Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study to examine the relation between religiosity and socialsupport to the resilience of Lapindo Sidoarjo Mudflow victims. Research variables weremeasured using resilience scale, scale of religiosity and social support scale. Subjectswere 60 victims of Lapindo mudflow that are married, age 20-40, and as a native. Datawere analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of multiple regressionanalysis showed that the variables religiosity and social support significantly associatedwith resilience (F = 22.863 at p = 0.000). Both variables contributed 44.5% towardsresilience. Separately, religiosity has a positive relationship with resilience (t = 2.439 to p= 0.018). Social support has a significant positive correlation with resilience (t = 4.952 atp = 0.000).Keywords: Religiosity, Social support, Resilience.

Abstract

Procrastination is the behavior of delaying work or work with activities that are not important, so that the task becomes hampered and not completed on time. The results show that the hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between self confidence and anxiety with academic procrastination is accepted at a significance level of 1%, where Ry (1.2) = 0.71545039 is greater than Ftab 1% and F-count is 37.751 greater than Ftab 1% of 4.61. This shows that if self confidence and anxiety are high, academic procrastination is low, whereas if self confidence and anxiety are low then academic procrastination is high.

Abstract

Phase in teenager is a phase of development that is difficult to resolved because these developments are not only physical but also psychic who are building their personality to be more mature, and developments in social aspects requires himself to learn to establish relationships with others in their community, with expectations a teenager can solve every problems. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a relationship, between self-disclosure with the ability to solve problems in teenager. The subjects of this study were MA HM Tribakti students, that use 78 students. Data collection uses self-disclosure scale and problem solving ability scale. The results showed, that there is a relationship between self-disclosure and problem-solving abilities in teenagers, with the results of the regression analysis obtained the price F count = 5050 and p = 0.026.

Abstract

Smoking has become one of the habits of Indonesian people, although most of them already know the dangers of smoking. Cigarette smoke contains 4000 dangerous chemicals, while consequence of tobacco burning will cause toxins and carcinogens that can trigger cancer. Personality type is one of the factors related to smoking behavior, A personality type has characteristics: impatient, work oriented, stubborn and like to compete, while personality type B has the following characteristics: patient, not work oriented, relaxed and don't like to compete.The purpose of this research is to find out, there is a relations between the tendency of A-B personality types with smoking behavior. The population in this study were male students, which is active in the University of Yuharta Pasuruan. Academic year 2006-2007 and using accidental sampling technique, and there are 92 students.the information using observation and interview methods and the analysis using one predictor regulation, where the proxy is 0.1469697 with a r table of 5% of 2.207 and an F count of 1.9869259 with an F table of 5% of 3.93, thus both personality type A and personality type B. Both show high smoking behavior and some show low smoking behavior, so that personality types do not affect smoking behavior.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan di pondok pesantren merupakan pendidikan berbasis agama, Pondok Pesantren Ngalah Purwosari Pasuruan merupakan Pesantren Berbasis Multikultural yang memiliki model pendidikan yang sangat banyak, diantaranya model pendidikan karakter. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui implementasi pendidikan karakter dengan metode kualitatif, menggunakan SEM dengan hasil bahwa Keterlibatan orangtua, dukungan teman sebaya, dan dukungan guru, baik secara simultan maupun parsial, berpengaruh positif terhadap religiusitas dalam model pendidikan karakter pada pesantren berbasis multikultural, ponpes Ngalah Purwosari, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Keterlibatan orangtua, dukungan teman sebaya, dukungan guru, dan religiusitas secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap pendidikan karakter dalam model pendidikan karakter pada pesantren berbasis multikultural, ponpes Ngalah Purwosari, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Akan tetapi, secara parsial dukungan guru terbukti tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendidikan karakter. Kata Kunci: Model Pendidikan Karakter, Pesantren, Multikultural. Abstract: Education in Islamic boarding schools is a religion-based education, Pondok Pesantren Ngalah Purwosari Pasuruan is a Multicultural-Based Islamic Boarding School which has very many educational models, so is the character education model. The purpose of this study discusses how to create characters using qualitative methods, using SEM with the results of research on how to support, support peers, and support teachers, both simultaneously and partially, positively support religiosity in the character education model of the boarding school based on multiculturalism, Islamic Boarding Schools Ngalah Purwosari, Pasuruan Regency. On the basis of assistance, peer support, teacher support, and simultaneous support support positive character education in the character education model of a multicultural-based boarding school, Ngalah Purwosari Islamic Boarding School, Pasuruan Regency. Abstract

Alternative Real Work Lecture Program (Alternative KKN) which has been planned can run well even though there are activities that are not carried out according to the time planned but changed schedule due to weather factors and unplanned activity factors of the Program objectives. Not only that another obstacle arises because of lack of funds to carry out planned activities. Forming students to become more mature in addressing existing problems and understanding how to live in society. In addition, it can form an independent personality and is responsible for their duties and functions and forms the spirit of leadership.

Abstract

One of the Public Senior High Schools in Malang has been implementing an inclusive education system since 2009. This School has been trying to serve children with special needs hitherto. In one of the inclusive schools in Malang city, the number of students with special needs (the academic year 2017-2018) is recorded in the school document of 9 students with special needs and 37 students with special services (have health problems). However, it is indicated that the learning process in class is not suitable for the type of student needs in the class. This study aims to investigate the learning process in these inclusive schools. The current research is explained in a descriptive qualitative method. As a result, schools do not make curriculum modifications that are compatible with inclusive education. This school only has one special guidance teacher, and only he has attended a training program in inclusive education. In addition, there are indications that the teacher's attitude toward students with special needs is negative. The indication can be seen from the teacher's efforts in implementing learning. The teacher still uses a classical learning system that is not modified. Thus, it is necessary to improve services for students' diversity in schools, increase the number of special tutors, include them in inclusive education training programs, and make curriculum modifications that are appropriate for students with special needs. The teacher is also indicated to have a negative attitude towards students with special needs in the classroom.

Abstract

National development in the labor sector that includes related elements between government, employers and workers is felt necessary to base their interests on their respective principles, so that dynamic industrial relations will be created, but the dynamics of industrial relations in Indonesia have recently been marked by the problem of lack - harmony between the entrepreneur and his workers. The government as the main sector in industrial relations must act based on the provisions of legal products from the industrial relations sector so that the PPHI process can be realized in accordance with the expectations of all parties. In the context of maintaining industrial relations in Pasuruan, regulations in the form of Regional Regulation No. 22 of 2012 concerning the employment system has been created. It is hoped that through this research, an easy-to-understand resolution model that illustrates efforts to resolve industrial relations disputes in accordance with Regional Regulation No. 22 of 2012. And this research is expected to produce a model of industrial relations conflict resolution which is the development of the Marshall model by considering the history of conflict through a picture of the birth of a particular conflict

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman tentunya akan mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan. Salah satunya adalah sisi digital dimana pada saat ini semua menggunakan kecanggihan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digitalisasi terhadap sikap remaja di Dusun Blendong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatab kuantitatif dengan survei. Sampel penelitian adalah 60 remaja yang ada di Dusun Blendongan. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi mempengaruhi sikap remaja yang ditunjukkan dari hasil survei bahwa para remaja marah ketika sedang bermain HP diminta untuk melakukan sesuatu dan menghentikan bermain Hpnya. Hal ini dianggap mengganggu kesenangan. Bahkan jam yang harus digunakan untuk belajar digunakan untuk bermain HP. Padahal dimasa remaja merupakan masa yang penting untuk belajar semua hal. Remaja di Dusun Blendong yang aktif dalam menggunakan sosial media juga aktif berinteraksi dengan mengomentari berbagai postingan yang ada. Komentar yang diberikan 70% adalah komentar yang kurang baik seperti mencela atau memberikan kata-kata yang negative dan 30% memberikan dukungan yang baik pada postingan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh dukungan orang tua terhadap minat belajar santri di LPA Al-Mukhlishiin Pandaan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Santri LPA Al-Mukhlishiin Pandaan sebanyak 150 santri. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 109 santri yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan skala dukungan orang tua dan skala minat belajar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi sederhana diperoleh nilai F sebesar 277,087 dengan signifikansi (Sig) sebesar 0,000 karena nilai Sig. < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh dukungan orang tua terhadap minat belajar. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan orang tua (X) berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar (Y). Dengan demikian hipotesis yang menyatakan “Adanya Pengaruh Dukungan Orang Tua Terhadap Minat Belajar Santri di LPA Al- Mukhllishiin Pandaan” “diterima”.
