Abstract

Human resource management has a very large role in the process of improving or improving a poor economy. In realizing a stable economy, human performance is needed. Abstract

Dalam aplikasi bibit menyediakan beberapa pilihan reksadana. Seperti reksadana saham, obligasi, dan pasar uang. Bibit juga menyediakan beberapa produk reksadana syariah. Namun produk-produk reksadana syariah yang ada pada aplikasi bibit masih menggunakan bank kustodian dari bank konvensional. Penulis melakukan penelitian ini untuk memberikan inovasi terhadap bank kustodian yang ada pada aplikasi Bibit serta memperkuat dengan adanya fatwa DSN-MUI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus serta melakukan rumusan permasalah menggunakan business model canvas yang memenuhi sembilan instrument, seperti customer segment, value proposition, channels, customer relationship, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnership, dan cost structure. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menambah pengetahuan bagi para pembaca. Kata kunci: Aplikasi Bibit, Reksadana Syariah, Bank Kustodian

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and complaint handling on customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique. The sample in this study were customers who used shuttle services at BPRS Lantabur Tebu Ireng Sidoarjo with a total of 100 respondents. The results of this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires which were then processed using SPSS software version 20 which showed that the quality of shuttle services on customer satisfaction resulted in a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05 which means that the quality of shuttle services has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the complaint handling variable shows a significance value of 0.001 ≤ 0.05, which means that the complaint handling variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Then the quality of shuttle services and complaint handling simultaneously also affect customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05.
