Abstract

The use of digital images is increasing because of the advantages possessed by digital images, the lighting quality in digital images that are too dark or too bright. Where this noise is usually obtained from the image digitization process. Noise in digital image processing is a disturbance caused by deviating digital data received by the recipient of image data. The elimination of noise in the image is one of the most important parts in image processing. In the process, the images is on. The input is converted into 3x3 matrix then the process uses the contrast streching method for fix the noise from the image. In this study using the Contrast Stretching method and the Convolution method so that the objects and backgrounds in an image can be recognized more clearly

Abstract

PT. LNK Basilam Gardens is a large private plantation located in BasilamGardensLangkat Regency. Every year this company has problems in predicting the yield of oil palm fruit production. Improper production results areoneofthe cause of errors in policy making. The planning that is done sometimes still gives less than optimal results. This is because the calculation process is still using manual analysis. The prediction technique used is the C5.0 algorithm learning method. This method has the advantage of dealing with problems such as missing values ??and large amounts of data. This algorithm can also do data training in a fast time for use in testing data.

Abstract

Direct cash assistance is cash assistance to poor families in KarangAnyar village, AekKuo sub-district. The government has carried out various ways to reduce poverty in addition to providing direct cash assistance. It can be seen considering the root of the problem, namely that almost all people do not have accurate data information about the condition of the problem and the potential data they have, therefore the government distributes cash direct assistance budgets. Where there are still distributions that are not right on target, as planned by the government. The programming system that will be used is Python by performing calculations using the Preceptron Multilayer algorithm artificial neural network method. Where there are already predetermined variables such as: salary income, status, and condition of the house, it will produce an output that predicts the receipt of direct cash assistance. This research is expected to be able to analyze the results of the population in KarangAnyar village, AekKuo sub-district, the problems that are in KarangAnyar village, AekKuo sub-district, so that the distribution of direct cash assistance remains the target

Abstract

People who need loan funds to open a business. Every regional and central leadership makes the poor as the main goal that must be resolved. Fund loan assistance is needed to open a business. Based on data from the women's special savings and loan group (SPP) in the Simeulue Timur District, Simeulue Regency, it shows several types of businesses, loan nominal and loan arrears. This study groups (clusters) members of women's special savings and loan groups (SPP) lending using the K-Means method. This method consists of 3 criteria, namely the type of business, nominal loan and loan arrears. In this study, group members who are entitled to get a loan are group members who have the highest cluster value. A scoring system that is very feasible to get a loan using the data mining method Clustering K-Means. This system can be used as a clustering method to assist decisions in determining women's special savings and loan groups (SPP).

Abstract

Segmentation digital images is a process to separate an object from the background or background, so that the object can be processed for other purposes. Along with the development of technology in applications that process digital images, the segmentation process is becoming increasingly necessary. vpp and tdp are image segmentation processing that uses a mapping of images that are different from digital image data and performsa segmentation process on the frequency of the pixel data found. This process provides its own convenience for the segmentation process because the reading process is light and also facilitates the system with a simple process

Abstract

Humans as living beings cannot be separated from the need for food. One of the activities in making food iscooking. People in general view food recipes in books or magazines where this method is considered inconvenientfor some people. This research was conducted to design an android-based recipe application, which will providesolutions to the community to make it easier to get food recipe information. This application provides food recipesfrom several well-known chefs in Indonesia such as Renatta Moeloek, Junior John Rorimpandey, ArnoldPoernomo and Farah Fauzan Quinn. This application is designed using the Flutter Framework and the Dartprogramming language through the Visual Studio Code editor. Previous research was carried out by HandikaJuliansyah, 2020 in creating an android-based Al-Qur'an application that aims to implement the FlutterFramework as a tool to build an Android-based Al-Qur'an application. Flutter itself is an SDK made by Googlewhich is intended for high-performance mobile apps development. Mobile apps developed with Flutter can bepublished to both Android and iOS platforms from a single codebase. Based on the test results, this Android-basedrecipe application successfully runs on the Android operating system version 7.0 (Nougat).

Abstract

Indonesia has two seasons, wet and dry. During the rainy season, rain can occur at high intensity and cause floods. Add another clogged drain to the river caused by the garbage. A flood can cause both material and life damage. It is necessary to inform the public about the hight discharge of water as an erly warning, so that people can prepare for the flood. The web-based high-altitude monitoring system and the IoT uses ultrasonic sensors if efficient to provide high water information to the public. It will read the water level with an ultrasonic sensor and will transmit realtime water-discharge information over the internet to the website. For the system to work as it would like, NodeMCU must be connected to the internet. All data read by the sensor will be displayed and stored in the thingspeak database.
