Abstract

Al-Quran is the basic reason someone should understand the rules of Arabic. One of the basic rules is knowing the jar type which we generally often encounter in Arabic, but we do not understand that this letter has its own duties and functions. In this study, samples of Jar letters were used as many as 7 jar letter patterns which are generally often encountered in the Al-Quran. The purpose of this research is to build a system that can recognize Jar letters using the Pierce Similarity method and performs the performance on the algorithm. The research method used is the theory of pattern recognition in image processing with 2 processes, namely the Training Process and the Testing Process. The value of each letter pattern obtained in the Training Process will be the weight benchmark for the Testing Process, so that we can measure the performance level of Algortima Pierce Similarity in detecting the Jar letter pattern. The results can vary for each letter pattern ranging from 60% to 80%.

Abstract

Since December 2019 there has been an outbreak that can kill thousands of people in a matter of days, while the outbreak has become a threat to a new pandemic known as Covid-19. The impact of the Covid-19 outbreak has greatly affected various sectors, one of which is the trade sector. Since the outbreak of the Covid-19 outbreak and the Government's recommendations regarding Social Distancing and the establishment of very strict health protocols, some people are reluctant to do activities outside the home so that people are more restricting themselves by staying at home. This certainly makes trade experience a slump so that it has an impact on an unstable economy and finances. the development of technology and the internet in Indonesia, has had a major impact on changes in business and sales systems. E-commerce is an internet service that is used for buying and selling online. The purpose of this research is to build an E-Commerce-based system that can help some furniture businesses in increasing sales profit, by providing convenience in the payment process. Abstract

The SP2D data collection information system at the Lhokseumawe City DPKAD Office will store all file criteria submitted by each SKPD into the database. This information system will replace the position of a book that used to be an important part of the Treasury, especially the DPKAD Office Salary because SP2D data collection in this field is still using the Manual System. Given the many problems that often arise in this case, then with the system designed, it is hoped that all problems can be overcome. The form of the problem that exists is the loss of a book that stores all files that have been recorded by employees of the Salary treasury department when processing the disbursement of Lhokseumawe city funds. From the various forms of problems that occur, therefore the application of this system is very much needed in the Salary treasury environment. This information system is capable of storing, editing, and deleting data from various files submitted by the SKPD without having to process it manually. So that this information system can help reduce the workload in the Salary treasury field and increase the efficiency of employee performance.

Abstract

Khobu Coffee is a business unit that sells various coffee menus to its customers every day. The various coffee menus have their characteristics according to the interests of the infringer who buys or orders from the available coffee menu. In fact, in determining the best coffee menu used at Khobu Coffee, based on the survey results, the author has not used a system that can select the best coffee menu based on coffee beans from the menu. Therefore we need a system that can assist in supporting decision-making more quickly, precisely, and accurately. One of them is using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method because this method is one method that can perform multiple and detailed criteria with a comprehensive framework and consideration of the hierarchical process which is then calculated for each criterion in determining the best coffee beans. The criteria used are taste, price, aroma, body (thickness level), and acidity (acidity level). The programming language used in building the system is PHP with MySQL. The results of the implementation of the system that has been built show that the AHP method can provide objective decisions in determining the best coffee beans.

Abstract

This research is based on the observations and experiences of researchers, that the provision of student assistance still does not cover all students who need it and supports the government's commitment to increase education participation rates in poor districts or cities and to remote areas. In addition, the expanded and enlarged assistance for underprivileged students will be able to suppress students from poor families/communities dropping out of school. Provision of Special Assistance for Underprivileged Students which is intended for students who are economically disadvantaged to pay school fees at SMP PAB 6 Lubuk Pakam. The number of criteria used to determine the provision of assistance makes it difficult to make decisions to assist underprivileged students. In addition, the assessment process is not always decided based on calculations that take a long time, so the determination of the provision of assistance to underprivileged students at SMP PAB 6 Lubuk Pakam still experiences many obstacles and delays. For this reason, a decision support system was built using a method that was appropriate to the existing problems. Therefore, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used. This method is a framework for making effective decisions on problems by simplifying and accelerating the decision-making process by breaking the problem into its parts, arranging these parts or variables in a hierarchical arrangement, assigning numerical values to subjective judgments about the importance of each variable, and synthesizing them. these considerations determine which variable has the highest priority and act to influence the outcome of the situation. Decision Support System (DSS) with this AHP method can solve problems in determining assistance for underprivileged students. With the SPK assistance for underprivileged students so I can simplify and speed up decision making. SPK assistance for underprivileged students only provides recommendations for decisions to the school, for the next process, it is handed back to the school.

Abstract

In order to facilitate the community, the Deli Serdang Regency Government through the Deli Serdang Regency Communications and Information Office (Kominfo) has installed public wifi networks in public places that can be accessed for free by the public. in accordance with the amount provided by the Department of Communication and Information of Deli Serdang Regency because the budget is limited every year. Currently, choosing the right and strategic location in determining the Installation Location of Public Wifi is still done manually by conducting site surveys, so it takes a long time. For this reason, it is necessary to use technology in the field of decision support systems that provide information to help deal with existing problems. The method used is the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The criteria used are Distance from the Office of Communication and Informatics, Strategic Location, Economy, Visitors and, Place Convenience. The Decision Support System is then applied using PHP programming and MySQL database. It is hoped that this Decision Support System will make it easier for the Department of Communication and Information of Deli Serdang Regency to determine the Location of Public Wifi Installation.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments gave birth to many systems and applications that help complete human work. One of the applications of information technology is image processing theory. Image processing theory is the development of computer computing that uses image data in processing data. There are many algorithms used in image processing applications such as Naïve Bayes, GLCM, LVA, and others. The protein content contained in chicken meat is certainly very high and is needed by everyone. Because people really like chicken meat, the demand for chicken meat increases. thus making broiler meat traders flooded with orders from the public, of course, chicken traders will not be able to fulfill orders every day, therefore think of dirty ways from traders such as mixing chicken meat with formalin so that the appearance of chicken meat will change color, texture, and taste. The use of computer technology can be applied to assist in identifying formalin and non-formalin meats by using image processing technology. For the testing data above, it is assumed that the result of the test is formulated chicken because, from the probability value obtained from the Naive Bayes calculation process, the probability value of formulated chicken is higher than the probability value of fresh chicken. The provisions of the decision taken are If the Entropy Result is greater than or equal to 3.4 then the status is formalized, otherwise it is fresh. From the 20 test images used, the decision is that the chicken meat is formalin with an entropy value of 3.4215.

Abstract

Prediksi hasil panen padi sangatlah di perlukan untuk target produktivitas padi. Teknologi jaringan saraf tiruan dapat mengidentifikasi dengan baik pola pada data dari sistem yang dinamis. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memprediksi jumlah hasil panen padi pada desa Pagar Jati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode backpropagation untuk mengetahui hasil panen padi untuk panen yang akan datang. Sistem ini berbasis desktop dengan Bahasa pemograman visual studio 2010.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan jaringan syaraf tiruan guna memprediksi jumlah bagasi penumpang Lion Air dan Batik Air dengan menggunakan metode backpropagation dan merancang aplikasi untuk memprediksi jumlah bagasi penumpang Lion Air dan Batik Air berbasis web. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan untuk merancang aplikasi tersebut adalah PHP dan database yang digunakan adalah MySQL. Metode yang digunakan untuk memprediksi jumlah bagasi penumpang Lion Air dan Batik Air adalah metode backpropagation. Data yang digunakan adalah data jumlah bagasi Lion Air dan Batik Air dari bulan Juni-September tahun 2020. Karakteristik dari jaringan syaraf tiruan yang digunakan yaitu 4 lapisan masukan, 4 lapisan tersembunyi, dan 1 lapisan keluaran (jumlah bagasi bulan berikutnya), menggunakan fungsi aktivasi sigmoid biner yang mempunyai nilai range 0 – 1, dan maksimum epoch sebesar 50. Dari hasil percobaan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh error sebesar 0.05 dan dapat dikatakan bahwa sistem dapat memprediksi jumlah bagasi penumpang Lion Air dan Batik Air
