Abstract

The objective of the research was to analized the influence original local revenue and capital expenditure partially on the independence of local finance in districts/towns of North Sumatera Province. The population was 33 districts/towns of North Sumatera Province years of 2010-2017 and population will be used as sample. The data were processed by using panel data regression statistic method. The result of the research that original local revenue had positive and significant influence on the independence of local finance. Meanwhile, capital expenditure had negative and significant influence on the independence of local finance. Keywords : Original Local Revenue, Capital Expenditure, Independence of Local Finance.

Abstract

Economic conditions in various parts of the world are currently unstable because the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic cannot be overcome. All sectors were heavily affected. This condition is also experienced specifically by rural communities in parts of Indonesia. Previous researchers have also conducted research related to village economic recovery. One of the results of their research is to take advantage of the potential of agriculture and strengthen MSMEs. The specific purpose of this study was to analyze the technology-based village recovery strategy in Motung Village. The urgency of this research is to formulate a strategy in the context of village economic recovery based on IOT (Internet of Things). The analytical technique used in this study is the Miles and Huberman approach, namely the analysis process begins with data reduction, data display, and data verification/conclusion. The results of this study say that the village economic revovery strategy is to empower the community, build infrastructure related to technology, improve the quality of coffee agricultural products, distribution and marketing of coffee agricultural products, support creative economies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the government's role, the role of the private sector, and the role of NGOs on community empowerment through corn cultivation in Sarimatondang Village. In addition, this study also aims to find out how community empowerment can affect family welfare. This research is a type of causal associative research conducted with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were corn farmers in Sarimatondang Village, Sidamanik District. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. While the method of data analysis was carried out using the PLS technique. The results in this study are expected to be input for the village community in developing the empowerment of corn cultivation in Sarimatondang Village, Sidamanik District, Simalungun Regency by knowing how the synergy of each role of the government, the private sector and NGOs is. he role of the government and the private sector is proven to have a positive and significant influence on community empowerment through corn cultivation. In addition, it is also proven that community empowerment has a positive influence on family welfare in Sarimatondang Village, Sidamanik District.

Abstract

The backwardness of Sirukkungon Ajibata Village as one of the tourist villages in Toba Regency is the phenomenon behind this research. Sirukkungon village is a village located around Lake Toba, which is why the fish farm in Sirukkungon utilizes cages in Lake Toba. The majority of the residents of Sirukkungon Village are fishermen, fishermen with low economic levels. From the results of the initial survey, researchers found facts in the field that Sirukkungon Village is very rich in lake ecosystems that are still very natural, so there are lots of freshwater fish there. In addition, the natural conditions are very beautiful and beautiful to be the main attraction. However, as a tourist village, Sirukkungon is still very far behind compared to other villages. The condition of community resources that are classified as low, the mindset that is still closed and there is no role for technology makes this village left behind. It is hoped that the results of this study can answer the economic problems of Sirukkungon village through the application of the strategies offered. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using IFAS and EFAS matrices in SWOT analysis where the researcher is the research tool. The results of this study are technology-based IKM Empowerment has a high potential for success because villages have strengths and opportunities that are greater than weaknesses and threats.

Abstract

The urgency of this research is to analyze the implementation of the Start-Up Business Strategy to optimize the economic potential of tourism villages in supporting the national Digital Economy in entrepreneurship in Samosir Regency. The results of the analysis of the implementation of the Start-Up strategy will become a formulation of a strategy that can be used to explore entrepreneurial potential in Samosir Regency. Implementing the Start-Up Strategy is the starting point for the growth of new businesses that have the potential to progress. The emergence of new business opportunities and ideas through a start-up strategy can explore and optimize the village's economic potential, especially entrepreneurship, which has so far been invisible. Adopting technology is one of the best solutions to improve business performance even in the midst of a global crisis. The purpose of this research is to analyze and formulate the implementation of the Start-Up Business Strategy as an Effort to Optimize the Economic Potential of Tourism Villages in supporting the National Digital Economy in Entrepreneurship in Samosir Regency. The results of this research are an analysis and strategy regarding the application of Start Up businesses to improve the digital economy.
