Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe about patient loyalty, perceived value, perceived image, andpatient satisfaction in Medical Rehabilitation Installation RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro DjatikoesoemoBojonegoro; analyzing of the effect of patient satisfaction, perceived value, and perceived image partiallyto patient loyalty; and analyzing of the effect of patient satisfaction, perceived value, and perceived imagesimultaneously to patient loyalty of Medical Rehabilitation Installation RSUD Dr. R. SosodoroDjatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. This researchÔÇÖs type is categorized as explanatory research and usingquantitative research approach. Population in this research is all patient who treatment at MedicalRehabilitation Installation RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. The sampling techniqueusing incidental sampling, ie anyone who by chance met with researchers can be used as a sample, whichdetermined 100 people. The result of the research shows that the condition of perceived value, perceivedimage, and patient loyalty in good category, just only patient satisfaction in good enough category.Patient satisfaction, perceived value, and perceived image partially each have a significant effect onpatient loyalty Medical Rehabilitation Installation RSUD Dr. R. Abstract

This study aims to analyze pro-hypertension management in the Primary Dinayla Utama 84 clinic for thesuccess of the prolanis program. This research method is a case study with qualitative descriptive. Researchlocation at Pratama Clinic Utama Dinayla 84 Surabaya East Java. Research data uses interviews andanalysis. The number of informants was 14 informants. Data analysis using interactive analysis. Theresults showed that hypertension prokeris management with prolanist activities was home visits andprogram participants who still did not find the indicator of success of Prolanis, namely 75% of participantsregistered and to overcome the activeness of the Pratayla Utama 84 Clinical Clinic officers.Keywords: management, prolanis, hypertension

Abstract

The study aims to describe personal selling and advertising partially and simultaneously have effect onpurchase policy insurance of Chubb Life Surabaya. The population in this research is costumers of LifeAgency Chubb Life Surabaya who bought the policy from July to December 2017 totaling 141 people.Sampling in this study using probability sampling technique, namely proportionate stratified randomsampling is determined by the formula slovin so that the number of samples is 104 people hereinaftercalled respondent. Data analysis techniques using multiple and partial correlation analysis throughSPSS program tools and descriptive analysis techniques. The result of the analysis shows that personalselling and advertising simultaneously have effect on purchase policy insurance of Chubb Life Surabaya.personal selling and advertising partially effect on purchase policy insurance of Chubb Life Surabaya.The value of R2 = 0.372 which means that 37.2% purchase decision of Chubb Life insurance policy cabeaffected by personal selling and advertising, while the remaining 62.8% is influenced by other variablesoutside of personal selling and advertising.Keywords: purchase decision, personal selling, advertising

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability of teachers in Cluster 06 of Bojonegoro Subdistrict in trainingand motivational teachers. The addition was to find out the training and teacher motivation thatinfluenced the teacher's ability in Cluster 06 of Bojonegoro District. The population in this study wereall teachers of Clusters 06 of Bojonegoro District as many as 35 people. This study uses a quantitativeapproach with an explanatory research type. The number of samples in this study proved to be 35teachers. In this study, researchers used hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing is done to determine therelationship and influence between variables and dependencies in the hypothesis. The steps taken are bydetermining the influence of the research variables and the price of the hypothesis formulated. The resultsof data analysis showed that the ability of the Cluster 06 District of Bojonegoro teachers in training andmotivational teachers was in good category. What influences the teacher in the education and trainingand teachers in Cluster 06, Bojonegoro District consists of the level of formal education, technicaltraining that has been followed, the ability to master and understand technical tasks.Keywords: education and training, teacher motivation, teacher ability

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the profitability of liquidity in companies in theIndonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. Then to prove and analyze the profitability of thecapital structure of the company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. Next is toprove and analyze the capital structure of liquidity in companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for theperiod 2012-2016. This type of research is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were 6Cosmetic Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The results in this studyindicate the profitability of the capital structure of companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for theperiod 2012-2016; liquidity towards the capital structure of companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchangefor the period 2012-2016; profitability is not towards the attitude of the company on the Indonesia StockExchange for the period 2012-2016.Keywords: profitability, liquidity, capital structure

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service, patient satisfaction, obstacles faced byClinic Hj. Tarpianie Sidoarjo in realizing patient satisfaction. This research is a qualitative research toanalyze patient satisfaction in Clinic Hj. Tarpianie Sidoarjo. Primary data were obtained from in-depthinterviews of patients, doctors, nurses, administrators, and owners Clinic Hj. Tarpianie Sidoarjo. Basedon the results of the research can be known that first, the overall service quality is good enough thisassessment is based on the five indicators of service quality is only one indicator that gets poor penalaian,while the rest get good penilain, good enough, and very good. Second, patient satisfaction in receivinghealth services at Clinic Hj.Tarpiane also considered satisfactory. This conclusion is based on 3indicators of patient satisfaction. The three obstacles that are possessed by the Clinic are as follows: (1)The management is unable to fulfill the patient's wishes, (2) The services provided are not in accordancewith the competence specification (3) the human resources are still incomplete, (4) which does not matchthe patient's expectations. (5) Long and long queues that are not in line with patient expectations.Keywords: patient satisfaction, service quality
