Abstract

ABSTRAKThis study discusses interpersonal communication on community relations in the mangasa village, the role of interpersonal communication on inter-community relations in the District of Tamalate, Kelurahan, Mangasa, Makassar City. This study uses a survey approach using quantitative descriptive analysis with reference to data collection in field research, interview questionnaires and also supported by secondary data. The results obtained from this study, namely interpersonal communication on community relations in the village, overall are considered good. This is indicated by the results of observations that show the majority of respondents, namely as many as 75% still respect each other and uphold the martyrs and their respective cultures. Of the many residents of the village of Mangasa there are some people who lack the awareness to communicate interpersonal among neighbors / around the house so that it can create a sense of uncertainty or mutual suspicion if there is no openness. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the forage production in agriculture field and plantantion based on theplanting extensive and to determine the capacity of animal in Bumi Agung District East LampungRegency.This study was conducted in January 2014 in Bumi Agung District East Lampung Regency. Thisstudy used survey method. The method used was method of purposive sampling. Study consisted ofprimary and secondary data. The primary data included all information about agriculture field,harvest extensive, forage production, forage waste produced, and processing of waste fromagriculture and plantation. The secondary data included information about potency of agriculture,plantation, and animal husbandry in Bumi Agung DistrictThe result of this study showed that the forage production based on dry matter as much as34.858.257,94 kg/year have the capacity of cattle as much as 10.611,34 AU and for goats as much as9.095,44 AU. The population of ruminants in Bumi Agung District in 2013 were 865 cattles and2.083 goats. If it was counted from the forage of the whole potency existed, so it could add 9.746cattles and 49.087 goats.

Abstract

This research purpose are;  1) to explain the IMRRT’s product from customer persfective i.e.,  flavors, packaging, assesibilities, price, hyangienities, and nutrition content, and 2) to explain marketing program that intended to improve IMRRT’s product accroding to those atributes. Based on primary data analysis, it is found reasons to provide IMRRT’sproduct have some resons: the availability prurposes, store to purchase, and the the shopping tencendy on modern retailer. Furthermore, according to IPA conceptual there are two conditions for IMRRT’s product: quadrant I relates to the atribute packaging, hygienity, and product durability. This condition refer to this atribute is important but the product performance can not fulfill it. And, quadrant II is related to product atribute i.e, assebilility, price, nutrition content,and the flavor. It indicates that in these atribut, consumer has experience that IMRRT’s product can fulfill. Hence, the IMRRT produsen should to sustain the quadrant I and improve the quadrant II. Local Government hence should prepare proper policy due to the fact of retail modern establihment that could not use as the marketing channel of IMRRT’s product.
