Abstract

This study’s main objective is to examine the effect of working capital turnover, return on equity, and firm size toward price book value in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. Working capital turnover is the proxy chosen from activity ratio. Return on equity is the proxy chosen from probability ratio. Firm size is based on total assets, with the nominal itself is in natural logarithms. Sample of research was determined by purposive sampling method to obtain 58 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the years 2013-2016. This study uses secondary data. Validity test of this study is done with multiple regression analysis and classic assumption test. The results of this study indicates that there is significant influence between the variables Working Capital Turnover, Return on Equity, and Firm Size toward Price Book Value.

Abstract

This study aims to test hypotheses and examine the impact of Price Earning Ratio, Earnings Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio on the stock prices of Mining Companies Listed on the IDX in 2018–2021. This study adopted a quantitative methodology and employed a sample technique that included up to 39 samples from 52 firm populations. The findings showed that the stock prices of mining businesses are significantly and positively impacted by EPS, PER, DER, and CR at the same time. While PER has no effect and no major impact on stock prices, EPS and CR have a partly positive and substantial impact, while DER has a partial negative and large impact on stock prices in mining companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2021.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and determine the results of the effect of asset structure, company size andprofitability on capital structure in basic industrial and chemical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange for the period 2014-2017. In this research, the method used is the quantitative approach method withdescriptive research type and the nature of the research is descriptive explanatory, the data is taken indirectlythrough the website www.idx.co.id. Where the population used is 64 companies resulting in 22 sample companiesusing purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria. The data analysis method used is multiple linearregression analysis. So that the results of the research that has been done on the hypothesis show that partially theAsset Structure and Company Size have no and insignificant effect on Capital Structure, and Profitability has anegative and significant effect on Capital Structure and simultaneously that the three variables have a positive effecton Capital Structure with the coefficient determination of 19.1%.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to test and analyze the effect of CR, QR, DER, DAR, TATO, ITO on changes in profits for food and beverage companies in 2018-2021. A total of 32 companies and 14 company samples were applied in this study, by applying quantitative methods and descriptive types with explanatory research in nature. Data was collected using the concept of documentation, in which the results of this study indicated that CR partially had no effect on changes in earnings with the results of multiple linear regression tests (tcount -1.174 < ttable 2.0095) with a significance value of 0.246 > 0.05. QR also has no effect on changes in profit with a value (tcount -0.043 < ttable 2.0095) accompanied by a significance of 0.966 > 0.05. DER has an effect on changes in profits with a value (tcount 6.981 > ttable 2.0095) accompanied by a significance of 0.000 <0.05. DAR has no effect on changes in earnings with a value (tcount -1.225 < ttable 2.0095) accompanied by a significance of 0.227 > 0.05. TATO has no effect on changes in earnings with a value (tcount 0.515 < ttable 2.0095) accompanied by a significance of 0.609 > 0.05. ITO has no influence on changes in profits with a value (tcount -0.766 < ttable 2.0095) accompanied by a significance of 0.447 > 0.05. Simultaneously CR, QR, DER, DAR, TATO, and ITO have an effect on changes in earnings accompanied by a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Return On Assets, Net Profit Margin, and Debt to Equity Ratio, and their impact on the Stock Prices of Financial Sector Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2021. This study uses purposive sampling techniques based on secondary data and is classified as explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The research sample consists of 37 banking companies, which are part of a total population of 46 banking companies. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is used to test the hypothesis in this study. The test results indicate that, partially, Return On Assets (X1) significantly affects the Stock Prices of banking companies, while the other two independent variables, namely, Net Profit Margin (X2) and Debt to Equity Ratio (X3), do not significantly affect the Stock Prices. However, simultaneously, the variables of Return On Assets, Net Profit Margin, and Debt to Equity Ratio have been proven to have a positive effect on the Stock Prices of Financial Sector Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016-2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Cash Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Return On Assets on Dividend Payout Ratio in the Various Industries and Consumer Goods Industry found on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The populations of this study were all companies in the various goods industries and consumer goods industry in the Indonesia Stock Exchange of 85 companies in the period 2013-2017. The technique of determining the sample used is purposive sampling. The samples obtained are 23 companies incorporated in the various goods industry and consumer goods industry sectors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20. Based on the analysis, the results show that Cash Ratio and Total Asset Turnover have no significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, while Influential Return On Assets gives positive and significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio.Keywords : Cash Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Sales, Return On Assets, Dividend Payout Ratio

Abstract

In today's era, there are more and more marketing technologies that make it easy to market the products you want to market. Influencers and digital marketing are currently popular and widely used. The context of this research is to find out how influencers in digital marketing influence purchasing decisions of UNPRI students who use skincare products using qualitative methods. Where to find , analyze , record and describe subject perspectives by observing and interviewing UNPRI students who use skincare. It can be concluded that influencers in digital marketing help UNPRI students to be able to find information, evaluate, choose and use the skincare products they want to use, but they must do research that is accurate about the skincare products used

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing and Online Tourism Destination Reviews on Tourists' Visiting Decisions at the Tangkahan Tourism Object, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. The analysis used is associative analysis, this research method is quantitative. The population in this study were all domestic and foreign tourists visiting the Tangkahan tourist attraction, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra, totaling 92,503 in 2018-2022. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling method with an accidental sampling technique, namely a sampling technique based on coincidence, that is, anyone who happens to meet researchers at the Tangkahan tourist attraction, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. Using the slovin formula so that the sample obtained is 100 respondents. The results obtained from this study indicate that: 1) Social media marketing has a partial and significant influence on the decision to visit tourists, 2) Reviews of online tourist destinations have a partial and significant effect on the decision to visit tourists, 3) Social media marketing and online Tourism Destination Reviews simultaneously have an influence and are significant on visiting tourists decisions. Adjusted R square value of 0.719 can be called the coefficient of determination, this means 0.719 (71.9%) Customer satisfaction can be obtained and explained by social media marketing and online tourism destination reviews while the remaining 38.9% (100% - 71.9% = 28.1%) is explained by variables outside the model that are not examined .

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the effect of Capital Structure, Interest Rates, and Receivables on Profitability in Banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2019 - 2021. This research uses a quantitative approach method with this type of descriptive research. The independent variables in this study are profitability and the dependent variables are capital structure, interest rates and receivables. Sample data collection used purposive sampling method with the help of SPSS software to carry out statistical analysis tests. The results showed that simultaneously capital structure, interest rates, receivables have a significant effect on profitability. while partially capital structure, interest rates have a significant negative effect on profitability but the receivables variable has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Abstract

Perusahaan harus mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan untuk meningkatkan penjualan karena loyalitas pelanggan sangat penting bagi mereka. Pengaruh penanganan keluhan, komunikasi pemasaran, dan kepercayaan pelanggan di PT Jati Jaya Lestari adalah tujuan penelitiannya. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang dipakai. Sampel dikumpulkan secara acak. Total sampel yang dipakai dihitung memakai rumus Cochran; totalnya 96 sampel. Data didapatkan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan untuk peserta. Untuk menganalisis data, penelitian ini menerapkan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji F dan T. Hasilnya menggambarkan bahwa, variabel penanganan keluhan, komunikasi pemasaran, dan kepercayaan berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di PT Jati Jaya Lestari. Jumlah variabel bebas yang memengaruhi loyalitas adalah 72,7%, variabel luar penelitian memengaruhi 27,3%.
