Abstract

Weight is an important parameter in cattle breeding. In determining price of cattle, weight must be known accurately. If the estimation of weight is not accurate, this will cause losses for farmers. On the other hand, traditional farmers don’t have enough money to buy the expensive conventional scale. Even in cattle’s market, more common ranchers estimate cattle's weight only by their feelings. This does not only cause greater potential’s loss but also does not have a scientific foundation. This study aims to help farmers in estimating cattle's weight. Cattle's weight can be estimated by knowing Within Cow's Breast (WCB) as described in DAHAGA formula discovered by Winoto and friends in 2015. This study aims to implement the DAHAGA formula that has accuracy until 97.9% into an android application. The application runs by using the camera to estimate the object’s height to determine the real value of WCB. This calculation is performed using template matching method which compares the real object with image caught on camera. After WCB parameter known, then the application will execute DAHAGA formula and issued cattle’s weight as a final result. This application is expected to be an easy, inexpensive and accurate solution for farmers in estimating cattle’s weight.

Abstract

Population is all of the people who lives in an area for more and less than 6 month, but aim to live in there for a long time. It require an accurate data regarding aspects of quantity and quality of the population to get a picture about condition of population in certain area.The level of accuracy of the data obtained strongly influence the accuracy of the analysis and prediction of demographic conditions. Because of development of technology rapidly, the census is a proses of recording, calculation and publication of demographic data which carried out on all the permanent residents who lived in a particular region or country simultaneouslycarried out with the census application to be a storage for a valid data. This application can make a census population easier to create report and save a valid data of a particular region. This application is built using Delphi. Applications census contains personal data of an area that the scope of development is still in the village scale. This application is Expected to be of little help in making a report and other purposes.

Abstract

There is still a lack of the use of technology in the learning process, so that the teachers are active only explain but the child passively because just listen and pay attention to the material presented. Conventional teaching methods result in children less excited and more easily bored in learning. Theacer supposed to be able to utilize the technology to be applied in the learning process so as to enhance the child's enthusiasm for learning and teaching children to play an active role in learning. Based on these problems built an application Multimedia Interactive Learning based windows phone to be able to support the learning processin children. The Learning Multimedia Applications built using software construct 2, and Adobe Photoshop cs5. The method used is a multimedia development Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). For application testing method using the Black Box Testand Likert Scale questionnaireform.

Abstract

With over time the smartphone is increasingly recognized by the public, it is contrary to the interest in learning about the history of Indonesia, especially the National Hero. Because of it, the idea to combine these two, which combines the sophistication of a smartphone with a history of national hero. Lack of instructional media on a national hero also be one of the factors that led to the creation of this application, not only can be an alternative medium of learning from the lessons of history, this application can also be one of the games that can entertain users. This application intended to provide additional knowledge about the national hero aside from the lessons taught in schools or other educational institutions, the media smartphone is well known by the public is expected that these applications can easily be accepted and may be useful for users who play this application.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dewasa ini memicu pertumbuhan jumlah para pengguna internet. Dalam dunia bisnis, peranan teknologi menjadi hal yang sangat utama, dan bisa dikatakan sudah menjadi kebutuhan primer bagi usahawan pada masa ini. Demikian halnya tentang kuliner yang telah memanfaatkan jaringan internet untuk menyajikan berbagai informasi baik dari informasi tempat, rasa, penyajian dan harga  dalam bidang teknologi informasi. Namun untuk informasi kuliner di Semarang dalam sebuah site, sementara ini masih kurang lengkap dan belum ada site yang menkhususkan wisata kuliner di Semarang. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah perancangan aplikasi sistem informasi wisata kuliner Kota Semarang berbasis web untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam menemukan ragam kuliner yang ada di Kota Semarang .Desain dan implementasi akan diawali dengan analisa kebutuhan sistem atau dikenal dengan istilah system requirements analysis. Hal ini ditujukan untuk mendapatkan spesifikasi sistem yang sesuai. Dalam tahapan desain, Data Flow Diagram digunakan untuk penggambaran proses bisnis dengan jelas. Sementara itu, Entity Relationship Diagram digunakan untuk merepresentasikan data dalam sistem secara logis. Hasil dari tahapan desain kemudian diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan sistem basis data MySQL serta penggunaan Javascript untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang lebih dinamis Tools yang digunakan adalah software Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, XAMPP.Hasil pengujian Sistem Informasi Wisata Kuliner di Kota Semarang Berbasis Web menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur yang terdapat dalam aplikasi dapat bekerja dengan baik seperti mengelola data kuliner, mengelola data admin, mengelola data member dan mengelola komentar yang masuk. Menggunakan permodelan sistem Entity Relationship Diagram. Sistem informasi ini memiliki user pada sistem sebanyak lima yaitu admin, member aktif, member pasif, member premium dan pengunjung.

Abstract

The rapid growth of information and communication technology (ICT) facilitate human activity. Senate of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Diponegoro , as the highest representative body of normative and within the faculty , has one of the tasks that provide feedback on a proposed referendum letter promotion . In the current procedure , the data is stored in the form of the proposed paper form . This method is less efficient , time-consuming addition , members often did not give his opinion because of forgotten or busy with other activities . The purpose of this study is to design a new, computerized information system that is capable of handling data storage process in the Senate , a notice of the proposed promotion, and management approval of the proposed increase in the post. Development of Information System was developed using FAST ( Framework for the Application of System Technique) . This information system development using PHP programming language ased on CodeIgniter framework . Storage and management of databases using a DBMS ( Database Management System MySQL . Testing Information System using User Acceptance testing , that using BlackBox Methodology . The results of this study is to produce a system that can accommodate the proposed promotion, responses senate , and spread in the form of an SMS message to the senate . So that this system can replace the system that is currently running are still less efficient and is manual .

Abstract

Penerapan tata kelola Teknologi Informasi saat ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan dan tuntutan di setiap instansi penyelenggara pelayanan publik mengingat peran TI yang semakin penting bagi upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan sebagai salah satu realisasi dari tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik (Good Corporate Governance). Dalam penyelenggaraan tata kelola TI, faktor keamanan informasi merupakan aspek yang sangat penting diperhatikan mengingat kinerja tata kelola TI akan terganggu jika informasi sebagai salah satu objek utama tata kelola TI mengalami masalah keamanan informasi yang menyangkut kerahasiaan (confidentiality), keutuhan (integrity) dan ketersediaan (availability). Information Security Management System (ISMS) adalah seperangkat kebijakan berkaitan dengan manajemen keamanan informasi atau terkait dengan risiko TI. Prinsip yang mengatur di balik ISMS adalah bahwa organisasi harus merancang, menerapkan dan memelihara seperangkat kebijakan, proses dan sistem untuk mengelola risiko aset informasi mereka, sehingga memastikan tingkat risiko keamanan informasi yang dapat diterima. Dari perencanaan dan implementasi sistem manajemen keamanan informasi ini, dihasilkan daftar nilai risiko akhir aset- aset kritikal dan dokumen-dokumen tata kelola penunjang ISMS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus yang didalam hal ini, merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Adapun proses yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan dari tata kelola keamanan sistem informasi ini berdasarkan kerangka kerja ISO/IEC 27001. Dari kerangka tersebut kemudian dilakukan evaluasi terhadap objek kontrol yang dimiliki ISO/IEC 27001. Hasil yang didapat adalah peningkatan terhadap tata kelola keamanan sistem informasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dibutuhkannya tata kelola keamanan sistem informasi agar IT dapat diandalkan untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis.

Abstract

Abstract - Documents handling at Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Pati was done manually and was not computerized. Because of that, it is needed to build documents management information system to automate the document control activity at department include the function of documents recording, documents making, and documents tracking. For gaining the purpose, a research must be done. That research used Framework for Application System Thinking (FAST) with eight phase, that is scope definition, problem analyst, requirement analyst, logical design, decision analyst, physical design and integration, construction and testing, and also installation and delivery. This research was implemented by using PHP, HTML, and Javascript as programming language and MySQL as database. System testing was done by using black box testing method.The result from this research is documents management information system.

Abstract

The length of time in manually recording vehicle license plates in the parking system leads to long vehicle queues. This research developed automatic parking system based on RFID and vehicle plate number recognition. Authentication used a camera and Arduino Uno as the controller for RFID reading, feedback and gatekeeper control. The system will compare the character's image and RFID in the record of the database to authorize a vehicle. Image processing was done by contour analysis method and had 91% in accuracy at 60 cm of distance and 131.89 milliseconds of reading speed. The system had been able to work to automatically open and close gates based on the match of RFID and vehicle plate number recognition.

Abstract

Car drivers often experience difficulties to park their cars in the parking lot there is a slot or an empty space with a limited number. For example, some parking places such as shopping centers, apartments and hotels. To determine the state of the parking spaces have been filled or not it is necessary to update the conditions in the room. The purpose of this thesis is to create a functioning device calculates and displays the number of entrances. A number of automatically calculating devices have been made. General description of the device is designed to use the SRF04 ultrasonic sensor, microcontroller ATMega8535, and buzzer. SRF04 ultrasonic sensors as detecting obstructions between the ends of the door with the barrier wall and counting. With the existence of this device in the state of the room can be determined easily and saves time.
