Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Professionalism and Work Climate on Work Effectiveness at PT. BIG Tours & Travels. The population in this study were 57 employees where all employees were used as research samples. The method used is the quantitative method. Primary data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained directly from the Company through the process of observation and interviews. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 24 software. The results showed that the regression coefficient of Work Professionalism (X1) was 0.567, which was positive. This is indicated by the t-count value of 3.992 which is greater than the t-table of 2.005, and a significance value of 0.000 below 0.05. Where Professionalism Work (X1) partially positive and significant effect on Work Effectiveness (Y). While the regression value of Work Climate (X2) is 0.245, positive value, this is indicated by the t-count value of Work Climate of 1.846 which is smaller than t table of 2.005, and a significance value of 0.070 is greater than 0.05. Where the work climate (X2) has a positive and insignificant effect on work effectiveness (Y). So it can be said that Work Professionalism (X1), and Work Climate (X2) simultaneously have a positive effect on Work Effectiveness (Y) With the value of the multiple regression equation Y = 6.371 + 0.567X1 + 0.245X2 with a coefficient of determination of 41.10%, the rest is influenced by other factors not studied.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran etika dalam dunia bisnis melalui pembahasan kasus nyata skandal perusahaan ternama. Fokus kegiatan diarahkan pada pemahaman tentang penyebab, dampak, serta strategi pencegahan skandal etika yang relevan dan aplikatif bagi pelaku usaha dan masyarakat umum. Kegiatan diselenggarakan secara daring bekerja sama dengan Lembaga Pelatihan dan Sertifikasi SSQ Holistik Internasional – Malang, khususnya melibatkan alumni program CBsQ dan CMtQ yang tergabung dalam SSQ Community. Metode pelaksanaan berupa seminar interaktif dan pemaparan materi oleh para akademisi dari perguruan tinggi, serta diskusi terbuka bersama peserta yang berjumlah sekitar 90 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa skandal etika berdampak serius terhadap reputasi, kepercayaan publik, stabilitas organisasi, dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Peserta juga memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang pentingnya tata kelola etis, sistem pelaporan pelanggaran, dan budaya organisasi yang berbasis nilai. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan edukatif kolaboratif dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam memperkuat integritas bisnis secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) dan kualitas data terhadap efisiensi proses bisnis dan akurasi pengambilan keputusan pada startup digital di Jakarta. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 150 karyawan dan manajer perusahaan startup digital melalui pengambilan sampel bertujuan dan diukur menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert lima poin. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Kecerdasan Buatan dan kualitas data memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi proses bisnis dan akurasi pengambilan keputusan. Kualitas data ditemukan memiliki pengaruh terkuat terhadap akurasi pengambilan keputusan, sementara Kecerdasan Buatan secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional melalui otomatisasi dan sistem pendukung analitis. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi AI yang efektif dan manajemen data berkualitas tinggi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional dan pengambilan keputusan strategis pada startup digital.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of perceived organizational support and work environment on employee engagement and job satisfaction in telecommunications companies in Bandung. A quantitative research design was applied using a survey method involving 70 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire measured with a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The analytical techniques included descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that perceived organizational support and work environment have positive and significant effects on employee engagement. Furthermore, perceived organizational support, work environment, and employee engagement significantly influence job satisfaction, with employee engagement showing the strongest effect. The findings highlight that supportive organizational practices and a conducive work environment play an important role in fostering employees’ psychological attachment and satisfaction levels. This study contributes to the human resource management literature by providing empirical evidence from the telecommunications sector and offers practical implications for organizations to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction through supportive policies and workplace improvements.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of employee voice mechanisms and organizational climate on employee engagement and innovation culture in the manufacturing industry in Karawang, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 120 employees using a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) to examine both the measurement and structural models. The results indicate that employee voice mechanisms and organizational climate have significant positive effects on employee engagement. Organizational climate demonstrates a stronger influence, highlighting the importance of a supportive and open work environment in enhancing employee involvement. Furthermore, both employee voice mechanisms and organizational climate significantly affect innovation culture. Employee engagement is also found to have a significant positive impact on innovation culture and plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between the independent variables and innovation culture. These findings suggest that organizations in the manufacturing sector should prioritize the development of effective communication channels and foster a positive organizational climate to enhance employee engagement and promote innovation. This study contributes to the literature by integrating key organizational behavior variables into a comprehensive model and provides practical implications for improving organizational competitiveness through human resource strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak kolaborasi manusia-AI dan perancangan ulang pekerjaan terhadap kemampuan beradaptasi karyawan di sektor fintech di Jakarta. Seiring dengan semakin terintegrasinya teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) ke dalam organisasi fintech, memahami bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut memengaruhi kemampuan beradaptasi karyawan menjadi semakin penting. Transformasi digital yang berlangsung cepat telah mengubah karakteristik pekerjaan, sehingga organisasi dituntut untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mampu mendukung kolaborasi yang efektif antara manusia dan AI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 150 karyawan dari berbagai perusahaan fintech di Jakarta sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur berbasis skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi manusia-AI berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan beradaptasi karyawan. Perancangan ulang pekerjaan juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan, dengan tingkat pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan kolaborasi manusia-AI. Selain itu, kolaborasi manusia-AI terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap perancangan ulang pekerjaan, yang menunjukkan bahwa implementasi AI menjadi pendorong utama transformasi peran dan proses kerja dalam organisasi fintech. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan penerapan AI tidak hanya bergantung pada adopsi teknologi, tetapi juga pada kemampuan organisasi dalam mendesain ulang pekerjaan agar lebih fleksibel, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan fintech perlu mengembangkan strategi kolaborasi manusia-AI yang efektif serta melakukan perancangan ulang pekerjaan secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan beradaptasi karyawan, produktivitas organisasi, dan daya saing dalam menghadapi dinamika transformasi digital.
