Abstract

Students are a very potential component of nation-building. With a young age range, strong staff, a wide enough network, and the ability to think and have high creativity, it is the foundation and basic capital for the country's progress. BPS data as of February 2020 released Indonesia's employment conditions showing the unemployment rate fell to 5.01 percent or decreased by 50 thousand people over the past year. Although the aggregate unemployment rate has decreased, judging by the level of education, more and more university graduates are unemployed. The high level of educated unemployment is because many universities graduates target that after graduation, they have to get a job armed with the knowledge they have obtained through their courses. Even though they are university graduates, it is not easy for someone to be accepted into a job, increasing the number of unemployed. By seeing these problems, it is appropriate for the government and related parties to develop a strategy to direct university graduates to become job creators, not job seekers. This underlies the importance of efforts to build an entrepreneurial spirit among students. The rise of digital technology today can be said to be a form of change management in the business world; by utilizing digital technology in the business sector, it is hoped that an entrepreneurial spirit will form among students. But unfortunately, the current conditions are where students can't take advantage of sophisticated digital technology opportunities to seize entrepreneurship opportunities and make them a livelihood. The study aimed to describe: (1) supporting and inhibiting factors in building student entrepreneurship; and (2) strategies to build student entrepreneurship through digital technology businesses. This research is a qualitative descriptive study located at STKIP PGRI Jombang. The data sources used are primary and secondary. The research subjects were entrepreneurship lecturers and students of the 2019 economic education study program who had taken theory and practice entrepreneurship courses. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and conclusion. We are checking the research's validity using source and technique triangulation. The research results show that: (1) Supporting factors in building an entrepreneurial spirit for students of the STKIP PGRI Jombang Economic Education Study Program are (a) collaboration between universities and the business world by conducting entrepreneurial training and internships, (b) self-confidence, which is one of the capitals for opening a business, and ( c) an organization which is a forum for channeling interests and honing student skills; (2) The inhibiting factors in building the entrepreneurship spirit of students of the Economic Education Study Program STKIP PGRI Jombang are (a) the lack of a student entrepreneurship spirit which results in students choosing less to do entrepreneurship, (b) the lack of capital. In the minds of students, to start a business, they must have a large capital, and it is this thinking that must be changed by every tertiary institution, (c) the lack of entrepreneurship training in tertiary institutions; and (3) Strategies to build an entrepreneurial spirit through digital technology business for students of the Economic Education Study Program STKIP PGRI Jombang are (a) holding entrepreneurship seminars that aim to change the mindset of students, (b) holding digital technology training for students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh katalog produk dan word of mouth terhadap minat beli oriflame. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara memberikan kuesioner terhadap 100 responden yaitu masyarakat Kabupaten Jombang dengan menggunakan purposive sampling untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap masing-masing variabel yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian Uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikasi untuk katalog produk dan word of mouth terhadap minat beli adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Artinya terdapat pengaruh katalog produk dan word of mouth terhadap minat beli secara signifikan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal product innovation strategies and the impact of implementation on Bouquet MSMEs in Jombang Regency. By uncovering the phenomenon, we will be able to find out what product innovations are being implemented and what the impact of changes will be on the sales volume of Bouquet MSMEs in Jombang Regency. In uncovering this phenomenon, researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach with various data collection methods including using interviews, observation and documentation methods. The informants in this research were bouquet entrepreneurs including Lail Craft, Mita-Made Bouquets, and Livia Felt Bouqet. The researcher carries out data analysis starting with the researcher starting by carrying out the data collection process using the chosen method, then the researcher carries out data reduction based on the results of data collection that have been received from key informants and supporting informants in the research, and after that in the third process the researcher presents the data through tabulation, and in the final process, the researcher draws conclusions. To test the validity, the researcher used source triangulation and method triangulation. The research results that the researchers can reveal include the researchers making changes to current strategies according to current developments in the era of the 2024 generation. The product innovation strategy carried out on bouquet products includes changing the design of the bouquet and also making a bouquet that is more flexible to suit customer desires. The designs are not just flower bouquets but more variations of dolls carrying snacks or cartoon characters carrying money. This has an impact on sales volumes increasing compared to before.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan penanganan kearsipan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan publik Pengurus PERSIT 04 Koramil 0814-03/Tembelang. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu dalam bentuk pelatihan penanganan kearsipan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan publik, peserta dalam pelatihan ini yaitu anggota dan pengurus PERSIT 04 Koramil 0814-03/Tembelang. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan dihalaman Koramil 0814-03/Tembelang. Hasil pengabdian ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yang pertama tembusan dari Komanan Koramil 0814-03/Tembelang yang menyetujui kegiatan ini berlangsung, tahapan ke dua sosialisasi kepada semua anggota Koramil 0814-03/Tembelang dan menyepakati kegiatan berlangsung pada tanggal 24 Juli 2025 dan tahapn ke tiga yaitu pelaksanaan pelatihan penanganan kearsipan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan publik pengurus PERSIT 04 Koramil 0814-03/Tembelang. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini yaitu peningkatan pemahaman dari anggota maupun pengurus PERSIT 04 Koramil 0814-03/Tembelang, menyampaikan secara langsung tentang pengalaman kearsipan secara langsung pada sesi presentasi, melakukan praktek langsung kearsipan dan mengusulkan untuk mengikuti kajian ulang melalui media zoom tentang materi kearsipan. Memenehi kriteria tentang 4 faktor keberhasilan setelah melakukan Pelatihan Penanganan Kearsipan Untuk Meningkatkan Efektivitas Pelayanan Publik Pengurus Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana Ranting 04 Koramil 0814-03/Tembelang, yang tidak hanya berfokus kepada pengurus PERSIT 04 Koramil 0814-03/Tembelang, tetapi anggota PERSIT 04 Koramil 0814-03/Tembelang juga mampu untuk membantu menanggani kearsipan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan public.
