Abstract

Financial literacy refers to the skills and measures of objective knowledge and individual expertise related to the management and decisions of personal finance. The complexity of financial instruments and the development of information technology are increasing. Many studies find that individuals, in general, have limitations and a lack of information on basic financial principles. The study aims to test and analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial technology, risk perception, and locus of control on young entrepreneurs' investment decisions. The analysis unit in this study is a young entrepreneur in northern Luwu County. Primary data was obtained through the dissemination of questionnaires involving 250 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression linear analysis. This study shows that financial literacy and locus of control have a significant influence on investment decisions. As for the variables of financial technology and risk perception, they did not significantly affect the investment decisions of young entrepreneurs.

Abstract

The development of entrepreneurship today needs to be improved through knowledge and experience, particularly in Indonesia as a developing country. This growth has also spawned several innovations such as literacy, financial technology, and financial inclusion to facilitate public access through financial services. This study aims to obtain data on the effect of financial literacy on financial performance, the impact of financial technology on financial performance, and the effect of financial inclusion on financial performance. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 179 MSMEs in North Luwu Regency. The hypothesis used is multiple regression with the help of SPSS. This study indicates that two variables have a significant effect, namely financial literacy on financial performance and financial technology on financial performance. And there is one variable that has no significant impact, namely financial inclusion on financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate a digital-based marketing strategy for young entrepreneurs. This study uses a qualitative approach through an interpretive paradigm by adopting a marketing mix. The population used in this study is the entirety of young entrepreneurs between the ages of 25 and 40 years in North Luwu. The minimum sample size was taken based on the calculation of 10 times the number of measurement items and obtained a total sample of 183. The analytical method used to formulate a digital-based marketing strategy is SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis. Before this analysis stage, the data quality test was first carried out, namely the validity and reliability tests. This study resulted in nine formulations of digital-based marketing strategies to support the business activities of young entrepreneurs, namely three strategies (S-O), two strategies (S-T), two strategies (W-O), and two strategy formulations (W-T).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of knowledge sharing, digital competence, motivation and performance of young entrepreneurs. This research is a survey of 200 young entrepreneurs using the snowball sampling technique. Furthermore, validation and refinement tests were carried out, after which hypothesis testing was carried out using a structural equation model. The results show that there is a positive relationship between knowledge sharing, digital competence, motivation and performance of young entrepreneurs. In addition, motivation has a positive impact on the performance of young entrepreneurs. This study has revealed the relationship between knowledge sharing, motivation, and performance of young entrepreneurs as well as the indirect effect of motivational variables on the relationship between knowledge sharing, digital competence and performance of young entrepreneurs, which to the author's knowledge, has not been well explained in previous studies. This research produces practical implications, namely for practitioners and policy makers to be able to increase their understanding of knowledge sharing and be able to determine the right type of digital media as media that processes information, data, and other technological developments to support business activities.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted global establishment by accelerating digital transformation, forcing many entrepreneurs to undergo significant transformations. This study aims to determine the influence of digital leadership and collaboration on young entrepreneurs' digital skills in the Covid-19 pandemic era. The empirical analysis was conducted using non-probability sampling and obtained 150 millennial entrepreneurs. After passing the reliability and validity tests, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results show that digital collaboration has a significant influence on the skills of young entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, digital leadership has no significant effect on digital skills. Furthermore, contributions for digital collaboration practitioners and policymakers play an essential role in improving the digital skills of young entrepreneurs in the Covid-19 Pandemic era.

Abstract

Diversification is a way to support the sustainability of digital-based strategies. The purpose of this research is to formulate a digital-based entrepreneurship development strategy. This study uses a qualitative approach through an interpretive paradigm. The population in this study was all young entrepreneurs between the ages of 25 and 40 years, and the sampling technique was non-probability sampling with a sample size of 280 respondents. A validity and reliability test was carried out for the data quality test with the result that all data was valid dan reliable. The analytical method used to formulate a digital-based marketing strategy was SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) by identifying the External Factor Analysis Strategy (EFAS) and the Internal Factor Analysis Strategy (IFAS). The result of this study shows that strategy formulation that should be obtained is using the opportunity to minimize weakness. Thus the rationalization strategy is the recommended strategy.

Abstract

Human Resource development for SMEs needs to be carried out in order to improve SMEs competitiveness in the Covid 19 pandemic era. This study aims to discover an effective formulation of Human Resource quality development strategies for SMEs in Palopo as an effort to support SMEs competitiveness in the Covid 19 pandemic era. The Methods used is descriptive qualitative with SWOT analysis. The results show that the position on the IE Matrix diagram is in quadrant IV which means it is in a Grow and Build condition. Meanwhile, in the SWOT matrix, it is in quadrant I, which means that the right strategy is carried out, which is an aggressive strategy. Alternative strategies which can be done include increasing Human Resource skills in mastering digital technology in supporting business development.
