Abstract

Pembangunan antar desa di Indonesia belum merata. Terbukti masih adanya desa dalam statusdesa tertinggal, desa yang sedang berkembang, sampai dengan desa mandiri. Gradasi klasifikasi desa tersebutsangat terlihat. Beberapa hal yang mendasarinya adalah karena masih adanya beberapa isu strategis dalampembangunan desa. Isu strategis tersebut berkontribusi besar terhadap permasalahan pelayanan di desadiantaranya, Masih tingginya keterisolasian daerah perdesaan; Keterbatasan ketersediaan pelayanan umum danpelayanan dasar minimum di perdesaan; Masih rendahnya ketersediaan infrastruktur pendukung produktivitasperdesaan. Perangkat Desa sebagai aparatur pemerintah desa mempunyai tugas pokok yang antara lain tercermindalam penyelenggaraan tugas umum pemerintahan dan pembangunan serta pelaksanaan pelayanan kepadamasyarakat.pengabdian ini dilakukan di desa Bukit tinggi, kecamatan lingsar kabupaten lombok barat, pengabdianini dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi langsung kepada masyarakat. hasil yang dihasilkan dari pengabdian iniadalah, adanya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pelayanan publik yang baik serta pentingnya partisipasimasyarakat dalam mewujudkan pelayanan yang baik di desa, serta pemerintah desa semakin paham tentang artipenting pelayanan publik yang baik di desa sebagai sebuah kewajiban pemerintah desa sesuai dengan aturan yangada.

Abstract

One of the causes of forest destruction is forest encroachment. The problem of forest encroachment has become a national problem. Several factors have caused the community to do forest encroachment, namely weak law enforcement, income factors, education factors, the existence of sponsors and the limitations of forest supervision officers. Increasing the number of residents resulted in an increase in the need for land to share interests. This increasing need threatens the existence of forests. The increasing need for land has resulted in increased forest clearance. Problems related to forest encroachment in Lunyuk Ode Village, Lunyuk Subdistrict, Sumbawa Besar Regency have caused researchers to be interested in conducting research with the title "Implementation of Law No. 18 of 2013 concerning Prevention and Eradication of Forest Destruction (Case Study of Factors Affecting Communities to Encroach Forest in Lunyuk Ode Village, Lunyuk Subdistrict, Sumbawa Besar Regency) ". The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influence the community to do forest encroachment and what impacts are felt by the people of Lunyuk Subdistrict, Sumbawa Besar District from forest encroachment activities. The research method used is a qualitative method, because it examines reality, phenomena or symptoms that are holistic / intact. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of participatory observation and in-depth interviews and documentation techniques in the form of photographs. The informants in this study were selected using the snowball sampling technique. Data analysis is done qualitatively with three stages, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion. The conclusions that can be drawn from the results of this study are the factors that influence the community to do forest encroachment are; first, economic factors which include the high income of the community after carrying out forest encroachment activities due to the high selling price of timber and demand for timber and lack of employment. Second, a low education factor. Third, weak forest guarding factors. Fourth, a mild penalty factor so that people are not afraid to do forest encroachment.

Abstract

Community participation is often discussed in various areas, both in urban and rural areas. Community involvement in the development process in the village is a must considering that the village is a milestone of national development, this should also be encouraged in the village of Masbagik Utara Baru, East Lombok district, considering that the village of Masbagik Utara Baru has a there is a lot of potential and a very large village budget supply. This research is descriptive with a qualitative method approach, conducted in the village of Mabagik Utara Baru, the determination of the informants in this study is snowball sampling, and uses triangulation in data collection, namely, interviews, documentation and observation. The results showed that the level of community participation in the village of Masbagik Utara Baru was very good, it was evident from the activeness of the community in every activity carried out by the village, not only activities that were economically empowering, but also socio-religious activities, this was strengthened by the results the research team interviewed the village head and the local BPD head, he said that the Masbagik Utara Baru community is a very open society with developments and people who have a very high spirit of cooperation, almost every activity is always busy and compact, the results of this interview are also reinforced by opinions religious leaders, educators as well as women and youth leaders in the village of Masbagik Utara Baru, where from their opinion it can be concluded that the collegial collective spirit that has traditionally been obtained is an important force in the increasingly positive development process in the village of Masbagik Utara Baru.

Abstract

Health center of Bayan is one of the main health center is location in the north of Lombok district. As the performance of systems running in patient care in the health center of Bayan is still not optimal for the data processing is still done use media bookkeeping. Many of the constraints experienced by the health center, including an error in the input, data storage, and can occur double patient files. So that data processing becomes ineffective and inefficient. There are several public and employee perception of the administration of health care information system in health center Bayan. This is the author's interest in conducting research on employee perceptions of the application of information systems administration in the improvement of health services in health center Bayan and in this case the author uses qualitative research methods in which a qualitative study that examines the participants with strategies that are interactive and flexible. The qualitative research aimed at understanding social phenomena from the perspective of the participants. The results obtained from this study is an information system that is applied to the health center administration Bayan still using a manual system, which means keep using the computer but not connected to a data network local area network ( LAN) and does not use as a database server. From this study it can be concluded that the health care information system in health center Bayan already well underway although there are some deficiencies in the means of infrastructures and human resources.

Abstract

Abstrak: Diera globalisasi ditandai dengan laju pertumbuhan penduduk di Negara berkembang sangat berdampak pada peningkatan angka pertumbuhan penduduk yang sangat pesat dan mengakibatkan resiko kemiskinan yang tinggi, negara yang laju pertumbuhan penduduknyamemiliki peraturan yang menekan jumlah angka kelahiran, peraturan ini diharapkan agar bisa memperlambat angka kelahiran yang tidak terkontrol. Masih tingginya tingkat pertumbuhanpenduduk dan kurang seimbangnya struktur umur penduduk di beberapa daerah menjadi masalah pokok yang dihadapi dalam bidang kependudukan dan keluarga berencana tingkat pertumbuhan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kualitatif. Dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pertama menggumpulkan data hingga penelitian ini berakhir dan melakukan tanya jawab secara langsung dengan informan. Selanjutnya penafsiran data dilakukan sesuai dengan tujuan teoritis yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan penelitian dan sesuai tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan strategi Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana dalam pelaksanaan pengendalian laju pertumbuhan penduduk di kota mataram sudah berjalan cukup efektif walaupun masih terdapat hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan strategi atau program yang dilaksanakan. Strategi yang dilakukan Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana yaitu 1. Analisis The Growth Strategy, Program yang dilakukan yaitu kegiatan Pembentukan dan Peresmian Kampung Keluarga Berencana, 2.Analisis The Welfare Strategy, Program yang dilakukan yaitu menumbuhkan serta meningkatkan kepedulian masyarakat dalam rangka penyuluhan dan pengerakan keluarga Berencana dan melakukan pelayanan menggunakan mobil pelayanan KB, 3. Analisis The Responsitive Strategy, Program yang dilakukanyaitu sosialisasi penggerakan masyarakat peduli KB berkualitas, 4. Analisis The Integranted and Holistic Strategy, Program yang dilakukan yaitu kegiatan Pembinaan Kader KB se Kota Mataram. Dari 4 strategi diatas maka yang sangat relevan untuk laju pertumbuhan penduduk yaitu analisis the Growth Strategy. Faktor pendorong Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana dalam Pelaksanaan Pengendalian laju pertumbuhan penduduk di Kota Mataram yaitu dengan adanya undang-undang dan peraturan walikota Mataram yang bisa menjadi pendorong dalam berjalannya setiap program yang telah dibuat oleh Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu dengan banyaknya masalah dan hal-hal yang bisa menghambat kebijakan atau strategi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana yang bisa berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan penduduk Kota Mataram. Abstract In the era of globalization marked by the rate of population growth in developing countries greatly affects the increase in population growth rates which are very rapid and lead to high risk of poverty, countries with population growth have regulations that reduce the number of births, this regulation is expected to slow birth rates controlled. The still high level of population growth and the imbalance in the age structure of the population in some regions are the main problems faced in the field of population and family planning growth rates. The research method uses a descriptive approach with a qualitative approach. With the method of observation, interviews and documentation. First, collect data until this research ends and do a question and answer directly with the informant. Furthermore, the interpretation of data is carried out in accordance with the theoretical objectives related to the research problems and according to the research objectives. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Office of Population and Family Planning Control strategy in the implementation of controlling the rate of population growth in the city of Mataram has been running quite effectively even though there are still obstacles that occur in the implementation of strategies or programs implemented. The strategy carried out by the Population and Family Planning Control Office is 1. Analysis of The Growth Strategy, the program that is carried out is the Formation and Inauguration of Family Planning Villages, 2. Analysis of The Welfare Strategy, the program that is carried out is to grow and increase community awareness in the context of counseling and family planning and service using family planning services, 3. Analysis of the Responsitive Strategy, the program that was carried out was the socialization of community mobilization to care about quality FP, 4. Analysis of the Integranted and Holistic Strategy, the program carried out was the KB Cadre Development activities in Mataram City. From the 4 strategies above, it is very relevant for the population growth rate, namely the analysis of the Growth Strategy. The driving factor of the Population and Family Planning Control Office in the Implementation of Population Growth Control in the City of Mataram is the existence of the mayor's laws and regulations which can be a driving force in the course of every program that has been made by the Population and Family Planning Control Agency, while the inhibiting factors are with a lot of problems and things that can hinder the policies or strategies carried out by the Population and Family Planning Control Agency that can affect the growth of the population of Mataram city.

Abstract

The strategy of developing tourism promotion is much done by developing countries is to strengthen the national economy. The tourism industry sector is believed to be a sector in building the economy towards progress. The problem is how the Tourism Office manages tourist attractions that must be solved. The existence of the Office of Tourism in an area will certainly affect the economy by absorbing workers in tourist attractions and surrounding communities. Likewise with the existence of the Tourism Office in Pemenang Subdistrict which is able to help the community around its place of business by providing land / space for pokdarwis members' business activities and providing funds or training for pokdarwis in accordance with the business sector being run. Thus, there will be a significant influence on the workforce or the community if it has been found how much the workforce is absorbed by the Tourism Office in the winning sub-district. And to improve the welfare of the community in an area, the role of the Tourism Office is very much needed in an effort to participate in building and developing the tourism sector in the region and at the national level.

Abstract

Abstrak: Undang-undang Nomor 23 tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah telah memberikan berbagai perubahan kearah peningkatan kesejahteraan kepada masyarakat melalui pelayanan yang baik, serta kinerja yang maksimal secara langsung dan transparan kepada daerah, termasuk pelaksanaan UU tentang kebencanaan. Sudah sebulan berlalu sejak Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) mendeklarasikan wabah virus corona baru sebagai sebuah pandemik yang masuk kategori bencana non alam. Untuk itu, pemerintah daerah sampai pemerintah desa bisa bekerjasama dengan berbagai pihak termasuk kampus untuk ikut terlibat dalam penanganann wabah ini. Pendampingan bertujuan memberikan pemahaman terkait bencana, bencana non alam khususnya wabah virus corona dan peran pemerintah pada saat terjadi bencana. Metode yang digunakan dimana masyarakat di desa masih cenderung tidak peduli dengan yang namanya wabah diberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman. Di lanjutkan dengan saran dan kesempatan untuk diskusi, konsultasi kepada masyarakat dan pemerintah desa dan tokoh masyarakat, tokoh adat dan tokoh pemuda. Hasil kegiatan ini diperoleh adanya peningkatan pemahaman pada perwakilan masyarakat menjadi lebih percaya dan siap mengikuti anjuran pemerintah.Pendampingan ini masih pada tahap awal, dan perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan kerjasama dari berbagai pihak.Abstract:  Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government has provided various changes towards improving welfare for the community through good services, as well as maximum performance directly and transparently to the regions, including the implementation of the Law on Disasters. It has been a month since the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the novel coronavirus outbreak as a pandemic that is categorized as a non-natural disaster. For this reason, local governments to village governments can cooperate with various parties including campuses to get involved in handling this outbreak. Assistance aims to provide understanding related to disasters, non-natural disasters, especially the corona virus outbreak and the role of the government in times of disasters. The method used where people in the village still tend to not care about the plague, given the knowledge and understanding. Followed by suggestions and opportunities for discussion, consultation with the community and village government and community leaders, traditional leaders and youth leaders. The result of this activity is that there is an increase in understanding that community representatives become more confident and ready to follow government recommendations. This assistance is still at an early stage, and needs to be carried out continuously with cooperation from various parties.

Abstract

Abstrak: Fokus kegiatan ini adalah pada sosialisasi undang-undang (UU) nomor  1(satu) tahun 1974 tentang perkawinan, lebih spesifik lagi terkait pasal 7 (tujuh) ayat (1) tentang batas minimum usia perkawinan, yang sebelumnya (sebelum revisi) bahwa, batas usia perkawinan bagi perempuan dan laki-laki adalah 19 tahun. Dalam pelaksaan kegiatan dilakuakn dengan cara turun langsung ke lapangan,melakukan sosialisasi bertemu secara langsung dengan warga masyarakat desa Dangiang kecamatan kayangan kabupaten Lombok Barat, kegiatan ini dilakukan di aula gedung serba guna desa Dangiang. Pernikahan dini sendiri menjadi masalah yang serius yang terjadi pada masyarakat desa Dangiang sebab tidak sedikit anak-anak dibawah umur di desa dangiang melewati masa mudanya dengan mengendong anak (menikah dini) sehingga berpengaruh pada kesiapan mental dan fisik mereka, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan sebuah pendampingan kepada orang tua serta anak muda baik berupa pembinaan ataupun sosialisasi. Berdasarkan temuan lapangan bahwa tidak sedidkit masyarakat tidak memahami aturan Negara (UU) terkait dengan perkawinan, hal ini bias dipahami karena kurangnya sosialisasi dari instansi terkait, tingkat pendidikan yang masih rendah serta letak geografis yang  sulit dan jauh dari pusat kota. Oleh karena itu kesimpulannya bahwa kedepannya perlu adanya pembinaan,pendampingnan terhadap masyarakat desa dangiang khusunya didalam memahami aturan perkawinan serta dampak daripada pernikahan dini.Abstract: The focus of this activity is on the socialization of Law number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage, more specifically related to article 7 paragraph (1) concerning the minimum age of marriage which was previously (before revision) that, the marriage age limit for women is 16 years whereas for men is 19 years, after having been revised and approved on 16 September 2019 then the minimum limit for women and men is 19 years. In carrying out the activities carried out by going straight to the field, conducting socialization meet directly with the citizens of the village of Dangiang, the district of heaven in West Lombok regency, this activity was carried out in the hall of the Dangiang village multipurpose building. Early marriage itself becomes a serious problem that occurs in the Dangiang village community because not a few children under age in the village of Dangiang through their youth by holding children (married early) so that it affects their mental and physical readiness, therefore it is necessary to assist parents and young people in the form of coaching or outreach. Based on field findings that not a little people do not understand the State rules (Laws) related to marriage, this bias can be understood because of the lack of socialization from related agencies, the level of education is still low and the geographical location is far from the city center. Therefore, the conclusion is that in the future there needs to be guidance, assistance to the village community especially in understanding the rules of marriage and the impact of early marriage.

Abstract

Public interest in the community is the main target in public service providers. Officials of the Office of Population and Civil Registry as a bureaucrat at the regional level are required to be able to handle the constraints faced in the government's promoted development efforts. Officials of the Office of Population and Civil Registration must be able to carry out its first function is to provide services to the community well, deft, effective and efficient. Another problem that often arises is the discipline of employees in providing services this proved many employees who come not on time, start the service not on time, rest not in time, and employees also home before the time to go home. This also greatly affects the service because if the shortage of employees then the counter service that will be opened also a little, so that the impact of many people who are not served. The purpose of this research are; 1) To know Employee Perception Against Attendance of Administration Service Bureau at Department of Population and Civil Regent of Bima Regency; 2) To know the Factors that may affect the Presence of Calo Administration Services At the Department of Population and Civil Registration Bima District.This research uses qualitative approach method with technique of determination of informant use Purposive sampling, meaning intentionally intake technique. Methods of data collection ie observation, interview (Interview) and documentation. Data type is qualitative data and sourced from secondary and primary data with data analysis technique Data Reduction, Data Presentation (Data Display), and Conclusion drawing / verification.The result of research shows that: The distance of the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Bima Regency is far and there is no public transportation passing through it. So that has a private vehicle that many do service in the Department of Population and Civil Registry Bima District, for people living in remote areas usually take care of services, especially the service of birth certificate by handing someone close to his relationship with bureaucracy or brokers even if they have to pay more. The presence of brokers is difficult to separate from public services. But now their existence began to decrease, because the government increasingly simplify the process of document management and licensing.)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of public services at the Dukcapil Service of West Lombok Regency. departing from the results of research using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation. There are four things to measure the quality of public services at the Dukcapil Service in West Lombok, namely, Tangiabel, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results show that the quality of public services in the Dukcapil West Lombok meets quality public service standards, with the fulfillment of service facilities according to community expectations and added commitment through regulations in the form of a Decree of the Head of the Population and Civil Registry Office in 2021 related to public service standards within the Dukcapil West Lombok. which regulates service mechanisms and procedures, guarantees time, costs, service culture and the availability of facilities for people with special needs (disabled).
