Abstract

Online learning is a substitute for face-to-face learning, because during the COVID-19 pandemic learning cannot be done face-to-face. Many teachers have difficulty, how to deliver online learning via an android phone or laptop. There are still many teachers who are ignorant and passive, always asking to be understood of all their shortcomings, find it difficult to divide their time and sometimes do not want to learn and do not want to adapt to the times. If the quality of some teachers is like that, when entering the 21st century can they still realize superior Indonesian human resources? This community service activity method uses the lecture method, provides examples through discussion, and questions and answers. The lecture method is used to convey general knowledge about the challenges of teachers in the 21st century. Questions and answers are used to complete things that have not been accommodated by the two methods above. This counseling involves lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, in partnership with the District Education Office. Bogor which involves junior high school teachers. This program aims to (1) increase teacher knowledge and insight about the competencies that teachers must have in the industrial era 4.O and society 5.O, and (2) provide knowledge of what attitude choices teachers should have in facing the 21st century. Target The outputs of this service program are (1) Teachers as the frontline in preparing superior human resources, are always required to be consciously prepared to be willing to improve their competence, innovation, and creativity in learning. (2) Teachers must change their way of thinking, from thinking from routine work to lateral and constructive thinking for the sake of their students.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data dari Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO), jumlah wisatawan Indonesia yang berkunjung ke Jepang sepanjang tahun 2019 sebanyak 412.800 orang wisatawan, meningkat sebanyak 4% dibandingkan dengan tahun 2018 yaitu sebanyak 396.852. Peningkatan ini bisa didasari oleh banyak hal, beberapa diantaranya adalah gaya hidup yang disokong oleh tekhnologi informasi ini juga menyebabkan batas antar negara menjadi terlihat lebih samar, sehingga hiburan yang dipilih tak hanya terbatas di dalam negeri, nilai tukar mata uang Yen dan Rupiah, serta harga relative atau jumlah pengeluaran wisatawan asing di sebuah destinasi wisata. Variabel yang diteliti dikhususkan pada faktor Gaya hidup dalam penelitian ini diidentifikasi dengan Dimensi Pengukuran Gaya Hidup AIO yaitu Activities, Interest and Opinion. Sedangkan keputusan berkunjung akan dijabarkan menjadi dua dimensi yaitu push factor dan pull factor. Penelitian ini akan diuji mnggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS).

Abstract

The study is classification as a quantitative study intended to see if there is any impact between a financial ratio and good corporate governance on the profitability of State-Owned Enterprises. A total of 14 State-Owned Enterprises were used as research samples from 2016-2020. Microsoft Excel 2007 and E-views 9 were used to process data using regression data analysis methods that panel as an analysis technique and used by the 5% level. Research has shown that profitability has been significantly influenced by liquidity and the board of directors, while profitability has been not significantly influenced by leverage, independent commissioners, and auditing committees. Abstract

AbstractThe increase in the number of Indonesians Muslim population, sharia shares and the growth of sharia capital market assets are inversely proportional to the level of Islamic financial literacy and the Islamic capital market of the Indonesian population which is still very low than conventional based on the 2019 National Survey of Financial Literacy and Inclusion. This research aims to investigate the influence of Islamic financial literacy, perception of return, and motivation on investment interest in the Islamic capital market. The research method is quantitative with a sample of 150 Jabodetabek people who know about the Islamic capital market. Data was collected by questionnaire through google form. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results of the research found that simultaneously there is an influence between Islamic financial literacy, perception of return, and motivation on investment interest. Partially, perception of return and motivation have a positive and significant effect, while Islamic financial literacy has no effect on investment interest. The results of the coefficient of determination test explained that the three independent variables influenced investment interest as much as 22%, the remaining 78% was the influence of independent variables outside the modelAbstrak Peningkatan jumlah penduduk muslim Indonesia dan jumlah saham syariah serta pertumbuhan aset pasar modal syariah berbanding terbalik dengan tingkat literasi keuangan syariah dan pasar modal syariah penduduk Indonesia yang masih sangat rendah daripada konvensional berdasarkan Survei Nasional Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan tahun 2019. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan syariah, persepsi imbal hasil, dan motivasi pada minat investasi di pasar modal syariah. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel 150 masyarakat Jabodetabek yang mengetahui tentang pasar modal syariah. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner melalui google form. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil kajian ditemukan bahwasanya secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara literasi keuangan syariah, persepsi imbal hasil, dan motivasi pada minat investasi. Secara parsial, persepsi imbal hasil dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan literasi keuangan syariah tidak berpengaruh pada minat investasi. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi dijelaskan bahwa ketiga variabel independent memengaruhi minat investasi sebanyak 22%, 78% sisanya merupakan pengaruh variabel independent di luar model.

Abstract

A quantitative research that aims to understand the effect of digitizing syariah banking services on customer satisfaction in services that are fast, easy, and can be controlled by customers. The population chosen in this study is people who have or already know the use of mobile banking by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a Likert scale. This analysis uses IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the Digital Banking System, Service, Easiness, Comfort variable has a positive linear relationship to Customer Satisfaction, namely an increase in Digital Banking System, Service, Easiness, and Comfort will increase Customer Satisfaction as well. Digital Banking System is the only variable that has no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, while Service, Easiness, Comfort has a significant influence on BCA Syariah Customer Satisfaction due to the rapid development of today's technology that accommodates banking industry services in Indonesia.
