Abstract

Pondok pesantren Bukit Al-Quran Kabupaten Demak merupakan salah satu pesantren yang potensial dalam mencetak wirausahawan muslim. Para santri di pondok pesantren tersebut mayoritas merupakan siswa SMA dan mahasiswa yang memiliki antusiasme tinggi dalam berwirausaha. Namun, minimnya pemahaman tentang manajemen bisnis menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi para santri. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat diterapkan adalah pelatihan Business Model Canvas (BMC), yang merupakan alat visual sistematis untuk merancang dan menganalisis model bisnis. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan santri di Pondok Pesantren Bukit Al-Quran, Kabupaten Demak, melalui pelatihan BMC. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, demonstrasi, dan diskusi interaktif dengan peserta pelatihan sebanyak 30 santri. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta dapat memahami konsep dan penerapan BMC dalam merancang bisnis, serta mampu menyusun BMC untuk ide bisnis mereka sendiri. Pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat bagi santri dalam mengenali peluang bisnis, memahami perencanaan usaha, serta meningkatkan kemampuan analisis dalam menjalankan bisnis sesuai prinsip syariah. Oleh karena itu, program serupa perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan untuk membentuk santri yang tidak hanya berilmu agama, tetapi juga memiliki keterampilan kewirausahaan yang siap bersaing di dunia bisnis.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of investment returns, premium income and operating expenses on the profitability of sharia general insurance companies in Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative with multiple regression analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data taken from the financial reports of sharia general insurance companies in Indonesia. Data processing was carried out using the EViews 12 application. The research results show that investment returns have a significant effect on the profitability of sharia general insurance in Indonesia. However, partially, premium income and operating expenses do not have a significant effect on profitability. However, when analyzed simultaneously, the variables of investment returns, premium income and operating expenses together have a significant influence on the profitability of sharia general insurance companies. These findings indicate that sharia insurance companies need to focus on efficient investment management to increase profitability. In addition, although premium income and operating expenses do not have a partially significant effect, good management of these two variables in combination with investment returns can have a significant impact on the company's financial performance.

Abstract

In the digital era, women entrepreneurs must be equipped with relevant digital skills to enhance their business potential. Many women’s business groups still face challenges in utilizing technology, particularly in marketing their products online. This community service initiative aimed to strengthen the digital marketing capabilities of women from Fayat NU Windusari, Magelang, through training focused on the use of Facebook as a promotional tool. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program emphasized collaborative learning and direct practice, enabling participants to better understand and apply Facebook features for marketing purposes. The training covered content creation, product promotion, and interaction with potential customers via social media. As a result, the participants showed improved knowledge and skills in leveraging Facebook for business activities. This activity illustrates the importance of digital empowerment for women, enabling them to expand market access, increase income, and sustain their entrepreneurial efforts in the digital age.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve the financial literacy of IPNU-IPPNU student members in Semarang City through financial management training. The activity focused on two main aspects: personal financial management, including budgeting, saving, basic investment, and debt control; and organizational financial management, including budgeting, recording financial transactions, and accountability reporting. The implementation consisted of three main stages: an initial survey to measure participants’ financial literacy, a two-day interactive workshop with practical exercises and case discussions, and an evaluation through post-tests and group interviews. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding and skills in managing both personal and organizational finances. Moreover, participants demonstrated greater awareness of the importance of financial governance. This program demonstrates that brief yet structured financial literacy training can have a significant impact on knowledge and awareness, although sustained mentoring is necessary to ensure long-term behavioral change.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Green Marketing, Consumer Ethnocentrism and Halal Lifestyle on Purchasing Decisions with Islamic Consumption Ethics as a moderating variable (Study on Wardah Cosmetics Consumers). In this study using quantitative methods by processing primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to consumers of Wardah cosmetics. The samples taken were 462 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Then the results obtained were processed with IBM SPSS version 22. The analysis used included instrument tests, statistical tests, classical assumption tests and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that green marketing does not significantly influence the increase in purchasing decision variables. Consumer ethnocentrism has a significant effect on increasing purchasing decision variables. The halal lifestyle has a significant effect on increasing the purchasing decision variable. Islamic consumption ethics significantly influence the increase in purchasing decision variables. Islamic consumption ethics is not able to moderate the relationship between green marketing variables, consumer ethnocentrism and halal lifestyle and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

One of the processes carried out by the government and the community to manage existing resources through collaboration between the government and the private sector is one of the meanings of economic development. This is done in the context of creating job opportunities as well as efforts to encourage economic growth in a region. Thus, it is important for the government and the community to play a role in solving macroeconomic problems. The final objective of this research is to analyze in depth the concept of the three-sector economy, the rationality of the role of government and society, the scope of the government's role, government policy instruments and an overview of al-hisbah. This study uses a literature study where information is obtained through a collection of books, a collection of scientific works, several theses, encyclopedias, a little information from the internet and even other sources. Research shows that in the economy three sectors are played by 3 roles including households, companies and the government. The rationality of the government's role is based on the consequences of collective obligations, and the failure of the market to realize falah. The analysis of the government's role includes: the role of allocation, distribution, stabilization, the role of the state in overcoming externalities and the role of the state related to the implementation of Islamic morality. There are also three policies that cover, among others: fiscal policy, monetary policy, and supply-side policy. Some basic thinking about the role of society consists of the consequences of fardhu kifayah, the existence of public property rights and the failure of the market and government. While hisbah is an institution controlled by the government through individual efforts specifically assigned to solve problems related to the moral, religious and economic fields.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital productivity in driving economic growth in East Java Province during the period 2015–2024. The growth of information and communication technology (ICT) has made a significant contribution to the acceleration of the economy in the digital era, especially through the development of e-commerce and technology-based businesses. This study uses a mixed method, namely qualitative analysis with a netnography approach using NVivo software on netizens' comments on marketing themed YouTube content, as well as quantitative analysis with panel data from 38 districts/cities in East Java analyzed using EViews. The results of the qualitative analysis revealed that digital marketing strategies and technology adaptation are the main factors in increasing business productivity. Meanwhile, the results of the quantitative analysis show that the ICT development index, the number of workers, and the GDP significantly affect economic growth in East Java. These findings confirm that digital productivity is key to supporting sustainable economic growth in the modern era.
