Abstract

Artikel ini akan membahas hakikat manusia dalam perspektif al-Qur’an. Islam mengakui penciptaan manusia melalui proses atau evolusi, tetapi sangat jauh berbeda dengan teori Darwin. Islam menerima pendapat para sosiolog yang menerangkan manusia sebagai makhluk sosial. Teori nativisme, empirisme, dan konvergensi kurang sejalan dengan ajaran Islam, karena di dalam ketiga teori tersebut meniadakan peran Tuhan. Konsep manusia dalam al-Qur’an menggunakan istilah al-Insân, al-Ins, al-Nâs, Basyâr, Banî Adam, ‘Abd Allâh, dan Khalîfah. Tujuan pendidikan Islam membentuk manusia yang tergali dan terlatih potensi intelektual, spiritul, emosional, sosial, dan fisiknya, sehingga dapat menolong dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa, dan negaranya dengan mengintegrasi pendidikan ‘aqliyyah dan qalbiyyah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning on student learning outcomes on anecdote text material. The method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a quantitative approach, which is designed using a quasi-experimental type with a one-group pre-test-post-test design. The instruments used consisted of written tests and questionnaires. Data were collected through pre-test, post-test, and questionnaire, and analyzed using t-test. The results showed a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students before and after the application of this model. This can be seen from the average score obtained by students, where the average pretest score is lower than the post-test (67 < 79). Hypothesis testing using the t-test shows that t count > t table (14.25 > 2.03), so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This indicates that the application of the TGT model in Indonesian language lessons on anecdotal text material is effective in improving the learning outcomes of students in class X.2 SMA Negeri 1 Palembang. The results of the questionnaire also showed that the TGT learning model received a very positive response. Thus, it can be concluded that students find the TGT learning model as an interesting and effective process in increasing their learning motivation in Indonesian language lessons, especially on anecdote text material

Abstract

Leadership transformation is needed in an institution to change patterns and develop existing interests and talents in institutions to improve quality. Building a literacy culture is intended to grow and strengthen interest in reading in students. This study aims to analyze and understand the transformation of a leader in increasing students' interest in reading by implementing a literacy culture in an institution, namely SDN Kotaanyar III, Kotaanyar Village, Kotaanyar District, Probolinggo Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. The survey results show that management leadership in building a literacy culture is implemented using; Compulsory reading habits (PWB), Strengthening HR, and Integrity of Infrastructure. With the management transformation carried out by leaders in building cultural literacy, they can make it happen by fostering children's reading interest, writing skills, language proficiency and information processing skills
