The North Sumatra Police Board award team headed by the Deputy Chief of Police conducted the election of Ditreskrimsus personnel each month by giving awards to personnel / apparatuses who had real and extraordinary achievements whose results could be proud of and beneficial for the advancement of institutional quality improvement. Decision support systems or often referred to as Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) function to carry out the selection process and assist someone in making accurate and targeted decisions. One method in the MCDM is Vlsekriterijumska Opimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR). Where this method is used to select more than one criterion and has advantages in compromising existing alternatives, then the best results selection process will be carried out, and can complete discretionary decision making. The purpose of this study is to apply the VIKOR method in making decision-making decisions for outstanding personnel in Ditreskrimsus.Keywords: decision support system, ditreskrimsus, vikor

In the registration of new students have requirements, such as new student data, birth certificate, family card, age, intelligence, graduation, which is usually still manually recorded data so that it is considered less effective Because of that, the author is interested in creating an application that can help either the school or the students to make it easier in processing new student enrollment. Decision Support System is a computerized system and designed to increase the effectiveness of decision making to solve problems that are semi-structured and unstructured so that in the process of making decisions can be more qualified. Dengan menggunakan Web Based Learning (WBL) dalam sistem interaktif pemeliharaan ikan mas koki dapat mempermudah para anak didik untuk memahami dan mengerti proses cara belajar jarak jauh melalui media internet. Dimana sistem interaktif ini dapat langsung merespon dengan cara memberikan umpan balik sehingga para anak didik dapat memahami dan mengerti cara memelihara ikan mas koki dengan cepat, untuk itu diperlukan suatu metode pembelajaran yang bersifat online, yang dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun melalui media pembelajaran website. Ikan mas koki merupakan ikan hias yang berasal dari Cina. Ikan ini disenangi oleh penggemar ikan hias baik dalam dunia pendidikan maupun masyarakat umum. Ikan mas koki menjadi pembahasan perkembangan para pembudidaya ikan mas koki didunia pendidikan yang memperlihatkan perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Metode belajar dengan sistem ini dapat menjembatani masalah pembelajaran konvesional seperti keterbatasan waktu yang tersedia bagi para pengajar dan pelajar. Sistem Web Based Learning dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MYSQL database. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi Web Based Learning ini telah didesain dan diimplementasikan dengan fasilitas meliputi download materi, latihan dan forum. Pharmacists are professional workers who have basic education and skills in the field of pharmacy and are given the authority and responsibility to carry out pharmaceutical work. In the pharmaceutical industry, both those that have been operating and are about to be established, there must be at least 3 (three) Indonesian pharmacists. Decision Support System (SPK) has the aim of providing predictions, providing information and directing information users to be able to make decisions more effectively. Decision Support System (SPK) applications use a flexible, interactive and adaptable CBIS (Computer Based Information System) that was developed to support solutions to specific unstructured management problems. The VIKOR method is used to overcome the problem of complex multi-criteria systems that focus on ranking and selection of alternatives. The first proposed procedure calculates the ideal and negative solutions by considering the criteria and weights of each alternative, and the corresponding utility.

Keberadaan komputer bahkan telah menggantikan banyak tenaga kerja manusia, baik di bidangbisnis, industri maupun transportasi.Hal ini tidak bisa disalahkan karena memang terbukti bahwa sistem komputerisasi jauh lebih efisien dan menguntun kan bagi perusahaan dibanding dengan sistem manual (dengan tenaga kerja manusia). Hampir setiap perusahaan, khususnya  yang sedang berkembang dan maju saat ini berlomba-lomba untuk mengkomputerisasi sistem yang dimiliki perusahaannya, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja. Dengan perancangan aplikasi  yang dilakukan dalam pembuatan skripsi ini adalah penjadwalan keberangkatan penumpang  yang akan diatur dalam sistem komputerisasi. Kemudian pengaturan jadwal keberangkatan penumpang dengan kereta api yang berbeda, haridan jam keberangkatan yang ditempuh untuk sampai pada tempat tujuan ditata seoptimal mungkin dengan menggunakan metode Algoritma Genetika.   Kata kunci: Genetika, Penjadwalan, Penumpang

The process of selecting a best advocate is not an easy thing, the problem with PERADI MEDAN in the process of selecting a best advocate is by appointing and selecting one of the advocates recommended by the leader of Dadi Peradi Medan based on criteria determined by Peradi, making it possible frequent errors and slow processing of prospective advocate data and the desired results have not been maximized because of inaccuracies in the selection process so that the results have an impact on the results of decisions given are not right. Based on the issue of the field cadre, researchers are interested in conducting research and determining the best advocate at Peradi Medan by using the Multiobjective Optimization On The Base Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method so as to be able to solve the problems faced by the cadre and clien in the selection of the best advocate . With the implementation of the MOORA method and the presence of a visual basic program can help and speed up the process of selecting the best advocate based on specified criteria, then what is chosen from the party for a best advocate is the highest value.

In an image there is an image that has a highlight and shadow. The shadow that is produced from an object is highlighted by the emitted light. In this case the picture shows an object that looks faint and looks not visible at all. In overcoming this, try to increase the highlights and shadows on the image. With the process of counting and being able to count objects with reflected, transmitted, or subjective light colors. To overcome this, input values of red / green / blue and balanced lighting are needed for each pixel. By using the multiscale retinex method with the help of reflectance and illumination of the image in an increase in highlights and shadows. The results that can be done in this process produce a new image that has been improved from the previous image. Applications used in Enhancing highlights and shadows use the matlab application.

This study aims to propose in carrying out sailing activities on the KN. Arcturus ship every week, so that maintenance and maintenance activities need to be carried out properly and scheduled so as not to interfere with ongoing production activities. The current machine breakdown is still relatively high and requires a long repair time, what is proposed is preventive maintenance using the Clustering technique. The method used is K-Means Clustering. By using this method, the data that has been obtained can be grouped into several clusters, based on the similarity of these data, so that data that has the same characteristics are grouped into one cluster and those that have different characteristics are grouped into another cluster. We can use the abundance of data to find hidden information from these data. In order to find out the hidden information from these data, it is necessary to process the data. The data processing process is also known as data mining. With this grouping it will know the results of the analyzed data.

Perekembangan teknologi berbarengan dengan kebutuhan manusia yang tidak dibatasioleh ruang dan waktu. Begitu juga pembelajaran yang dilaksakan sekarang ini begitu cepat berkembang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari penggunanya itu sendiri. Pada masa covid-19 ini pemebelajaran juga terus berkembang. Para praktisi teknologi belomba menciptakan inovasi baru menggantika pembelajaran yang selama ini dilakukan tatap muka maka sekarang diubah berbasis daring, Jadi untuk menggantikan pembelajaran tatap muka tersebut maka digunakan sebuah aplikasi google meet. Aplikasi ini dapat menggantikan pembelajaran tatap muka tetapi digunakan laptop atau handphone sebagai media bantu. Metode ini dilakukan diamana saja tanpa membatasi ruang dan waktu cukup membutuhkan koneksi internet. Media ini sangat membantu para siswa dan guru di SMKS-PRAYATNA – I untuk melanjutkan pemebelajarannya selama ini tatap muka di kelas tetapi sekarang ini bisa dilakukan dimana saja. Dibutuhkan sebuah jadwal pembelajaran untuk dapat bergabung di mata pelajaran yang diatur sesuai dengan roster. Sampar, also known as a pest or black death or plague, is a bacterial infection of Yersinia pestis (Y.pestis), where the disease is actually a zoonotic disease, which is an animal disease transmitted by humans. This disease is caused by the bacterium yersinia pestis which lives on fleas, where these fleas live in rodents (especially mice). Fleas spread disease when sucking rat or human blood. This disease is also called plague due to black patches found in the skin of the patient at the beginning of the outbreak. This pestilence was once an epidemic in 1347-1351 in Europe and other regions and killed approximately 75 million people in the world. This disease in Indonesia is still under monitoring and is one of the infectious diseases in the outbreak law that must be reported to the health office. According to WHO this disease is one of the deadly infectious diseases after infection and patients can die within 24 hours. So that people are more careful with this disease so that they are not exposed to pestilence. Because many people do not recognize the transmission of Yersinia pestis bacterial infections and do not know the symptoms that arise from pestilence. then a system for pestilence is created which aims to better diagnose early onset of this pestilence. The method applied in expert systems and one of them is a case based hybrid. Hybrid case based is one of the mathematical theories for proof based on belief functions and plausible reasoning, which is used to combine separate pieces of information or evidence to calculate a probability of an event (Arthur P.Dempster and Glen Shafer)
