Abstract

Financial performance is an indicator of commercial functions in Islamic banks, along with zakah as an indicator of social function. The influence between the two is important to know in order to encourage efforts and strategies for developing Islamic banks. This article aims to describe the description of profitability and zakat payments of Islamic Commercial Banks and to verify the effect of profitability on company zakat payments. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods using SPSS for data analysis. This study uses secondary data from five Islamic Commercial Banks as research samples from 14 existing BUS during the 2015-2019 period. This study found the fact that the variables ROA, ROE, and BOPO simultaneously have a significant effect on zakat. Meanwhile, ROA and ROE partially have a significant effect on zakat. While BOPO partially does not affect zakat.

Abstract

This study is performed to examine the effect of variable dividend policy and managerial ownership toward financing decision in company listed in BEI at 2013 with firm size as control variable. The population in this study is listed company in Indonesia Stock Exchange at 2013. Gained a total sample of 52 companies. The analysis technique used here is multiple linear regression and hypothesis test using F statistic and t statistic with level of significance 5%. The results showed that the dividend policy and managerial ownership in Model 1 and Model 2 does not significantly influence the financing decision. While the control variables of firm size significantly influence financial decisions. We recommend to investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in order to pay attention to other factors that influence the financing decisions in making their investment decision. The control variables of firm size in this study is the most influential variable on financing decisions indicated from t-count value is smaller than the table and have significantly by 0.003.

Abstract

AbstractThe increase in the number of Indonesians Muslim population, sharia shares and the growth of sharia capital market assets are inversely proportional to the level of Islamic financial literacy and the Islamic capital market of the Indonesian population which is still very low than conventional based on the 2019 National Survey of Financial Literacy and Inclusion. This research aims to investigate the influence of Islamic financial literacy, perception of return, and motivation on investment interest in the Islamic capital market. The research method is quantitative with a sample of 150 Jabodetabek people who know about the Islamic capital market. Data was collected by questionnaire through google form. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results of the research found that simultaneously there is an influence between Islamic financial literacy, perception of return, and motivation on investment interest. Partially, perception of return and motivation have a positive and significant effect, while Islamic financial literacy has no effect on investment interest. The results of the coefficient of determination test explained that the three independent variables influenced investment interest as much as 22%, the remaining 78% was the influence of independent variables outside the modelAbstrak Peningkatan jumlah penduduk muslim Indonesia dan jumlah saham syariah serta pertumbuhan aset pasar modal syariah berbanding terbalik dengan tingkat literasi keuangan syariah dan pasar modal syariah penduduk Indonesia yang masih sangat rendah daripada konvensional berdasarkan Survei Nasional Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan tahun 2019. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan syariah, persepsi imbal hasil, dan motivasi pada minat investasi di pasar modal syariah. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel 150 masyarakat Jabodetabek yang mengetahui tentang pasar modal syariah. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner melalui google form. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil kajian ditemukan bahwasanya secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara literasi keuangan syariah, persepsi imbal hasil, dan motivasi pada minat investasi. Secara parsial, persepsi imbal hasil dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan literasi keuangan syariah tidak berpengaruh pada minat investasi. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi dijelaskan bahwa ketiga variabel independent memengaruhi minat investasi sebanyak 22%, 78% sisanya merupakan pengaruh variabel independent di luar model.

Abstract

A quantitative research that aims to understand the effect of digitizing syariah banking services on customer satisfaction in services that are fast, easy, and can be controlled by customers. The population chosen in this study is people who have or already know the use of mobile banking by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a Likert scale. This analysis uses IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the Digital Banking System, Service, Easiness, Comfort variable has a positive linear relationship to Customer Satisfaction, namely an increase in Digital Banking System, Service, Easiness, and Comfort will increase Customer Satisfaction as well. Digital Banking System is the only variable that has no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, while Service, Easiness, Comfort has a significant influence on BCA Syariah Customer Satisfaction due to the rapid development of today's technology that accommodates banking industry services in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test the influence of the leverage, liquidity and sales growth of firm value. “Doing research on the company’s Sub Sector Miscellaneous Industry which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as a sample. The technique of determination of the sample using the method of purposive sampling (purposive sampling method). The selection of the sample of 43 company Sub Sector Miscellaneous Industry were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017 produce company 20 is acceptable. “Data analysis is done using the Microsoft Excel 2016 and hypothesis testing in this study using a Panel Data Regression Analysis with the program E-Views 9.0 and the level of significance of 5%. The results of the test were obtained (1) the leverage is represented by DER effect positive significantly to firm value, (2) liquidity is represented by CR no effect significantly to the firm value, (3) Sales Growth is represented by SG no effect significantly to firm value”.

Abstract

This research is using quantitative study aimed to see the influence of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on financial distress. This research using textile and garment company that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange as sample. The dependent variable in this study is financial distress and the independent variable in this study is liquidity that measured by current ratio, leverage that measured by debt to total asset ratio and profitability that measured by return on asset ratio. The sampling method in this study is using purposive sampling method. The sample used in this study is 17 Textile and garment company. The type of data used on this study is secondary data. This study is using Regression Logistic Analisys to testing the hypothesis. The result on this research is there are no influence of Leverage and Profitability to financial distress, and there is negative influence of Liquidity to financial distress. Abstract

Linkaja resmi merilis layanan LinkAja Syariah. Hadirnya sistem pembayaran digital berbasis syariah ini diharapkan dapat memberikan andil dalam perkembangan ekonomi dan keuangan syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari faktor-faktor determinasi minat penggunaan layanan Linkaja Syariah di Jabodetabek, yaitu Kemudahan Penggunaan, Manfaat, Risiko, dan Inovasi Teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Populasi dari penelitian ini ialah masyarakat Jabodetabek yang pernah menggunakan layanan Linkaja Syariah atau setidaknya mengetahui layanan tersebut. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Inovasi teknologi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan layanan Linkaja Syariah. Sementara itu, Kemudahan Penggunaan, Manfaat, dan Risiko mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan layanan Linkaja Syariah. Untuk pihak Linkaja dapat mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor tersebut, agar dapat menarik minat masyarakat untuk menggunakan layanan Linkaja Syariah. Selain itu, variabel Manfaat dan Kemudahan Penggunaan mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap minat penggunaan layanan Linkaja syariah dibanding variabel lainnya. Oleh karena itu, Pihak Linkaja hendaknya lebih gencar melakukan sosialisasi dan promosi terkait kemudahan dan manfaat pada sistem pembayaran dan fitur-fitur di Linkaja Syariah. Untuk Pemerintah kedepannya juga dapat memberikan program-program edukasi terkait dengan uang elektronik syariah, sehingga akhirnya masyarakat akan teredukasi dan sadar akan adanya kemudahan dan manfaat dari layanan syariah berbasis teknologi. Hal ini juga demi tercapainya tujuan pemerintah untuk menciptakan ekosistem halal di Indonesia.

Abstract

Franchise is a business system that is currently popular with the public. Through the franchise system, doing business activities becomes easier. This is because the franchise uses a business system where the franchisor grants rights to the franchisee to be able to use or exploit intellectual property rights or inventions owned by the franchisor through an agreement. Franchise is justified according to Islamic law as long as it fulfills the pillars and conditions of the agreement, and the principles of muamalah are also fulfilled. The franchise business opens many business opportunities for the community. In the franchise business, openness, honesty and prudence are applied. Even though its presence has an impact on the small businesses around it, the competition that is created is healthy competition. The franchise business model is basically a derivative or development of the syirkah. In the franchise business scheme, the terms of the contract, such as the percentage of profit sharing, must be stated completely and clearly in an agreement based on a syirkah contract. This research uses a literature study approach. The purpose of this research is to find out the views of Islamic law regarding franchise business.

Abstract

The presence of sharia insurance becomes one of the choices of muslim community in investing, because insurance as one of the investment ways to face risks in the future. The success of sharia insurance companies are cannot be neglected from the participation of people in understanding the importance of taking sharia insurance. The research aims to discover and analyzing factors that can influence people's perception of using Islamic insurance. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. For population and sample are Jabodetabek community. This method uses Convenience Sampling Technique, and the data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS). This research shows that the most important factor which is influencing the community in deciding to take Sharia insurance is the level of understanding of sharia continued with the level of product quality, but it can be seen that the premium and promotion indicators are still less known by the respondent. So, the insurance company need to be more socialize sharia insurance to the public. Kehadiran asuransi syariah menjadi salah satu pilihan masyarakat muslim dalam berinvestasi, karena asuransi merupakan salah satu cara investasi untuk menghadapi resiko di masa yang akan datang. Keberhasilan perusahaan asuransi syariah tidak  bisa luput dari peran serta masyarakat dalam pemahaman akan pentingnya berasuransi syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi persepsi  masyarakat  untuk menggunakan asuransi syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisa kuantitatif. Untuk populasi dan sampel adalah masyarakat Jabodetabek menggunakan Teknik Convenience Sampling dan untuk analisis data menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor paling signifikan yang memengaruhi masyarakat dalam memutuskan untuk berasuransi syariah adalah tingkat pemahaman tentang syariah dilanjut dengan tingkat kualitas produk, namun dilihat dari indikator premi dan promosi masih kurang diketahui oleh responden, sehingga perusahaan asuransi harus lebih mensosialisasikan asuransi syariah ke masyarakat.

Abstract

The study's objective is to provide evidence for efforts to develop the Handy Craft business as one of the leading regional products. This development includes the design and implementation of Digital Marketing as a means of business development in increasing sales of Vera Flower MSME products. This study used descriptive qualitative method. A type of primary data that is a direct response to the informant. Data collection techniques based on interview, observation and documentation methods. The final result of the overall research activities it can be concluded that Vera Flower's Handy Craft Business can develop sales through digital marketing social media, the social media used are Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp and orders can be through applications such as Shopee, Tokopedia and Lazada. Vera Flower's marketing strategy uses digital marketing strategies. The application of digital marketing carried out by Vera Flower can increase sales because consumers are reached more widely and can check the quality and reputation of products by merivew each product. And can make transactions online  to facilitate clients' payment processes . Vera Flower has collaborated with the Indonesian Muslim Women Entrepreneurs Association PC Bojongsari Depok City to create and utilize Digital Marketing in marketing products
