Abstract

Pembangunan antar desa di Indonesia belum merata. Terbukti masih adanya desa dalam statusdesa tertinggal, desa yang sedang berkembang, sampai dengan desa mandiri. Gradasi klasifikasi desa tersebutsangat terlihat. Beberapa hal yang mendasarinya adalah karena masih adanya beberapa isu strategis dalampembangunan desa. Isu strategis tersebut berkontribusi besar terhadap permasalahan pelayanan di desadiantaranya, Masih tingginya keterisolasian daerah perdesaan; Keterbatasan ketersediaan pelayanan umum danpelayanan dasar minimum di perdesaan; Masih rendahnya ketersediaan infrastruktur pendukung produktivitasperdesaan. Perangkat Desa sebagai aparatur pemerintah desa mempunyai tugas pokok yang antara lain tercermindalam penyelenggaraan tugas umum pemerintahan dan pembangunan serta pelaksanaan pelayanan kepadamasyarakat.pengabdian ini dilakukan di desa Bukit tinggi, kecamatan lingsar kabupaten lombok barat, pengabdianini dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi langsung kepada masyarakat. hasil yang dihasilkan dari pengabdian iniadalah, adanya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pelayanan publik yang baik serta pentingnya partisipasimasyarakat dalam mewujudkan pelayanan yang baik di desa, serta pemerintah desa semakin paham tentang artipenting pelayanan publik yang baik di desa sebagai sebuah kewajiban pemerintah desa sesuai dengan aturan yangada.

Abstract

Community participation is often discussed in various areas, both in urban and rural areas. Community involvement in the development process in the village is a must considering that the village is a milestone of national development, this should also be encouraged in the village of Masbagik Utara Baru, East Lombok district, considering that the village of Masbagik Utara Baru has a there is a lot of potential and a very large village budget supply. This research is descriptive with a qualitative method approach, conducted in the village of Mabagik Utara Baru, the determination of the informants in this study is snowball sampling, and uses triangulation in data collection, namely, interviews, documentation and observation. The results showed that the level of community participation in the village of Masbagik Utara Baru was very good, it was evident from the activeness of the community in every activity carried out by the village, not only activities that were economically empowering, but also socio-religious activities, this was strengthened by the results the research team interviewed the village head and the local BPD head, he said that the Masbagik Utara Baru community is a very open society with developments and people who have a very high spirit of cooperation, almost every activity is always busy and compact, the results of this interview are also reinforced by opinions religious leaders, educators as well as women and youth leaders in the village of Masbagik Utara Baru, where from their opinion it can be concluded that the collegial collective spirit that has traditionally been obtained is an important force in the increasingly positive development process in the village of Masbagik Utara Baru.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kabupaten Bima memiliki ragam budaya, adat, dan tradisi yang beraneka ragam.Salah satu ciri khas dari Kota Bima adalah adanya “Uma Lengge” yang merupakan Rumah adat bagi masyarakat suku Mbojo.“Uma Lengge” tersebut berada tepatnya di Desa Maria, Kecamatan Wawo, dan Desa Sambori Kecamatan Lambitu Kabupaten Bima, Pulau Sumbawa.kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat yang menyadari adanya Rumah Adat Bima, sehingga banyak sekali orang yang belum mengetahui keberadaan Rumah Adat Bima (Uma Lengge) ini, tidak banyak yang tahu keberadaannya bahkan masyarakat sekitar Kec. Wawopun banyak yang belum mengetahui keberadaan Uma Lengge.Ini diakibatkan kurangnya pemerintah dalam memilih strategi pelestarian untuk memperluaskan keberadaan Uma Lengge.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang strategi pelestarian wisata Budaya, serta untuk menjelaskan kemanfaatan daya tarik wisata Budaya dengan gambaran strategi pelestarianUma Lengge (Rumah Adat Bima) Sebagai Objek Daya Tarik Wisata yang berbasis masyarakat atau komunitas. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan cara mengolah dan menganalisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan analisis data hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Strategi pelestarian Uma Lengge (Rumah Adat Bima) yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Bima adalah: (a) Perencanaan yang dimana perencanaan dalam pelestarian Uma Lengge (Rumah Adat Bima), (b) Pelaksanaan kebijakan yang dimana pelaksanaan kegiatan peningkatan peran serta masyarakat dalam pembangunan kebudayaan dan pariwisata, (c) Meningkatnya kapasitas sumber daya dan sarana prasarana aparatur, meningkatkan citra pariwisata didalam dan luar negeri, menciptakan produk pariwisata khas bima yang komparatif dan kompetitif, (d) Sarana dan Prasarana yang ada di kawasan Wisata Uma Lengge (Rumah Adat Bima) diantaranya: akses jalan menuju Uma Lengge (Rumah Adat Bima), tempat parkir di kawasan Uma Lengge (Rumah Adat Bima), listrik dan air. Promosi yang dilakukan pemerintah Kabupaten Bima sudah memberikan dampak yang baik bagi masyarakat. Abstract Bima Regency has a diverse variety of cultures, customs and traditions. Based on the results of interviews and data analysis the results of this study found that the preservation strategy of Uma Lengge (Bima Traditional House) carried out by the Bima District government was: (a) Planning where Uma Lengge (Bima Traditional House) was planned for conservation, (b) Implementation of policy where the implementation of activities to increase the participation of the community in the development of culture and tourism, (c) the increased capacity of resources and infrastructure facilities of the apparatus, increasing the image of tourism inside and outside the country, creating comparative and competitive typical tourism products, (d) Infrastructure in the Tourism Area of Uma Lengge (Bima Traditional House) including: access roads to Uma Lengge (Bima Traditional House), parking lots in the area of Uma Lengge (Bima Traditional House), electricity and water. Promotion carried out by the Bima Regency government has had a good impact on the community

Abstract

Abstrak: Fokus kegiatan ini adalah pada sosialisasi undang-undang (UU) nomor  1(satu) tahun 1974 tentang perkawinan, lebih spesifik lagi terkait pasal 7 (tujuh) ayat (1) tentang batas minimum usia perkawinan, yang sebelumnya (sebelum revisi) bahwa, batas usia perkawinan bagi perempuan dan laki-laki adalah 19 tahun. Dalam pelaksaan kegiatan dilakuakn dengan cara turun langsung ke lapangan,melakukan sosialisasi bertemu secara langsung dengan warga masyarakat desa Dangiang kecamatan kayangan kabupaten Lombok Barat, kegiatan ini dilakukan di aula gedung serba guna desa Dangiang. Pernikahan dini sendiri menjadi masalah yang serius yang terjadi pada masyarakat desa Dangiang sebab tidak sedikit anak-anak dibawah umur di desa dangiang melewati masa mudanya dengan mengendong anak (menikah dini) sehingga berpengaruh pada kesiapan mental dan fisik mereka, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan sebuah pendampingan kepada orang tua serta anak muda baik berupa pembinaan ataupun sosialisasi. Berdasarkan temuan lapangan bahwa tidak sedidkit masyarakat tidak memahami aturan Negara (UU) terkait dengan perkawinan, hal ini bias dipahami karena kurangnya sosialisasi dari instansi terkait, tingkat pendidikan yang masih rendah serta letak geografis yang  sulit dan jauh dari pusat kota. Oleh karena itu kesimpulannya bahwa kedepannya perlu adanya pembinaan,pendampingnan terhadap masyarakat desa dangiang khusunya didalam memahami aturan perkawinan serta dampak daripada pernikahan dini.Abstract: The focus of this activity is on the socialization of Law number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage, more specifically related to article 7 paragraph (1) concerning the minimum age of marriage which was previously (before revision) that, the marriage age limit for women is 16 years whereas for men is 19 years, after having been revised and approved on 16 September 2019 then the minimum limit for women and men is 19 years. In carrying out the activities carried out by going straight to the field, conducting socialization meet directly with the citizens of the village of Dangiang, the district of heaven in West Lombok regency, this activity was carried out in the hall of the Dangiang village multipurpose building. Early marriage itself becomes a serious problem that occurs in the Dangiang village community because not a few children under age in the village of Dangiang through their youth by holding children (married early) so that it affects their mental and physical readiness, therefore it is necessary to assist parents and young people in the form of coaching or outreach. Based on field findings that not a little people do not understand the State rules (Laws) related to marriage, this bias can be understood because of the lack of socialization from related agencies, the level of education is still low and the geographical location is far from the city center. Therefore, the conclusion is that in the future there needs to be guidance, assistance to the village community especially in understanding the rules of marriage and the impact of early marriage.

Abstract

Abstrak: Faktor pendampingan dalam pengelolaan abon ikan dan digital marketing tidak berjalan dengan baik pada UKM yang ada di daerah Desa Jatisela Kecamatan Gunungsari kabupaten Lombok Barat dikarenakan masih rendahnya sumber daya manusia dalam hal komunikasi dan informatika di dalam memajukkan sebuah usaha. Untuk itu tujuan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dimensi pemasaran dengan sistem online dengan sistem digital marketing dalam pengelolahaan abon ikan serta ingin mengetahui cara mengemas suatu produk olahan UKM yang ada di UD, Semangat. Dengan tahapan metode kegiatan meliputi pelatihan, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi hasil dari pendampingan tersebut. Hasil Pengabdian bahwa pelaksanaan pendampingan dalam mengelola abon ikan dan digital marketing guna peningkatan ekonomi UKM  di Desa jatisela kecamatan gunungsari kabupaten Lobar cukup baik dalam hal kemasan produk,dan pemasaran secara online dengan media digital sehingga pangsa pasar sudah mulai meningkat dan dapat berkomunikasi dengan lebih terarah di dalam memasarkan produk abon ikan para UKM. Abstract: Mentoring factors in the management of shredded fish and digital marketing do not work well for SMEs in the Jatisela Village, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency, due to the low level of human resources in terms of communication and informatics in promoting a business. For this reason, the purpose of this community service program is to find out the dimensions of marketing with an online system with a digital marketing system in the management of shredded fish and want to know how to package a processed product of SMEs in UD, Spirit. The stages of the activity method include socialization, implementation of activities and evaluation of the results of the mentoring. The results of the service show that the implementation of assistance in managing shredded fish and digital marketing to improve the economy of SMEs in Jatisela Village, Gunungsari District, Lobar Regency is quite good in terms of product packaging, and online marketing with digital media so that market share has begun to increase and can communicate more directed at in marketing shredded fish products for SMEs.

Abstract

Abstrak: Sistem administrasi pemerintahan Desa Telagawaru yang belum efektif, dalam pelaksanaan pemerintahan desa masih terdapat perangkat desa maupun lembaga kemasyaraatan desa yang belum memahami tugas dan fungsinya; dan kurang aktifnya BPD, lembaga kemasyarakatan termasuk pemuda serta pengelolaan BumDes. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk: 1) menguatkan sistem administrasi skala prioritas yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah desa dalam meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat; 2) mendorong sistem administrasi pemerintah desa dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menghambat sistem administrasi pemerintah desa dalam program pembangunan. Adapun yang menjadi tahapan dalam persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan workshop/sosialisi Penguatan Sistem Administrasi Pemerintahan Desa meliputi, (1) Koordinasi dengan Pemerintah Desa Telagawaru, (2) Koordinasi dengan tokoh masyartakat, tokoh agama dan tokoh pemuda, (3) Persiapan sarana spanduk dan materi workshop/sosialisasi, (4) Workshop/sosialisasi tentang administrasi desa yang diatur dalam UU Desa di desa Telagawaru dengan perangkat desa berjumlah 11 peserta. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah; 1) penguatan kelembagaan desa sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsi dari masing-masing kelembagaan di tingkat desa; 2) rekomendasi atas pemecahan masalah melalui penguatan sistem administrasi pemerintahan desa yang merujuk pada unsur kebutuhan pemerintah dan masyarakat desa Telagawaru.Abstract: The administrative system of the Telagawaru Village government has not been effective, in the implementation of village government there are still village officials and village community institutions that do not understand their duties and functions; and the lack of activity of BPD, community institutions including youth and the management of BumDes.
