Abstract

Today, by effectuation of the Asian Economic Community (AEC), the competition will be increas-ing the quality of human resources. It presents a consequence for every individual to constantly develop and improve their quality. No exception to human resources who live in boarding schools. Boarding School community needs to improve its quality to be competitive arena of the world of work. Therefore, coaching that done in a boarding schools, should reflect and provide education about the importance of self-reliance, especially in the financial sector. This study aims to analyze the role of the creative economy to the development of entrepreneurial spirit in a boarding schools education system that has applied entrepreneurship education as a means to train financial independence of the students By using the phenomenological approach, this qualitative research began with the collection of data through observation and documentation for later analysis so found some creative economic role towards developing the spirit of entrepreneurship in boarding schools. The conclusion from this study is that the creative economy has some important role in the deve-lopment of the spirit of entrepreneurship in boarding schools. There are: (1). Stimulate creative and innovative behavior on a product / service. (2). Explore and hone skills (3). Providing knowledge with methods of learning by doing (4). Provide training on the analysis of SWOT (Strength, Weak-ness, Opportunity and Threat). This study is limited to the analysis of the role of the creative economy to the development of entre-preneurship spirit in boarding schools, especially in Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Gontor Putri 1 so that it can’t be generalized to the other boarding schools.

Abstract

An employee must get a justice wage according their contribution to the company. But in reality, the employee get a stabil wage even in increasing of demand, and force them to receive a lower wage when the company in decreasing of demand. It’s a kind of unjustify according the contribution that the employee have given. This study is the research literature. The data in this study are obtained by using the documentary method, to search for data about the role of demand on wage levels. These data are analyzed by using descriptive method of content analysis to determine the contents of the three variables. The role of demand toward employee wage change in Islamic economics can be explained from two forms. First, demand increase for shared and unshared, demand increase for shared than the employee will get the additional wage from increasing demand, demand increase unshared, then the employee will get the stable wage due to additional company’s capital. Second, Demand decrease shared and unshared, demand decrease shared, then the employee will get the  lower wage, decrease unshared, then the employee will get the stable wage caused the company should to reduce the company’s capital by requirement the additional employee hard work.

Abstract

The instrument of public finance include of zakat, wakaf and infaq. Optimal management of public finance will be able to reach the purpose of human life welfare. The aim of this research is to describe the management of public finance in the classical Islamic period. Specifically at Rasulullah, Shahabah, Umayyah, Abbasiyah and Ustmani period. This reseach uses descriptive - qualitative method with socio ??? historical approach, which will study about the events of the past on public financial management and to describe the human lives of that period.The conclution of this study, that there are two things that become the foundation of public finance management in classical Islamic period (1). Prioritizes of maslahah (2). Implementing the simplicity life style (qana'ah).

Abstract

Supervision is a consequence of the emergence of activities related to group interests. In the classical Islamic era, hisbah is a supervisory board that serves to oversee the course of social activities in society on several aspects. No exception in the economic aspect. This research is a literature research using content analysis in reviewing the function of hisbah institution as supervisor in economic activity. The conclusion in this study states that hisbah has a function as an evaluator of economic activities that ensure economic activities run in accordance with Islamic Shari'a. Such as prohibiting the practice of usury and ihtikar in economic activities, guarding pricing, prohibit the sale and purchase of money, and so forth. Keywords: Hisbah, Supervision, Islamic Economics

Abstract

The development of Islamic banks up to now should be appreciated, there will still be some challenges that must be faced in order to make this institution even better. This study aims to discuss in depth related to the background of the formation of Islamic banks, opportunities and challenges faced. The conclusion of this study is that some of the challenges faced are as follows: problems of human resources (HRD), capital problems, regulatory problems, service network problems, product innovation problems, socialization problems. The strategies needed to anticipate some obstacles to the development of Islamic banks. First, improving the quality of human resources in the field of Islamic banking. Second, there are more progressive efforts from practitioners, government and ulama to encourage the fulfillment of the legality of shari'ah instruments so that syari'ah bank space is broader. Third, improving the quality of Islamic banks with the support of academics, so that the construction of Islamic finance institutions is more rational and acceptable to all groups. Fourth, a more aggressive socialization of Islamic banks.

Abstract

Economic democracy is an economy that basically use the concept of sovereignty of the people,with the aim of achieving social justice for all Indonesian peolpe. Economic democracy is a reaction and a correction of the practices of the colonial system and economic structure. The main pioneer of economic democracy is Mohmmad Hatta, dubbed as the father of Indonesia cooperation. Maqa??id shari?ah is an interesting discussion to be used as an analysis approach of economic democracy study. This article is an research with the library method that reveals about economic democracy and Maqa??id shari?ah with conten analysis. The conclution of this study is economic democracy has fullfill the aim of Maqa??id shari?ah in the maintenance of religion (?if? al-di?n), maintenance of life (?if? al-nafs), the maintenance of reasonable (hif? al-aql), maintenance of ancestry (?if? al-nasl) and maintenance of treasure (?if? al-ma?l). In addition to these five aims, there is additional aim of economic democracy system, namely maintenance of state (?if? al-wa?on) as the liberation of the country from colonial efforts as colonial economic system at that time.

Abstract

The development of modern thought in Islam, is a distinct dynamism in the intellectual space, which is never discussed, because the development of this thought is the intellectual muddle of the earlier Islamic thinkers, which is then passed on to the next generation, as the times and the times progress. So when discussing of contemporary Islamic thinkers, it would seem odd to forget the figure of Abdullah Ahmed Al-Na'im, who allegedly included a rare thinker and a scholarly dedication to be reckoned with in the contemporary world of contemplation. Which not only fathers on the matter of worship mahdhoh, ethics, etc. However, he is an activist who possesses a high degree of popular loyalty without prejudice to his criticism of political, legal and governmental matters. This is proven through affilia-tion in human rights institutions, although the figure of Ahmed Al-Na'im is also a brilliant academic figure. Sharia always has a bright future in the public life of Islamic soci-ety because it can play a role in preparing the generations for the life of society, fostering institutions and social relations and so forth. Sharia will continue to play an important role in shaping and developing ethical norms and values that can be reflected in public legislation and policies through a democratic political process. Muslims everywhere, whether as majority or minority, are required to practice Islamic sharia as part of their religious obligations. But according to the author the principles or rules of sharia cannot be applied and applied formally by the state as law and public policy only for the reason that the principles and rules are part of sharia. In addition, the main target of this book is Muslims everywhere, but not monolithic, remarkable, or static categories of readers. Intellectual and professional Muslims, who tend to be the ruling elite and opinion-maker in their society, are largely shaped by the European style of education, which allows them to appreciate philosophical concepts and terms that may be unknown to those educated in traditional Islamic schools (madrasah).

Abstract

This research aimed to know the influenced of science process skills approached on students critical thinking in ecosystem subject matter. The design was pretest-posttes non equivalent group by purposive sampling so those class VIIC and VIID were choosen as subject. Quantitative data was obtained from the average value of pretest and post test with the pretest average of 56,06; posttest average of 83,65; and an average N-gain of 61,59. The average increase in all KBK aspects that were observed had moderate criteria (30,04). The qualitative data were obtained from observation and questionnaire. Observation result of KPS had high criteria (81,56) and from students qustionnaire data showed nearly all students have a scientific attitude. Thus, it can be concluded that science process skill approached influenced on students critical thinking in ecosystem subject matter.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan keterampilan proses sains terhadap berpikir kritis siswa pada materi pokok ekosistem. Desain yang digunakan adalah pretes-posttes kelompok non ekuivalen dengan purposive sampling sehingga kelas VII C dan VII D diambil sebagai subjek. Data kuantitatif diperolehdari rata-rata nilai pretes dan postes dengan rata-rata pretes yaitu 56,06; rata-rata postes 83,65; dan rata-rata N-gain 61,59. Adapun Rata-rata peningkatan KBK dalam semua aspek yang diamati berkriteria sedang (30,04). Data kualitatif diperoleh melalui lembar observasi dan angket. Hasil observasi KPS memiliki kriteria tinggi (81,56), dan dari data angket tanggapan siswa menunjukkan hampir semua siswa memberikan tanggapan positif. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan keterampilan proses sains berpengaruh terhadap berpikir kritis siswa pada materi pokok ekosistem.Kata kunci : berpikir kritis, ekosistem, pendekatan KPS

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the quality of services expected and provided to tuberculosis patients and to formulate efforts to improve the quality of services for tuberculosis patients at the Lung Poly, Regional General Hospital, dr. Soeroto, Ngawi Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using 112 tuberculosis patients in the pulmonary polyclinic of RSUD. dr. Soeroto Ngawi as the respondent. Based on the data analysis, it was obtained that the patient's expectation was 34.88 and the reality score was 30.16 with a gap of 4.73. The patient satisfaction index on the quality of service at the Pulmonary Polyclinic of the Regional General Hospital dr. Soeroto Ngawi Regency is in the satisfied category. Efforts that can be formulated to improve service quality include: Health workers need to improve the delivery of information related to activities and behavior to patients so that they can maximize treatment and minimize transmission. Standard Operating Procedure is needed regarding information that needs to be conveyed to patients and socialization to health workers so that misinformation can be minimized. Provision of written information through various media that is easily accessible to patients is needed, health workers need to increase the use of Personal Protective Equipment as an effort to prevent transmission and minimize the risk of infection, especially for health workers along with SOPs for supervision from management to improve the compliance of health workers in the use of Personal Protective Equipment. Health workers need to improve physical appearance, neatness to improve the quality of service to patients and increase alertness in services, especially in the registration section. The hospital needs to improve the quality of services, especially the registration section so that it can improve the quality of services provided and according to patient expectations. The hospital can organize and involve human resources in various trainings such as communication training, excellent service to improve the quality of service to patients. Supervision is needed regarding services to tuberculosis patients, especially in the registration section by the person in charge and the head of the room so that the quality of service can be optimal.
