Abstract

The village of Pulau Panggang is one of the cities of the North Thousand Islands, Keep Kepulauan Seribu Regency, Jakarta, Indonesia. This island has only hiking trails and has not made much development clearly visible.The island has a population of 6,319 inhabitants (2018 census), the majority of people with low to medium incomes based on tourism considerations. The local population cannot thrive on the existence of hotels on this island. Pulai's economic wheels spin after the arrival of foreign tourists and locals / residents of Jakarta on vacation at the weekend.In addition, his second income is trade, bringing food / clothing from Jakarta and selling it on Panggang Island and the next largest island, Pramuka Island.Seeing the ups and downs of their economy, teachers in the D-III Study Program at the Pamulang University Secretariat felt compelled to help residents of Panggang Island solve their problems. We will combine traditional ways of doing business in the communications sciences business, which refer to excellent services, so that they can change their paradigms about the concept of trade, in order to increase the competitiveness of the creative economy, which in turn will increase. your income.Keywords: Management, Excellent Service, Creative Economy

Abstract

       Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah kegiatan yang mencangkup upaya-upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia antara lain dalam hal perluasan wawasan, pengetahuan maupun oeningkatan keterampilan yang dilakukan oleh Civitas Akademika sebagai perwujudan dharma bakti serta wujud kepedulian untuk berperan aktif meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan keterampilan anggota masyarakat. Rumah Sakit Permata Pamulang adalah salah satu rumah sakit swasta yang bergerak dalam dalam bidang jasa kesehatan di wilayah Kota Tangerang Selatan.Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini antara lain adalah untuk mengetahui etika komunikasi dalam menangani keluhan pasien di Rumah Sakit Permata Pamulang, dan untuk mengetahui cara menerima keluhan pasien di Rumah Sakit Permata Pamulang.       Berdasarkan hasil pelaporan kegiatan dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: etika komunikasi dalam menangani keluhan pasien pada rumah sakit permata pamulang yaitu: menyampaikan permohonan maaf kepada pasien, menjelaskan penyebab utama terjadinya keluhan pasien, menawarkan solusi terhadap keluhan pasien, mengkonfirmasi ulang kesediaan pasien menerima solusi yang ditawarkan, menawarkan alternatif solusi penanganan keluhan pasien, menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih terhadap kesediaan pasien menerima alternatif solusi, dan memberikan informasi mengenai standar layanan prima rumah sakit secara lengkap. Lalu cara menerima keluhan pasien di rumah sakit permata pamulang antara lain adalah mendengarkan keluhan pasien sepenuhnya, tanpa memotong, mengkonfirmasi ulang keluhan pasien, menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang dialami pasien, dan menyampaikanKata Kunci   : Etika; Komunikasi; Pasien

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Research and community service is one of the tasks of tertiary institutions to provide services to the community covering various fields of life by utilizing, developing and applying science, technology and art as an effort to contribute to the progress of society.The method used in this activity is the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach or the Participatory Learning and Practice Process. PLA is a community empowerment method that consists of a learning process (training, brainstorming, and discussion) on topics such as increasing human resources, growing self-confidence, integrity, and responsibility for tasks and afterwards followed by real actions or activities that are relevant to the community. material presented (Mardikanto and Soebiato, 2012: 203). This service activity is carried out in the form of counseling with assistance related to archiving. Archives that were previously stored conventionally can be transferred to digital archives to make it easier for the Village Staff of the Cibadung Village, Gunung Sindur, Bogor City, to store data for the benefit of the community, in accordance with Law on Archive Management no.43, th. 2009, this community service activity was carried out by lecturers and students as the Academic Community so that its presence in the community provides benefits as a form of Higher Education's Tri Dharma. Moreover, in this era of globalization we are entering the digital era, the role of the world of higher education in advancing national development is something that must be done as a manifestation of the tri dharma of higher education, especially in the form of community service activities. This is based on article 20 of law number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System (UU DIKNAS) and based on article 24 of the DIKNAS Law which states that there is autonomy by universities to manage their own institutions as centers for providing higher education in the form of outreach, service to the community, the Tri Dharma of Higher Education itself is the three main sources of institutional income. Pamulang University Academics who do community service and service will always appreciate the involvement of all parties through this activity, especially the office administration study program and it is hoped that the level of quality of knowledge and public awareness can increase in a better direction. Keywords: Digital Archives, Manuscripts

Abstract

Penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu tugas perguruan tinggi untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang meliputi berbagai bidang kehidupan dengan memanfaatkan, mengembangkan dan menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan, tehnologi dan seni sebagai upaya memberikan sumbangan demi kemajuan masyarakat, Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bekerja sama dengan mitra Yayasan Sahabat Yatim yang beralamat di Jl. Graha Raya Blok M7 No. 17, Cluster Bougenville, Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan. Bagi Prodi Administrasi Perkantoran D-III Universitas Pamulang khususnya dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat selalu disesuaikan dengan sumber daya yang memiliki baik menyangkut sumber daya manusia maupun dari segi pendanaan. Salah satu program yang telah dilaksanakan adalah memberikan penyuluhan kepada anak-anak yatim dan dhuafa di yayasan sahabat yatim, Bintaro Tangerang Selatan. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada pembina/pendidik/guru anak yatim dan dhuafa yang tinggal di Yayasan Sahabat Yatim Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan tentang human relations sebagai alat komunikasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar. Hasil dari penyuluhan ini diharapkan dapat diterapkan oleh para anak yatim dan dhuafa dalam kegiatan belajar baik saat ini di tingkat sekolah dasar (SD) sampai jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya bahkan  ketika mereka dewasa dan terjun ke masyarakat.  Kata Kunci: human relation, komunikasi
