatives are pivotal in bolstering the financial stability of rural communities, particularly those facing challenges in marketing local products such as fresh milk. One of the strategic actions taken for the village populace involves enhancing the marketability of Etawa goat milk—a product with significant demand. The principal objective of this service activity is to inject innovation into the sales techniques of Jegglik Village's community outputs. It was achieved through the creation of distinctive logos or labels and leveraging Google Maps to extend the customer base, thereby amplifying the visibility of Etawa goat milk production far and wide. The approach employed in these community service efforts was Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), which focuses on fostering social cohesion and enabling community-led environmental and economic development, also known as Community-Driven Development (CDD). The outcomes of this initiative have been markedly positive, yielding beneficial impacts for the community, such as expanded market reach and the ability to forge contractual relationships with milk production enterprises.

Abstract

In the digital era, women entrepreneurs must be equipped with relevant digital skills to enhance their business potential. Many women’s business groups still face challenges in utilizing technology, particularly in marketing their products online. This community service initiative aimed to strengthen the digital marketing capabilities of women from Fayat NU Windusari, Magelang, through training focused on the use of Facebook as a promotional tool. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program emphasized collaborative learning and direct practice, enabling participants to better understand and apply Facebook features for marketing purposes. The training covered content creation, product promotion, and interaction with potential customers via social media. As a result, the participants showed improved knowledge and skills in leveraging Facebook for business activities. This activity illustrates the importance of digital empowerment for women, enabling them to expand market access, increase income, and sustain their entrepreneurial efforts in the digital age.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya pondok pesantren dalam mengedukasi santri tentang kemampuan berwirausaha adalah dengan mengembangan unit berbasis usaha yang dikelola pesantren. Pondok pesantren yang memiliki sebuah unit usaha diantaranya pondok pesantren Mambaul Huda Kaliabu Kabupaten Magelang. Unit usaha yang dijalankan bernama unit usaha eMHa yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2008. Akan tetapi dalam perjalanannya unit usaha tersebut masih memiliki kendala dalam memanajemen usahanya baik dalam hal keuangan, SDM, stok barang dan lain sebagainya. Kendala yang sering dihadapi antara lain pengelola yang datang terlambat, selisih kas akibat transaksi penjualan yang tidak tercatat, keterlambatan dalam penyediaan stok barang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penerapan fungsi manajemen yang sudah dijalankan dari segi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasannya. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data yang berasal dari proses observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari data yang diperoleh menunjukkan sebagian besar fungsi manajemen sudah dilaksanakan unit usaha eMHa, akan tetapi masih terkendala dalam aspek pengawasan dan permasalahan SDM. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, unit usaha diharapkan dapat menjadikan rujukan bagi unit usaha pesantrem dalam rangka memperbaiki manajemen unit usaha eMHa tersebut.
