Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the earthworm and how population earthworm in Biopore Absortion Holesfilled with cocoa pod waste. The study was conducted from April to August 2015 in the Sibonu Village, Sigi District Central Sulawesi province. Samples are preserved into alcohol series i.e 30%, 50%, and 70% before stored into alcohol 70 % for the pickling and identification process. Sample identification was executed at Laboratory of Biology, Faculty of Basic Sciences, Tadulako  University, Palu using identification key by Sims and Easton (1972) and Easton (1979). There are only one species found in the field namely Planapheretima sp. and earthworm juvenile which is belongs to family Megascolecidae. The result showed that there was one species is Planapheretima sp. and other individual are still in the juvenile phase of the family Megascolecidae of subgenus Planaheretima. The highest population density of earthworm is the biopore absortion holes 3 (cocoa pod waste), compared to the biopore absortion holes 1-2 (cocoa pod waste), K+ (without cocoa pod waste) and K- (without biopore absortion holes).

Abstract

The current study examines the management Guidance and Counseling services in the 2013 curriculum, with the aim (1) to find out the planning of counseling and guidance services in the 2013 curriculum in SMPN 2 Marioriwawo, Soppeng Regency, (2) to find out the implementation of Guidance and Counseling services in the 2013 curriculum SMP Negeri 2 Marioriwawo, Soppeng Regency, (3) to find out the evaluation of Guidance and Counseling services in the 2013 curriculum in Marioriwawo 2 Public Middle School, Soppeng Regency.This research is qualitative in nature. The data collection techniques of this research were carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out with qualitative analysis which included data collection, data education, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data sources  in this study were guidance and counseling teachers as the main informants, and supporting informants namely principals, vice principals, subject teachers, homeroom teachers, administrative staff, and students.The results showed that, 1) the planning of guidance and counseling services (BK) in the 2013 Curriculum at SMP Negeri 2 Marioriwawo, Soppeng Regency was carried out well because it began with determining service goals as an analysis of student needs as the foundation of character formation which included annual programs, semester programs, monthly programs, weekly programs, and daily programs; 2) Implementation of Guidance and Counseling Services (BK) in the 2013 Curriculum at SMPN 2 Marioriwawo Soppeng Regency is well implemented by implementing data collection services, coordination and supervision; and 3) Evaluation of Guidance and Counseling Services (BK) in the 2013 Curriculum at SMPN 2 Marioriwawo Soppeng Regency was also carried out well by referring to the fulfillment of the students’ needs in fostering the attitude of the nation's character, which includes evaluation of the implementation and year-end evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar fisika pada peserta didik kelas X MIA1 SMA Negeri 12Makassar Pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 20016/20017 yang terdiri dari 36 orang pesrta didik, yang terdiri dari 16 orang laki-laki dan 20 orang perempuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang masing-masing terdiri dari empat kegiatan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini diambil dari data tentang hasil belajar fisika setiap akhir tes siklus I dan II dan data tentang aktivitas belajar setiap pertemuan pada siklus I dan II dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi peserta didik.Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis kuantitatif data hasil belajar fisika menunjukkan bahwa jumlah peserta didik yang mengalami ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I adalah 10 orang (21,73%) dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 34 orang (73,91%). Hasil analisis kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan aktivitas belajar fisika peserta didik kelas X MIA1 SMA Negeri 12Makassar .Peningkatan tersebut diperoleh setelah terjadi perubahan tindakan pada tahap IV (Peserta didik yang memperhatikan saat pelaksanaan demonstrasi), tahap VI Peserta didik yang memperhatikan saat guru memberikan bimbingan) serta tahap IX (Peserta didik yang menanggapi jawaban dari peserta didik yang lain).Kata Kunci: Hasil belajar Fisika, Aktivitas Belajar, Tekhnik Multilevel Learning.This research is a classroom action research(classroomactionresearch),which aims to determine the learning outcome physics among students of class X MIA1 SMA Negeri 12 Makassar In the first semester of the academic year 20016/20017 consisting of 36 people pesrta students, consisting of 16 men and 20 women. This study was conducted in two cycles each consisting of four activities: planning, action, observation and reflection. Collecting data in this study were drawn from data on physics learning outcomes of each end of the test cycle I and II and the data on learning activities every meeting in the first cycle and the second is done by using observation sheet learners. Data was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the quantitative analysis of physics learning outcomes data show that the number of students who have mastery learning in the first cycle was 10 (21.73%) and the second cycle increased to 34 (73.91%). The results of the qualitative analysis shows that there is increased activity of students studying physics class X MIA1 SMA Negeri 12 Makassar .Peningkatan were obtained after a change in action on stage IV (Learners who watched as the implementation of demonstration), phase VI Learners pay attention when the teacher gives guidance) as well as the phase IX (learners respond to the answers of other learners).Keywords: physics learning outcomes, Learning Activities, Engineering Multilevel Learning.

Abstract

Komunitas adat To Lotang yang hidup tetap mempertahankan kepercayaan leluhur mereka. Kepercayaan To Lotang tentang siklus hidup, mempercayai bahwa Upacara adat Pitung Puleng menjadi syarat agar bayi dan ibunya sehat dan dapat bersalin dengan selamat, normal, tidak cacat serta mendapat berkah dari Dewata Seuwae. Penelitian ini berupaya mengungkap sistem nilai dan norma tradisi Pitung Puleng Komunitas Adat To Lotang. Melalui pendekatan Kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi pustaka untuk menemukan data terkait objek penelitian pada upacara adat Pitung Puleng yang kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk naratif. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa, pada nilai dan norma yang dipegang komunitas adat To Lotang, upacara Pitung Puleng dimulai dari Makkatenni Sanro (ditangani dukun), Mappanre tomangideng (menyuapi ibu hamil), Mappassili (memandikan), Terakhir adalah Maccera Wettang (mengurut perut), kesemua prosesi tersebut diatur berkaitan dengan nilai dan norma kepercayaan To Lotang pada upacara adat Pitung Puleng, dengan dasar telah diatur oleh Dewata Seaue (Tuhan YME) agar dilakukan dan mendapatkan bala jika dilanggar.

Abstract

The terms granule and granulation are familiar terms in the pharmaceutical field. Granulation activities cannot be separated from the weighing process. Granules are lumps of smaller particles with an uneven shape that become like a single larger particle. In general, pharmacists still use analytical balances to weigh. Weighing using an analytical balance tends to be inefficient because it takes a long time. In this study, a weighing system was designed with the function of automatically weighing drug granules and equipped with a container to accommodate the granules so that there is no need to manually load the granules onto the scales. The purpose of designing this tool is to make it easier for pharmacists to weigh drugs during granulation and make drug preparations. The design of this tool uses a load cell sensor, a servo motor to open and close the flow rate of drug granules from the container automatically, and a DC motor to help accelerate the flow rate of drug granules to the container, which is detected by the load cell sensor. Implementation of the results of this study can be used by laboratory personnel to weigh chemical substances in the form of powders and pharmacists to make it easier to weigh medicine granules. The results of the readings from the automatic weighing device are compared with the results from digital scales, which show an average deviation of 40%.

Abstract

Vegetable consumption is crucial for a balanced diet, providing essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber. In Indonesia, however, average vegetable intake is significantly below the World Health Organization's recommendation, contributing to health issues like stunting, particularly among vulnerable groups such as children and pregnant women. To address this, a community service initiative by Universitas Islam Darul 'Ulum Lamongan focused on Petiyintunggal Village, East Java, aimed to enhance vegetable consumption through green mustard nugget production. The program targeted PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) members, providing them with training in nugget preparation, from ingredient handling to packaging. Results showed significant improvements in participants' knowledge and skills, with post-training assessments indicating a rise in understanding of nutritional benefits, production processes, and packaging. This initiative successfully combined health benefits with economic opportunities, contributing to local economic resilience and sustainable community development.
