Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok terhadap perilaku asertif siswa dengan teman sebaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest dan posttestdesign. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 10 orang siswa dari kelas XI SMA Negeri 8 Kota Bengkulu diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket skala Likert. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukan perilaku asertif siswa dengan teman sebaya meningkat setelah diberikan layanan konseling kelompok. Hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil pretest dan posttest (Z=-2,810a, maka p<0,005) sehingga ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan layanan konseling kelompok berpengaruh terhadap perilaku asertif siswa dengan teman sebaya di kelas XI SMA Negeri 8 Kota Bengkulu. Kata kunci:perilaku asertif, layanan konseling kelompok.

Abstract

The academic field demands optimal learning in real contexts that have an impact on students in everyday life. That is, the learning material delivered can be applied and applied in real everyday life. In practice, students often experience various obstacles, one of which is academic burnout or often referred to as academic burnout. The application of Android-based BK learning media that has been developed in previous research produces the Edu-Cons application and is considered to be one of the learning media that can support and optimize the learning process in Android-based guidance and counseling. To overcome the problem of student academic burnout, information services are needed using the Edu-Cons application that has been made previously. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of academic burnout of students before and after being given information services using the Edu-Cons application. The research method used in this study is a pre-experimental design research. This research uses One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. with a population of 3rd semester students of the Counseling Guidance Study Program at the University of Bengkulu with a total sample of 32 people who were determined using a random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire instrument. Analysis of the data in this study using the Z test which shows the value of sig(2-tailed) P <0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an effect of information services on optimizing the use of the edu cons application to reduce student academic burnout in guidance and counseling courses.

Abstract

Various factors influence students in further study abroad with scholarships, including motivation, social, cultural, educational, economic, and efforts that have been or can be made. This community service is carried out with the aim of describing and expressing the various motivations, factors and efforts that have been and will be made in preparing to study abroad on a scholarship. The service method is carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach using the APTE model (situation analysis, training, action and evaluation). The service carried out with inspirational class education on tips for success in overseas scholarships has high motivation to continue studying abroad due to need, sufficient supporting factors such as family, society and the economy, and the efforts made are still low in searching for information, preparing documents, and following the requirements so that adequate intensity of guidance and training is still needed from families, teachers and the school. The implementation of inspiration class education runs well and smoothly using the APTE model. The evaluation referred to in this training consists of initial evaluation, implementation evaluation (process), and final evaluation in the form of training participant responses with good results.
