Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek work-life balance dan subjective careersuccess dalam pengaruh career management terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan.Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik convinience sampling pada 91 karyawan di beberapaBank di Jakarta. Pengujian menggunakan data yang telah teruji validitas dan realibiltas,dengan menggunakan software SPSS V.22 dan macros inderect Hayes 2013. Hasil ujimembuktikan work-life balance dan subjective career success signifikan memediasipengaruh career management terhadap jobsatisfaction. Sementara pengaruh langsungcareer management terhadap job satisfaction tidak signifikan, sehingga mediasi menjadimediasi sempurna.Kata Kunci : Career Management, Work-Life Balance, Subjective Career Success, JobSatisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Professionalism and Work Climate on Work Effectiveness at PT. BIG Tours & Travels. The population in this study were 57 employees where all employees were used as research samples. The method used is the quantitative method. Primary data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained directly from the Company through the process of observation and interviews. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 24 software. The results showed that the regression coefficient of Work Professionalism (X1) was 0.567, which was positive. This is indicated by the t-count value of 3.992 which is greater than the t-table of 2.005, and a significance value of 0.000 below 0.05. Where Professionalism Work (X1) partially positive and significant effect on Work Effectiveness (Y). While the regression value of Work Climate (X2) is 0.245, positive value, this is indicated by the t-count value of Work Climate of 1.846 which is smaller than t table of 2.005, and a significance value of 0.070 is greater than 0.05. Where the work climate (X2) has a positive and insignificant effect on work effectiveness (Y). So it can be said that Work Professionalism (X1), and Work Climate (X2) simultaneously have a positive effect on Work Effectiveness (Y) With the value of the multiple regression equation Y = 6.371 + 0.567X1 + 0.245X2 with a coefficient of determination of 41.10%, the rest is influenced by other factors not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention at PT. Aerofood ACS. The sample of this research is 97 respondents of employees of PT. Aerofood ACS with a population of 2,749. The method used is a quantitative method. The collection of primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the company. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 24 software. The results showed that partially the work objective variable (X1) did not have a positive effect on Turnover Intention (Y). This is indicated by tcount < t table ie 1.395 < 1.661, Organizational Commitment (X2) has a positive effect on Turnover Intention (Y). This is indicated by t arithmetic > t table which is 4.513 > 1.661 and a significant regression value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.050. Simultaneously the work variable (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) have a positive effect on Turnover Intention (Y), namely Fcount > Ftable of 31,223 > 2,70. With multiple regression equation value Y = 6.908 + 0.247X1 + 0.618X2 with a coefficient of determination of 39.90% which is influenced by factors not examined.

Abstract

Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 77 karyawan di PT. Food Court Indonesia Tbk. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis menggunakan software SPSS versi 23. Secara parsial variabel Quality Work (X1) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan t hitung > t tabel yakni thitung 5,724 > ttabel 1,992. Integrity (X2) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan t statistic 5,842 > tabel 1,992. Teamwork (X3) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan t statistik 8,193 > t tabel 1,992. dan nilai signifikansi regresi Quality Work (X1) terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,050. Integrity (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,050. Teamwork (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,050. Secara simultan variabel Quality Work (X1), Integrity (X2), dan Teamwork (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) yakni F statistic > F tabel sebesar 286,972 > Ftabel 2,73. Dengan nilai persamaan regresi berganda Y’ = 20,866 + 0,203X1 + 0,139X2 + 0,320X3 + e . Dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 52% dan sisanya 48% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
