Leadership is important in an organization so that the goals of the organization can be achieved. Different leaders give different levels of job satisfaction to staff. The right leadership style is oriented towards creating job satisfaction. The research objective was to determine the relationship between leadership style and staff job satisfaction at the Sendana I health center in 2018. This study used quantitative research, in the form of a cross-sectional analytical survey. The sample collection technique used a total sampling of 73 people using a questionnaire instrument. The results of the Chi-square test obtained a value of ρ = 0.000 (<0.05) which means that there is a relationship between supportive leadership style and staff job satisfaction with job satisfaction, while the participatory leadership style shows that there is no positive relationship with job satisfaction with a value of ρ = 0.080. (> 0.05). Leaders need to pay attention to and evaluate complaints and the condition of their staff at work, it is hoped that they can build a better leadership style so that job satisfaction increases, such as applying discipline to staff / employees at Sendana I Health Center.

Sampah merupakan masalah yang krusial sampai saat ini, setiap harinya ada berton-ton sampah yang dihasilkan manusia dan sebagian besar merupakan sampah rumah tangga. Sampah yang sangat banyak dilahirkan dari pabrik, sampah plastik dan limbah rumah tangga seperti sisa makanan dan dan potongan sisa sayur dan buah sehingga dibutuhkan penanggulangan yang lebih efektif dan ramah terhadap lingkungan. Dengan metode takakura ini merupakan suatu opsi dan inovasi yang menjadi salah satu solusi yang bisa digunakan bahkan dapat bernilai ekonomis. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini Agar siswa dapat mengetahui cara pembuatan pupuk organik dengan menggunakan limbah rumah tangga/dapur dan memproduksi sampah limbah rumah tangga/dapur dengan metode takakura. Mitra dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pesantren SMK PPM Al Ikhlas. Metode Pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang sampah kemudian praktek cara pengolahan sampah organik menjadi pupuk dengan metode takakura. Hasil yang diperoleh pada pengabdian ini dihasilkan pupuk sampah organik yang diproses selama satu bulan dan siap pakai serta ekonomis

Hingga saat ini skabies masih sering terabaikan sehingga menjadi masalah kesehatan yang umum di seluruh dunia. Cepatnya proses penularan dan ketidakpahaman masyarakat akan penyakit ini menimbulkan sulitnya pemberantasan scabies. OSPI (Organisasi Santri Pesantren Al-Ikhlas) dan Poskestren (Pos Kesehatan Pesantren) merupakan unit organisasi yang berada dibawah naungan Pesantren Modern Al-Ikhlas, kedua unit tersebut memiliki peran pada upaya peningkatan kesehatan santri. Penyakit yang sering menyerang santri ialah skabies, penyakit tersebut berkaitan kebersihan pribadi perorangan dan penyakit scabies merupakan penyakit yang dapat dicegah. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan santri terkait scabies dan pencegahannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pendidikan kesehatan melalui penyuluhan. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini diketahui melalui evaluasi pre dan post test. Setelah dilakukan Â pre test, penyuluhan dan post test, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebelum dan setelah penyuluhan dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Pihak OSPI dan Poskestren kini telah memiliki pengetahuan terkait scabies dan pencegahannya sehingga telah dapat menyebarkan informasi lebih luas lagi kepada seluruh santri untuk melakukan pencegahan terjadinya skabies.

In 2014, the highest number of cases of pulmonary TB were in Africa (37%), Southeast Asia (28%), and the Eastern Mediterranean region (17%). In West Sulawesi (2016) the number of new cases of positive and active BTA pulmonary TB as many as 1,240 patients, the most cases are men, namely, 771 (62%) while women 469 (38%). BTA positive pulmonary tuberculosis coverage is cured, complete treatment, and treatment success rate by province in 2016, treatment success 1,077 with successful treatment as much as 84.8. This study aims to find out the relationship of health education to the level of family independence in caring for tb sufferers. The type of research used is observational analytical research using cross sectional research designs. The research was conducted in the Lembang Majene Health Center Work area. A sample of 33 people. Fisher's Exact Test result was obtained a value of P = 0.000 (<0.05). Then it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and the level of family independence in caring for TB sufferers. It is expected to puskesmas officers to socialize home care nursing (home visits) and further improve the quality of service to people with Pulmonary TB, especially in terms of drug taking schedules.

Background: of Posyandu being managed by a puskesmas cannot be separated from the role of the community through the presence of cadres. The role of Posyandu cadres is to bring the needs of health services closer to the community. To improve the performance of posyandu cadres, it is necessary to look at the variables related to posyandu cadres' performance. The aim of the researcher was to determine the relationship between motivation, knowledge and attitude with the role of cadres in improving posyandu services in the working area of the Lembang Health Center.Method: Quantitative research method using a cross sectional approach with a sample of 55. The measuring instrument uses a questionnaire with a checklist method.Result: The results showed 29 respondents (52.7%) with good motivation, knowledge and attitude with the role of cadres in improving posyandu services, while as many as 26 respondents (47.3%) had less motivation, knowledge and attitudes with the role of cadres in improving posyandu service. Conclusions: The results of the Chi Squere test obtained a P value = 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between motivation, knowledge and attitude with the role of cadres in improving posyandu services in the working area of the Lembang Public Health Center, Majene Regency.Keywords: Posyandu, cadres, attitude, knowledge, motivation

The School Health Unit (UKS) is one of the units that provide health services to students while studying at Islamic boarding schools. The geographical location of the Al Hijrah Islamic boarding school is on the outskirts of forests and rivers, making the students have to be more careful in carrying out their activities in the pesantren area, especially when taking water in the river and looking for firewood in the forest which often results in injuries and fainting and there is a risk of drowning, but after When an initial survey was conducted, it was found that UKS cadres did not understand how to help students who were injured, fainted and drowned. This was because the UKS pesantren were still new and had never been able to improve the skills of students in providing first aid to students and in the community. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the skills of students in providing first aid to accidents at Islamic boarding schools. The method used is through demonstrations and practicum in carrying out first aid accidents. The results of the service show that students have skills related to first aid in accidents. This activity received great support from the pesantren management because it was able to develop a school health unit that was able to take a role in providing first aid for accidents to pesantren residents Keywords: Upskilling, First Aid, Accidents.

Pertolongan pertama adalah penanganan atau perawatan awal dari terjadinya suatu penyakit atau kecelakaan. Hal ini dapat biasanya dilakukan oleh orang yang bukan ahli dalam menangani kejadian sakit atau cedera, sampai menunggu pengobatan definitif dapat diakses. Saat ini santri di pondok pesantren Al Hijrah belum terpapar terkait gambaran pertolongan pertama padahal hal tersebut penting untuk diketahui hingga diimplementasikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan sekaligus motivasi pembina dan kader UKS untuk berperan aktif dalam pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, design eksperimen dengan sampel merupakan santri sebanyak 28 orang yang merupakan kader UKS terdiri dari santri tingkatan aliyah, tsanawiyah, ibtidaiyah dan menggunakan total sampling serta variabel utama adalah pengetahuan. Data dikumpulkan lewat kegiatan pre dan post test, yang diantara tes tersebut diberikan edukasi seputar gambaran pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan. Dilakukan analisis data dan ditemukan data merupakan data tidak berdistribusi normal sehingga digunakan uji statistik wilcoxon. Hasil diketahui terdapat perbedaan antara tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan kegiatan edukasi dengan statistik nilai (p) 0019. Kesimpulan : Terdapat distribusi frekuensi kurang pada pengetahuan sebelum pemberian, distribusi frekuensi baik setelah dilakukan edukasi, disarankan kepada kader UKS yang telah diberikan edukasi untuk giat menyebarluaskan informasi kepada santri lainnya terkait pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan.

Background Maternal and infant mortality rates are still a major regional government's homework, especially for major health workers. In accordance with December 2016 data, the infant mortality rate is 62 people and the mother is 8 people. Maternal mortality cases in Majene Regency in 2018 experienced a significant increase. The amount reaches up to 50 percent. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of the policy program of the compherensive emergency neonatal obstetric sarvices (CENOS) at Majene General Hospital based on inputs, processes and outputs. MethodeThe research was descriptive in character with the phenomenological approach using triangulation techniques. The total samples comprised 18 person as the informants. The data collection used the techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using qualitative analysis. The research results revealed that at the input stage the availability of the health workers was still inadequate according to the standard number of CENOS force-only 16 of the 29 were available. As for the facilities, the rooms, beds, and WC were still inadequate. Besides, same of the CENOS technical equipments, such as the minimum pipes, injection instruments, and electric pumps were not yet available. Even the opportunities for the CENOS workers to join the CENOS training were still minimum. However, at the process stage, the emergency services carried out to the mother and baby were less than 30 minutes. Also, the CENOS implementation had always used the manual of the CENOS SOP of Majene Local General Hospital as reference. As for the constraints faced in implementing the CENOS SOP were the lacks of the supporting facilities of CENOS program. At the output stage, it was found that MMR and IMR had decreased, though there were still some of the community members preferred to give birth with the shamans rather than in hospitals. The conclusion of this study shows that the CENOS services in the hospital are not optimal due to the constraints of PONEK skills and facilities

Supervisi adalah suatu kegiatan profesional dalam pelayanan keperawatan yang dilakukan oleh kepala ruangan dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja perawat pelaksana, termasuk dalam dokumen keperawatan agar segala kegiatan yang telah diprogram dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dan lancer. Dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan adalah aspek penting dalam proses keperawatan dan juga merupakan suatu indikator dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan supervisi kepala ruangan dengan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di ruangan inap RSUD Majene. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriktif korelasional dengan menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Responden supervisi 103 (88,0%) di antaranya terkategorikan baik dan 14 responden (12,0%) di kategorikan cukup baik, kelengkapan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan ketegori lengkap 86 (73,5%) responden dan 31 (26,5%) responden tidak lengkap. Hubungan supervise kepala ruang terhadap pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dari hasil uji Chi-Square dengan nilai P=0,000. Kesimpulannya adalah ada hubungan supervisi kepala ruangan dengan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di Ruang rawat inap RSUD Majene

Public health is a part of the government sub-division which focused on the treatment and defrayal of a medication .Theyâ€™re consists of primary health treatment and secondary health treatment. Those medicines from the local medicine warehouses are distributed to the whole local government clinics every year regularly .The necessities of the medicines are very crucial. Specially when the clinics are out of supplies . The aim of this study is to determine how the medicines management system based on the strategy , procurement, storage, and distribution atMandai clinic Maros regency .This study uses qualitative method by using a phenomenology approach . There are five informants which qualified based on purposive sampling technique . Collection data was done by using depth interview and direct observationat Mandai clinic in Marosregency. From these resultsit can beconclude thatthe procurementand storage ofdrugs in Mandai clinic Maros regency should be referred to theguidelines of the approval managementof drugsas well asmaintaining the planning and distribution of drugs.
