Abstract

This research aims to analyzing the costumers attitude to the housing of RSH with type 36, at Pesona Kenali Housing of Regional II National Housing Company. This research scope is limited at the research object, that’s: The costumers attitude who have bought and settled the housing of RSH with type 36 at Pesona Kenali Housing of Regional II National Housing Company, in the branch area of Jambi. This research takes the sample of 64 respondents by using the descriptive analysis purposively and this analysis, the written uses Fishbein model. This analysis with Fishbein model is used to know the customers attitude to one object based on the evaluation and the reaction to the result of average score of evaluation and convince, in giving the value rate of evaluation and convince, it uses the evaluation with likert scale. The research result show that customer attitude to the housing of RSH with type 36 is satisfactory enough. From the average value of all, it can be seen that the calculation of average score of the respondents attitude to the attributes in the housing of RSH type 36 is 333,42, including intervals that have good scores on the Likert scale (9-16), with the average score of attitude 12,727. Based on the research result above, this minithesis also recommends the National Housing Company to maintain and increase the housing quality especially the kitchen equipments which are regarded less satisfactory by the customers. The other facilities in the housing of RSH with 36 should be improved also, so that the housing can be occupied and aettled well or properly. Key word : Kualitas perumahan

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) Mengindentifikasi pengaruh bauran komunikasi pemasaran produk lacak terhadap minat konsumen pada Galery Zhorif di Seberang Kota Jambi. (2) Mengindentifikasi hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam meningkatkan minat konsumen menggunakan produk lacak. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi, analisis regresi multiple, uji t dan uji f. Lokasi penelitian pada Galery Zhorif di Jl. K.H. Ibrahim RT. 02 Kelurahan Ulu Gedong Kecamatan Danau Teluk Seberang Kota Jambi. Berdasarkan Nilai F hitung sebesar 27,057 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0.05 ( derajat significance yang diizinkan ), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas ( advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing, publisitas ) secara serentak atau bersama – sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel tidak bebas ( minat konsumen ), walaupun masing – masing mempunyai pengaruh yang berbeda. Pada uji Regresi sebagian besar variabel bebas ( advertising, , direct marketing dan publisitas) secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan sedangkan variabel bebas sales promotion dan personal selling tidak berpengaruh  terhadap minat konsumen.  Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis pertama diterima. Nilai beta (B) untuk masing – masing variabel bebas ( independent variabel ) dan data output uji t menunjukan bahwa variabel publisitas (X5) dan direct marketing  memberikan  pengaruh paling dominan  terhadap minat konsumen membeli  produk lacak pada Galery Zhorif Jambi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh media sosial terhadap minat berkunjung wisatwan di taman Geopark Kabupaten Merangin. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah media sosial dengan indikator adalah media sosial yang sering digunakan sebagai media promosi seperti Facebook, YouTube dan Instagram.sedangkan yang menjadi variabel dependen adalah minat berkunjung wisatawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Geopark Merangin berada di aliran Sungai Batang Merangin – Desa Air Batu – Kab.Merangindan data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner atau angket.Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Kemudian akan diuji pengaruh media sosial terhadap minat berkunjung wisatwan di taman Geopark Kabupaten Merangin menggunakan uji t. Untuk melihat pengaruh media sosial terhadap minat berkunjung. Secara simultan media sosial (Facebook, YouTube, dan Instagram) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Berkunjung.Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000<0,05 sedangkan secara parsial hanya media sosial Instagram yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,001 <0,05. Media Sosial Instagrammerupakan variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali.Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan besarnya pengaruh yaitu 27,248%.

Abstract

The development of digital technology is increasing every year, various types of digital technology that exist today is a development of technology that has been there before. The presence of the digital age has helped to encourage human interest to transform digitally. The objectives in this study are: (1) Identifying the effect of digital transaction service quality on customer satisfaction of OVO users, (2) Identifying the effect of service quality of digital transactions on interests, (3) Identifying the effect of interest on customer satisfaction of OVO service users. (4) Identifying the role of interest is able to mediate the effect of digital transaction quality service on customer satisfaction of OVO service users. The population of this research is the people of Jambi City while the sample is the people of Jambi City who more than once used OVO services as many as 150 people. The data method uses path analysis. The results of the study note that quality service has a significant influence on OVO service user interest, quality service and interest have a significant influence on customer satisfaction on OVO service users and quality service has a significant influence on customer satisfaction of OVO service users through interest in Jambi City

Abstract

Mitra dalam kegiatan PPM ini adalah wirausaha muda perempuan, bekerjasama dengan IWAPI muda Provinsi Jambi yang merupakan salah satu organisasi yang bertujuan sebagai wadah inovasi bagi wirausaha muda perempuan untuk mengembangkan diri sebagai wirausaha tangguh. Berdasarkan analisis situasi permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra saat ini pada aspek pemasaran dan aspek manajemen usaha. Aspek pemasaran meliputi rendahnya daya saing dan kinerja bisnis karena kurangnya inovasi, branding yang belum kuat, positioning yang belum kuat dan belum optimalnya pemanfaatan internet dalam pemasaran. Sementara aspek manajemen usaha meliputi manajemen usaha yang belum professional, belum dimilikinya ijin usaha/PIRT dan sertifikasi halal, pelaporan keuangan yang konvensional. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut melalui kegiatan ini akan diberikan beberapan solusi penyelesaian masalah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui kegiatan pelatihan, dengan target capaian yang terukur. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini mitra sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan terlihat dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan. Pemahaman peserta terlihat dari pertanyaan yang diajukan narasumber. Selanjutnya peserta akan mengimplementasikan hasil pelatihan. Sebagai aspek monitoring, tim PPM melakukan kunjungan ke mitra untuk melihat implementasi dari pelatihan yang diberikan.

Abstract

This research purpose are;  1) to explain the IMRRT’s product from customer persfective i.e.,  flavors, packaging, assesibilities, price, hyangienities, and nutrition content, and 2) to explain marketing program that intended to improve IMRRT’s product accroding to those atributes. Based on primary data analysis, it is found reasons to provide IMRRT’sproduct have some resons: the availability prurposes, store to purchase, and the the shopping tencendy on modern retailer. Furthermore, according to IPA conceptual there are two conditions for IMRRT’s product: quadrant I relates to the atribute packaging, hygienity, and product durability. This condition refer to this atribute is important but the product performance can not fulfill it. And, quadrant II is related to product atribute i.e, assebilility, price, nutrition content,and the flavor. It indicates that in these atribut, consumer has experience that IMRRT’s product can fulfill. Hence, the IMRRT produsen should to sustain the quadrant I and improve the quadrant II. Local Government hence should prepare proper policy due to the fact of retail modern establihment that could not use as the marketing channel of IMRRT’s product. Abstract

The shift in consumer consumptive patterns has experienced a shift from shopping at conventional stores to online vendors or stores, this is in line with the current development of e-commerce. Social media provides enormous benefit opportunities for MSMEs in improving business performance. The integration of social media, social networking sites and e-commerce if viewed from the substantial growth caused by social e-commerce. In the process of selecting alternative products to consumers, especially Jambi Batik products, the dominant consideration is social proof. The objectives of this study are (1) to examine the effect of social commerce on the business performance of MSMEs; (2) To examine the effect of social commerce on social proof marketing; (3) Assessing the effect of social proof marketing on MSME business performance; (4) Assessing the role of social proof marketing in mediating the influence of social commerce on MSME business performance. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) measurements using SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that (1) Social commerce shows a significant positive effect on business performance, it is proven that the higher the social commerce in a business, the business performance will increase; (2) Social commerce shows a significant positive effect on social proof, it is proven that the higher the social commerce in a business, the better the social proof; (3) Social proof shows a significant positive effect on business performance, it is proven that the better social proof in a business, the business performance will increase; (4) Social proof as a mediation of the influence of social commerce has a significant positive effect on business performance, where social proof is considered a variable that strengthens social commerce in improving business performance.
