Abstract

Abstract— In today's scenario, supply chain processes have been greatly influencing businesses and trades globally. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of the supply chain management on the model capabilities of innovation and competitive advantage of Indonesia traditional herbal medicine. Design research is qualitative and quantitative approaches and using data collecting technique: FGD and survey sample. The research sample was 150 people consumers of Indonesian traditional herbal medicine. The analysis tool is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that there is a relationship between positioning product and competitive advantage. Competitive advantage is the variable consequences of innovation capability and positioning product Indonesian traditional herbal medicine products.

Abstract

The research aim is to explain and and analysis hospitalized patient satisfaction in Heart Ward and determines strategy to improve quality of service.   Data processing is uses servqual gap method instruments. The results shows that generally perception measure shows positive figure though few of them shows negative figure, they are nurse descipline, schedule implementation, situation serenity.  These attributes are expected to be the focus of management in delivery service.

Abstract

Business capability and competitive advantages is important to be developed mainly to in oreder to enter export market. The purpose of this study is examined and analyzes the effect of the two variabel. Survey is used to conduct research, and the respondents are batiks firms’ manager. The result shows that there is no relationship of business capability on export orientation instead of competitive advantage.

Abstract

The aim of this research is measure and analyzes the citizen satisfaction index in Province Jambi. Survey was implemented as research methode where sample consist of 150 sampling unit, that cinsist of publicbroadcasters of Television and Radio and other govermental relatied instituttion. Instrument use to measure is the ministerial decree: Kep/25/M.PAN/2/2004. The result shows that there are eighteen satisfied indicators, they are: servicing procedures ease, common terms, clarity and certainty of employees, discipline, responsbility, fairness, courtesy and friendliness, location and physical building, personnel readiness, environmental comfort, security environment, cooperation, control broadcast content, interaction, dissemination of information, follow up complaints and ease of getting information. Otherwise, there are two elements those unsatisfied, they are public speed of service and assurance service schedules. Hence, it is recommended that KPID continously to improve service performance. . Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the influence of differentiation on customer loyalty, where customer satisfaction treated as intervening variable. Data was analyzed by structural equation modeling (based on components partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that differentiation and customer satisfaction directly affect significantly customer loyalty, and satisfaction. Then customers satisfaction mediate indirectly differentiations and customer loyalty. Hence it is proved that Alfamart has to create customer satisfaction and reached the higher level of loyalty besides resting on the differentiation prices and location. Additionally differentiation is the core of Alfamart should be developed creatively to make them be positioned as modern retailer.

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mengintepretasikan positioning produk batik Jambi. Desain penelitian adalah survey sample dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada konsumen batik Jambi dan batik Jawa. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah  analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari lima variabel yaitu variabel produk, layanan, personalia, saluran distribusi dan Citra terbentuk menjadi satu faktor baik untuk batik Jambi maupun batik Jawa. Hal ini menjadi satu implikasi bahwa persepsi konsumen tidak terlalu melihat perbedaan mendasar antara batik Jambi dan batik Jawa, sehingga sulit bagi batik Jambi untuk memposisikan batik Jambi menjadi sesuatu yang berbeda dibandingkan dengan batik Jawa.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship of entrepreneurship training and business performance of small and medium enterprises. The approach used is the survey sample  with respondents SME’s batik jambi. By using multiple regression analysis found that entrepreneurship training consisting of presentations, negotiations, communications, marketing management, financial management  and production have a significant influences on performance of the business. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the model orientation influence entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial training, market orientation with business performance and management skill of SME’s. The approach used is the sample survey with quantitative methods. Based on the survey against 200 SME’s found that there were no significant effects of market orientation on performance of the business. However there are significant effects between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance against management capabilities. To improve the competitiveness of the area required the role of Government and the private sector to be able to improve the SME’s business performance Key words: entrepreneurial orientations, market orientation, business performance Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji model pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan, pelatihan kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar dengan kemampuan manajemen dan kinerja bisnis UMKM. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah survey sampel dengan metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan survey terhadap 200 UMKM ditemukan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja bisnis. Namun terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara orientasi kewirausahaan dan kemampuan manajemen terhadap kinerja bisnis. Untuk menigkatkan daya saing daerah maka diperlukan peran pemerintah dan swasta untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja bisnis UMKM Kata Kunci: orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, kinerja bisnis.

Abstract

Recycled products are sustainable products designed to minimize environmental impact throughout their life cycle. The purpose of product development through the manufacture of recycled handicrafts is to reduce the effect of pollution, reduce plastic waste and maximize resource efficiency. The increased purchasing intensity of recycled handicraft products is inseparable from the basic theory that explains the relationship between consumer attitudes and purchase intention. This study aims to (1) analyze and explain the effect of environmental awareness and consumer attitudes on the intensity of purchasing recycled handicraft products, (2) analyze and explain the influence of environmental awareness and consumer satisfaction and the intensity of purchasing recycled handicraft products and (3) analyze and explain the effect of consumer awareness on the intensity of purchasing recycled handicraft products. The study used a quantitative research design. The population in this study are consumers of recycled handicraft products in Jambi Province. The questionnaire prefers as a research instrument for 200 samples. The statistical model used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) of Variance with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The study showed that consumer awareness significantly influences attitudes and satisfaction with recycled handicraft products. A significant influence is also seen in consumer satisfaction and purchase intensity. But on the other hand, the study results showed no significant effect between consumer awareness and satisfaction on the intensity of purchasing recycled handicraft products. It is hoped that the research results can be a reference for consumers, the wider community, MSME actors, academics who conduct similar research, and the government as strategic policymakers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) know how much influence the product quality of tourisism against the decision of visiting Tanggo Rajo tourism place in Jambi City, (2) Analyze how much influence the decision against tourists behavior after visiting Tanggo Rajo tourism place in Jambi City. In this study, the factors which are considered to affect the decision of visiting are tourist attractions, transportation, accommodation, supporting facilities and infrastructure. The population of this research is the community that resides in the town of Jambi. Unit sample 100 people representing various respondents among groups of people. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression techniques with test tool SPSS.
