Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul “Perencanaan Strategi Perbaikan Sumber Daya Manusia di PT. Agrodana Futures Surabaya dengan Metode Analisis SWOT’’. Ini dibuat untuk mempertimbangkan semakin meningkatnya intensitas persaingan yang terjadi dalam bisnis broker/trading. Melalui analisis SWOT perusahaan mampu melihat kondisi bisnisnya secara keseluruhan. PT. Agrodana Futures Surabaya berada dikuadrat I, posisi ini menandakan yang kuat dan berpeluang maka strategi yang harus diterapkan adalah SO : memperkuat kualita dalam bidang teknologi untuk mencapai sarana komunikasi yang semakin canggih, Meningkatkan kualitas agent-agent baru yang lebih unggul dan berprestasi agar dapat menjalin hubungan baik dengan nasabah. Untuk menghadapi pesaing strategi yang digunakan perusahaan Matrik Internal-Eksternal yaitu: Meningkatkan jenis produk yang dijual sesuai keinginan nasabah, Meningkatkan keahlian tenaga kerja untuk menghadapi pesaing-pesaing baru, Menciptakan pelayanan yang lebih baik, Menambah fasilitas yang masih kurang untuk lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

PT. Inktech Indahmulya telah menerapkan pengukuran sistematis kinerja karyawan berdasarkan kompetensi. Namun, sistem pengukuran kinerja belum dapat menilai keberhasilan strategi sumber daya manusia dalam mewujudkan visi, misi, dan strategi perusahaan. Human Resource Scorecard (HRSC) adalah bentuk pengukuran sumber daya manusia yang menghubungkan antara strategi kinerja untuk mengukur sejauh mana perannya untuk mencapai visi, misi, dan strategi perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mencari efektivitas organisasi dengan human capital ROI untuk human resource scorecard, dan melakukan strategi perbaikan pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data perusahaan, kemudian melakukan pengolahan data yang diperoleh dengan rumus human capital ROI yaitu human resource scorecard, training and development, organizational effectiveness. Dengan demikian, diketahui dimana posisi kinerja pegawai dalam human resource scorecard. Maka perusahaan dapat menentukan strategi perbaikan pada perusahaan yang sesuai untuk masa yang akan datang dan menjadikan PT. Inktech Indahmulya sebagai pemenang dalam persaingan di pangsa pasar.

Abstract

Bantengan in the Dutch colonial period in 1927 Claket, Mojokerto, East Java. The beginning of the formation of bantengan art begins with the establishment of martial arts whose originator named Mbah Siran. Before the existence of bantengan, Mbah Siran only trained pencak silat in the claket forest. Based on the discovery of a dead bull in the foot forest of Mount Welirang which was eventually dubbed the dead bull forest. From there it was also called Bantengan Art. Pencak silat in that year was actually not allowed by the invaders who were then colonized by the Dutch, did not abstain until there Mbah Siran and several students learned silat art silently in the forest at the foot of Mount Welirang which was to expel the invaders. When he found the dead bull, Siran got advice to take the bull's head and used it as a symbol of the bull which was also used to perform the bull's art, the bull's head was given the spirit of a dead bull to add to the attraction of bull art. The function of the banteng art in the following years is to enliven the organization such as weddings, circumcision, and other events. Bantengan art from mbah siran was named tri singly which means 3 musical instruments consisting of drums, saron, demung made into an art. However, because of this art, there is no written evidence at the present time due to damage eaten by insects and finally burned by the descendants of the second mbah siran named pak takiyat. which impact at this time is a struggle for many local and foreign parties including Malaysia.This is the cause of our burning enthusiasm to uphold the cultural values that exist in Mojokerto regency so that it can be preserved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Dan Pembinaan Seribu Warna (YPP SENA) Jombang. YPP Sena adalah organisasi yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan dan pengembangan anak usia dini, anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) dan Ibu Asuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 26. Dengan metode penyebaran data kuesioner baik kepada pemilik yayasan maupun seluruh pegawai YPP SENA, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sesuai dengan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan YPP SENA. Abstract

Purpose: to analyze the effect of population, minimum wages and unemployment on inequality of income distribution in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data in the form of panel data consisting of time crosses for the period 2009-2013 and cross places in 33 provinces in Indonesia Design/methodology/approach: The analysis carried out is a quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression to answer the problem formulation and determine the effect of predetermined variables. Findings: All independent variables are said to have a joint (simultaneous) influence on the dependent variable because it is seen from the level of significance that the number is 0.002 less than 0.05, which means that there is a significant effect simultaneously between the population, minimum wages and unemployment on inequality of income distribution. in Indonesia the period 2009-2013. There is a partially significant effect between the minimum wage and the inequality of income distribution. The minimum wage variable has a dominant influence on inequality in income distribution in Indonesia for the 2009-2013 period. Abstract

Purpose: to find out and analyze whether working capital variables consisting of liquidity, working capital turnover and accounts receivable turnover affect the profitability of CV. X Tours and Travels and to find out and analyze which of these capital variables has the dominant influence on profitability in CV. X Tours & Travels. Design/methodology/approach: The analysis carried out is quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression to answer the problem formulation and determine the effect of predetermined variables. Findings: . The results of the study obtained the Fcount value of 151.118 with a significance of 0.006, the tcount value of each variable Price tcount -8.706 > ttable 1.97438, liquidity variable tcount 15.235 > ttable 1.97438, and variable Working Capital Turnover tcount 16.860 > ttable 1.97438. Based on the results of research in CV. X Tours and Travels Surabaya of the three independent variables have a simultaneous, partial and significant effect on Profitability. Abstract

The era of globalization of the business world in Indonesia is growing very rapidly, this is due to the existence of several economic policies that are being launched by the government in the form of deregulation and debureaucracy. Qualitative research methods using SPSS. The population used is 950 and samples taken are 90 respondents using the Slovin formula. The variables in this study consist of independent variables, namely brand, promotion and online marketing, while the dependent variable is consumer loyalty. To determine the effect simultaneously and partially, multiple linear regression analysis is used. The conclusion of this research is that there is a simultaneous and partial influence of brand, promotion and online marketing on consumer loyalty of gamis afifathin. The dominant variable affecting consumer loyalty is brand. Keywords: Brand, Promotion, Online Marketing and Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

Banking is a service industry that is very important in advancing the economy of a country. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of variable customer value, satisfaction and relational marketing on customer loyalty Priority Bank XYZ Main Branch Office Surabaya Cendana. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. There is an influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, as evidenced by a significant value of 6,328.10-26 <0.05. Partially, the customer value variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the customer satisfaction variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the relationship marketing variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The most dominant variable is the relational marketing variable (X3) because the partial correlation value in the coefficients table is 62.29% greater than the partial correlation value of the other independent variables. customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing simultaneously have a significant effect on verified customer loyalty, customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing partially have a significant effect on proven customer loyalty and relationship marketing variables have a dominant influence on proven customer loyalty the truth. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the tax collection and disbursement of arrears of tax on the increase in taxpayer compliance Tax Office Primary Sawahan Surabaya. Model analysis of the data used in this study is to examine the descriptive statistical analysis and provides an overview of how the influence of a letter of reprimand and a letter forced to liquefaction tax arrears and an increase taxpayer compliance in 2010-2012 at the Tax Office Primary Sawahan Surabaya. Based on the results of data analysis using SPSS 16 shows the partial results of hypothesis testing (t-test) or simultaneously (F - test) to prove that the tax collection with a letter of reprimand and a letter has forced, a significant effect on the disbursement of tax arrears with the coefficient of determination shows 46.6%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze financial performance as measured by Return on Equity (ROE) on firm value as measured by Tobin's Q as well as to analyze the Corporate Governance mechanism as a moderating variable. The aim of this research is to find empirical proof about (a) the influence of financial performance to firm value, (b) the influence of independent commissioners as moderating variable in the relationships between financial performance and firm value, (c) the influence of audit committee as moderating variable in relationships between financial performance and firm value. The sample of this research is mining firms which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over 2008-2011. The research sample are 10 firms with 39 observations. To analyzed the data using software SPSS ver. 16.0.
