Abstract

Seperti yang kita ketahui saat ini tidak banyak perusahaan yang menerapkan prinsip GCG dalam perusahaan yang dikelola, GCG sendiri atau Good Corporate Governance adalah sistem tata kelola perusahaan untuk menciptakan kondisi operational yang dianggap mampu menjaga keharmonisan konsumen, perusahaan dan pemerintah agar masing-masing pihak tetap terjaga kepentingannya. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk meneliti objek penelitian tersebut : penerapan prinisip Good corporate Governance dalam dalam PT Jangkar Pacific. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa PT Jangkar Pacific sudah melakukan penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance yang terdiri dari transparency, accountability, independency, responsibility dan fairness. Dilihat dari 5 prinsip yang ada, perusahaan telah menjalankan 3 prinsip dengan baik, yaitu independency, responsibility, dan fairness dengan baik, sedangkan 2 prinsip lainnya yaitu transparency dan accountability sudah dijalankan dengan cukup baik, namun masih ada beberapa hal yang masih perlu dievaluasi seperti kurangnya mengikuti kegiatan konferensi dan pameran dagang dan perusahaan tidak pernah melakukan open house

Abstract

"Think or Run?" is a 3D game with the Horror genre on the Android platform. This game was designed by Unity as a game engine with the C# programming language. The game has 15 stages consisting of a word puzzle stage and a question and answer stage. The concept of this game is that players must complete each stage to continue to the next stage. The controls used in this game are gyroscope sensors. Testing was carried out by conducting the Blackbox, alpha, and beta testing through a questionnaire filled by 35 respondents. The results show that the game has high-difficulty and quite creepy with unique control.

Abstract

Abstract Financial inclusion has been an economic drawback for many countries, including Indonesia. Developing countries struggle with financial inclusion due to various factors. This paper aims to provide evidence on expanding Indonesia’s financial inclusion through the utilization of Fintech. Studies from previous researchers as secondary data were conceptualized, and to provide complete research, primary data were also gathered to study Indonesian’s response to the theories being hypothesized. This paper elaborates on how Fintech is an alternative in improving accessibility to financial services. It educates and raises awareness to its citizens, eliminates negligence and vulnerability of scams, facilitates credit activities and scores through advanced analytics. It also encourages the efficiency of asset allocation and economic growth and innovation - all of which ultimately leads to the expansion of financial inclusion. Abstract

Correct cost estimation for company’s tangible and intangible asset is one of the important factors in accounting for budgeting in future periods or as a source of information in decision making for the next of the object treat. PT Tunasjaya Packindo and the entire company can not be separated from the problem of this cost estimation. Based on data collected through interviews, observation, and this documentary determining the estimated cost can be processed by two methods. With the traditional costing method of processing and the activity-based costing resulted in the difference in numbers reaching until IDR143.103,-. This shows there is one method of cost estimation is potentially overcosting or undercosting. Keywords: Activity Based Costing, Traditional Costing, Maintenance, Budgeting

Abstract

Abstrak Perbankan syariah adalah salah satu industri dengan perkembangan paling pesat dan telah meluas ke berbagai negara yang bahkan telah diterima pada negara-negara maju seperti Inggris dan Singapura. Namun, banyak yang masih belum memiliki pengetahuan tentang produk dan layanan yang ditawarkan oleh perbankan syariah. Penelitian konseptual ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan literatur-literatur yang telah ada dan mengambil seuatu kesimpulan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa attitude menjadi determinan terkuat dalam adopsi bank syariah oleh masyarakat dari berbagai negara baik muslim maupun non-muslim dan diikuti dengan subjective norm, perceived behavior control serta trust sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi bank syariah serta saving intention pada bank syariah. Kepuasan konsumen, trust serta service quality menjadi faktor terkuat dalam mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen, dengan religiusitas turut berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen.Kata kunci: Bank syariah, adopsi, loyalitas.

Abstract

In today’s internet era, customers can find out, access, and compare their information about products and prices easily from various competitors, so customers can find and decide which products to buy according to their wishes at the lowest prices. The problem that often occurs in every MSME in Indonesia is that many of MSMEs don’t perform calculations on production costs and aren’t precise in determining the selling price. As a result, the more products sold, the more products sold at a loss. Therefore, MSMEs must pay more attention to the selection of the type of pricing strategy to be applied. This study is intended to determine the effect of choosing the type of pricing strategy on the financial performance of MSMEs.The data-processing method is done by using inner model test, while the data-analysis method used is by using partial least squares and hypothesis testing derived from data collected from questionnaires that have been filled out and processed

Abstract

This research can be conducted on the number of customers who visit Angkringan CA Gading Serpong by using various kinds of social media so that this form of purchase decision becomes evidence from customers who are interested in buying Nasi Kucing products. Likewise, it is important for Angkringan CA Gading Serpong to use digital marketing, because social media has a strong influence on promoting the product. Analysis can be carried out using quantitative research methods, because this research will discuss the 4P strategy, namely Product, Price, Place and Promotion which will be part of the four main keys to making a marketing strategy for Nasi Kucing which will be sold by Angkringan CA Gading Serpong. In terms of target customers, the average consumer who eats at this angkringan is students because access to this angkringan is not far from the university. This study has twenty kinds of indicators consisting of Product Quality, Product Design, Product Brand, Product Variants, Affordable Prices, Sales Competitiveness, Price Compatibility, Strategic Location, Affordable and Convenient, Order System more regularly, Media Promotion, Communication, Product Introduction , Advertising intensity through Food Blogger, so that the stability of a product is proven to satisfy customers and become loyal, a questionnaire needs to be made with a target of reaching 110 respondents who are customers of Angkringan CA Gading Serpong. This is a form of participation in filling out the questionnaire.
