Abstract

Expert System is a computer technology that can help people solving problems which are mostly applied in medicine. Expert System is system that trying to adopt human knowledge to the computer, so the computer can resolve the issue as done by an expert.. In this study, an Expert System to diagnose hepatitis disease consisting of Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C will be created. This expert system to diagnose hepatitis disease is created using PHP programing language and MySQL database using Certainty Factor method. This expert system will ask for an input such as symtomps and blood test, then the result is the possibility of the disease suffered by the patient and an explanation of the disease and its treatment solution. This expert system is able to issue diagnosis results for Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C.. Certainty Factor method can be applied to expert systems with simple disease or not complex, such as acute hepatitis disease that is done in this study.

Abstract

The development of a device move technology , facilitate human life in undergo kesehariannya .To progress , technology device move could determine the existence of users , find out which address want to intended , and give a route to the location .The use of devices movement for the district government tegal , and students tegal in particular made them in the visits to the agent travel and tourism tegal spread across the country .Needed a system that help you in seeking information on travel agent and tourist tegal especially for students and the tegal problems that hampered by the agent the location. The geographic information system created using the Java programming language with SDK (Software Development Kit) Android and using MySQL and SQLite databases, the system is a client-server. The process of making and development of Geographic Information System using SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) using prototyping life cycle. By using the life cycle of prototyping, the design can be quickly created and tested by users. Users can participate in helping the development of a system to provide feedback on the prototype that has been tried before, so that the system be made better. The result of design this program is a system for the geographic information on device move that would facilitate users in find information and to travel agent and tourist attractions contained in district tegal .Information systems geographical location use technology LBS ( location based service ) , this technology allows users to find the location of travel agent and tourist destinations want to visited .This system will developed in a move that runs the android operating system.

Abstract

General Election is the Indonesian greatest democracy party, which becomes an opportunity to the legislative candidates to compete. The success of the General Election is determined by the smooth running of the vote and the vote counting process. The process of organizing elections often encountered various problems, the fraud of several elements which inflate the votes in the polling stations, and corruption of the top elements’ functionary. In order to avoid those problems, a hitung cepat is needed to inform the prediction of the election result faster than the official counting by the Commission of General Election. A hitung cepat can also be the proof of the election fraud. In this case, a hitung cepat application becomes one of the solutions to finish the vote counting faster than if manual counting is used. This application will help the official supporting teams in predicting their supported legislative candidates’ winning. This application is created by using several phases; they are system designing, prototype making, implementation, and program testing. All this phases are called prototyping method. This method is appropriatefor this project because it has a fast flow to fulfill the official supporting teams need in a dynamic political condition. The application designing is modeled by the UML. This application is created by using PHP programming language to run the program itself, and supported by Gammu and MySQL to run the function of the SMS gateway. In implementation phase, the quick count application can be used to count the vote of the legistative election in 2014 General Election by using statistic method. The level of accuracy used in this study was 99% with a margin of error 1%.

Abstract

In the world of Internet nothing is really safe. There's always a gap in any application made. Likewise in email delivery. To minimize attacks on the data transmission is usually applied cryptography. One fairly popular cryptographic algorithms are RSA algorithm. In this study will discuss the implementation of a cryptographic algorithm RSA encryption and decryption process email. To test created a java-based email client program with message encryption and decryption features messages. This application uses the Java programming language and Netbeans 7.4 as editor. Mail servers used is Google Mail. The initial step of this study was to download email from the Google server and encrypt the message. The second step is decrypt the message to verify whether the message is still the same as the original message before it is encrypted . Results from this study is the application that can encrypt and decrypt messages using RSA cryptographic algorithm. With this application is expected to mail delivery is much safer. Because encrypted email will generate a random decimal number of unknown value .

Abstract

Like today's modern era, information technology is needed to support the business processes of the organization. In the use of information technology organization must have policies and standard operating procedures are good that any work carried out in the appropriate direction of the organization. Not only that, the organization must also pay attention to information security of any assets owned. This final project aims to make policies and standard operating procedures (SOP) and assessing the information security risk in the assets of the organization. In the process of this skripsi refers to the standard of ISO 27001 as the standard for information security management and use of qualitative methodology, where qualitative methodology is a methodology that produces descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken of people and behaviors that can be observed. This final project resulted in the level of risk that is contained in the value of assets and generate recommendations to improve the security controls in the information security of assets based on the clauses of ISO 27001. In accordance with the initial objective of this final project also produce information security policy document and document information security standard operating procedures.

Abstract

The development of information technology has penetrated into various aspects of human life that it can perform an active role on information technology. In learning, for instance in the world of education, there are many simply interactive applications run on Android operating system . This application employs Unity 3D software as an editor. The initial step of making this final project is creating a design of user interface application. Waterfall Development used as methodology for developing this application. Stages of research method, requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. User application is capable to run all menus contained on the application of "3D Visualization of Human Skeleton Structure System". With this application android-based user can exercise anytime and anywhere, and this application can run well when tested using black-box and got positive results when tested to application user.

Abstract

The technological development are rapidly growing. Various kinds and types emerge everyday smartphone at an affordable price. One of the most popular smartphones today is Android. The author hopes that this application will be beneficial and useful for anyone who uses, especially for early childhood. This educational application is designed using the Eclipse IDE and the Android SDK where the programming language used is Java programming language. In the Eclipse IDE there are emulators that can be used to see the results of the application program that has been made before running in the actual Android device. Stages of development of the software used is the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) by using the waterfall method and modeling software used is the UML (Unified Modeling Language). Results of this research is the realization of the android- based animal world educational applications for early childhood. Applications can runs well on devices with Android operating system at least version 2.3 (Gingerbread) with available storage space of 10 MB. Buttons and function menus within the application has been running well according to the respective functionality. The animal world educational applications can now be used for the media to learn about the world of animals, especially for early childhood android users.

Abstract

In Indonesia, cases of meningitis happen quite a lot because meningitis patients are not aware that he was infected with meningitis. This is because the early symptoms resemble regular headaches. Lack of community information about a disease and its symptoms and causes make the process of treatment is slow so it can make the disease worse and fatal. This research is devoted to makes of meningitis expert system that can be used by the public to solve the problem. This expert system is developed using Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC). The steps to create an expert system using this method are assessment, acquisition of knowledge, design, and testing. This application tested using black box testing methods and directly testing by an expert. Based on test results showed a qualitative testing that system there is no error of its functions. Application of expert system can make the process of diagnosis according to the data obtained from the experts. For renew of disease and symptoms, it can be done by modifying the database.

Abstract

Pada era global seperti sekarang ini perkembangan teknologi sangat pesat terutama pada smartphone. Perkembangan teknologi smartphone yang begitu cepat menghasilkan dampak positif bagi manusia. Dampak positif tersebut antara lain kecepatan, kemudahan akses, dan kenyamanan dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Sudah banyak aplikasi pada smartphone yang dibuat guna mempermudah aktivitas sehari-hari manusia, contohnya aplikasi menetukan letak lokasi pengguna. Dengan adanya aplikasi menentukan letak lokasi pengguna, pengguna dapat dengan mudah menentukan letak lokasi diri sendiri ataupun orang lain, seperti misalnya lokasi anak. Sering kali anak membolos sekolah dan keluar malam tanpa sepengetahuan orang tua mereka. Berdasarkan permasalahan terseut dibangun aplikasi memantau lokasi anak berbasis mobile guna memudahkan para orang tua memantau lokasi anak- anak mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dengan teknik waterfall. Aplikasi memantau lokasi anak ini berbasis android menggunakan bahasa pemrograman java, database MySQL, serta Location Based Service (LBS) sebagai penunjuk lokasi anak. Untuk metode pengujian aplikasi menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Hasil Black Box Testing dari aplikasi memantau lokasi anak berbasis android menggunakan LBS ini menunjukan bahwa semua fungsi yang terdapat pada aplikasi ini telah berhasil berjalan sesuai fungsinya.

Abstract

Lack of public understanding of gastroenteritis, which is often suspected as diarrhea, causes the treatment of the disease to be less effective. An expert system application was developed to help people to detect gastroenteritis easily. The application used forward chaining method and best-first-search search algorithm. Expert knowledge was obtained from two doctors of the Gastroenterohepatology of Internal Medicine. The application runs on Android devices and has been able to detect gastroenteritis disease without dehydration, acute dehydration gastroenteritis mild, moderate and severe.
