Abstract

The rapid development of technology along with the increasingly complex and complex human needs enable the field of computer science including expert systems to be used widely in various fields such as business, health, education and so on. Gumboro disease is caused by IBD virus originating from family (family) Birnaviridae virus and genus Avibirnavirus. This virus has two serotypes I and II. Only serotype I, is pathogenic (causes pain) in chickens. Serotype II attacks Turkey and is not pathogenic in chickens. The certainty factor was introduced by Shortliffe Buchanan in the making of MYCIN (Wesley, 1984). Certainty Factor (CF) is the value of the clinical parameters given by MYCIN to indicate the magnitude of trust.

Abstract

British English and American English are the smallest cultural products of development in English, which is known for its variants of English. British English and American English differ in pronunciation, spelling and vocabulary. For that we need an application that contains word differences in British English and American English. Where people and students can learn and understand the differences between the two languages. The difference application between British English and American English is used by all people and students by searching from an existing application in the application that has been made. And it can be understood if the public and students succeed in finding the differences between the two languages ??which have been determined according to the existing pattern, the right search for solutions in the application. Search for differences in British English and American English words is designed using the Stringmatching Method. Application development uses the UML design method and is built on the Android platform.

Abstract

The North Sumatra Police Board award team headed by the Deputy Chief of Police conducted the election of Ditreskrimsus personnel each month by giving awards to personnel / apparatuses who had real and extraordinary achievements whose results could be proud of and beneficial for the advancement of institutional quality improvement. Decision support systems or often referred to as Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) function to carry out the selection process and assist someone in making accurate and targeted decisions. One method in the MCDM is Vlsekriterijumska Opimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR). Where this method is used to select more than one criterion and has advantages in compromising existing alternatives, then the best results selection process will be carried out, and can complete discretionary decision making. The purpose of this study is to apply the VIKOR method in making decision-making decisions for outstanding personnel in Ditreskrimsus.Keywords: decision support system, ditreskrimsus, vikor

Confidential text data is an important matter that needs to be protected and kept confidential. Abstract

The selection of prospective participants in the student skills competition is a prestigious event for all students who attend Vocational High Schools throughout Indonesia, a prospective LKS is tasked with providing the results of a job in the competence of the competition being contested.The selection of the expected LKS candidates is not easy, because the decision to accept or not LKS candidates is still carried out in the old way, namely based on the selection of teachers in the competency areas being contested. This results in inaccurate selection decision making and the results are not appropriate and not on target, for that a decision support system is needed that will later assist decision making. Decision support system with application of methodTechnique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) It is very much needed in order to be able to help make the right decisions in determining the selection of prospective student skills competitions (LKS) on building drawing engineering competencies. Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution is a multi-criteria decision-making method or alternative choice which is an alternative that has the smallest distance from the positive ideal solution and the largest distance from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view by using distance.TOPSIS is known that from 3 three students the higher preference value is 0.8846, so that the result of the best student selection decision is the 2nd student. and accurate so that the resulting information can be used as decision support.

Abstract

Lottery or commonly known as a lottery is one way to raise funds used for humanitarian projects and social activities or a way to determine the winner randomly. So, the lottery does a random gift-giving process and the lottery is synonymous with the lottery. The design of a lottery winner randomization application is one of the more modern ways and can attract many lottery participants to enter the lottery by reducing the cost of printing and distributing lottery tickets. One of them is the blum blub shub method, which is a method that functions to generate random numbers mathematically with the resulting output is a series of binary numbers. the numbers that are made as winners. The designed application only simulates the process of inputting lottery numbers and the randomization process to get the winning numbers

Abstract

Pengolahan citra banyak digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga memacu perkembangan teknologi komputer terutama yang berhubungan dengan media penyimpanan  yang semakin besarUntuk dapat menyimpan sebuah berkas yang besar ke dalam media penyimpanan yang lebih kecil maka harus dipecahkan terlebih dahulu menjadi berkas yang kecil-kecil. Metode clipping biasa didefinisikan sebagai prosedur yang mendefinisikan bagian gambar, baik di dalam maupun di luar suatu bidang tersebut. Dalam konteks grafika komputer, untuk melakukan clipping, kita lebih dulu harus menentukan bentuk window dan baru kemudian menentukan hanya objek yang terdapat di dalam window tersebut yang akan ditampilkan, window ini disebut juga clipping window sedangkan rasterization adalah sebuah proses mengkonversi sebuah penggambaran vertex menjadi sebuah penggambaran pixel. rasterization juga biasa disebut scan conversion yang memanfaatkan koherensi.

Abstract

When you use a software keyword that is searched on a website, there are a lot of sites that provide the software, it takes a long time to get the files needed because they are looking for files manually and there are no categories or groupings of software needed. In correcting the writer using the Zhu-Takaoka Algorithm, Zhu-Takaoka is a modified algorithm of the Boyer-Moore algorithm. The Zhu-Takaoka algorithm uses a two-dimensional array to calculate and execute functions from left to left which allows you to make mistakes, find applications that can be done quickly and easily with the stack of programs or applications in the repository. The expected design of this Linux repository application can run well in all devices that have a browser, and this designed application also allows you to search for debian (.deb) Linux programs using the name of the software you are looking for.

Abstract

The development of Information Technology has a huge impact on various sides of life, from government, administration, economy, and education. Regarding the issue of education in particular, the use of information technology will bring very good changes in the education system in which the material presented will be developed. With the existence of computer technology as a support in processing data and information, it has become a necessity for all humans, so that the required information can be obtained quickly and accurately. Abstract

Document classification in the Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKA) Kab. Deli Serdang is very important to do to facilitate the process of disposition of letters for all employees who are in the agency. However, currently the disposition of the letter at BPKA Kab. Deli Serdang has not been effective because it is still done manually. The process of disposition of letters that is done manually will take a long time and often mistakes are made by employees (human error) in determining the classification of documents because accuracy is needed in classifying documents. From the above problems, it can be concluded that the Financial and Asset Management Agency of Deli Serdang Regency is in dire need of a document classification system. In this case, there are several document classification methods, namely K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Cosine Similarity, Naive Bayes and many other classification methods. And the Naive Bayes method is considered the most suitable in the application of document classification to the Financial and Asset Management Agency of Deli Serdang Regency. In this study, the author uses the Naive Bayes Algorithm method in classifying documents on the disposition of incoming letters at the District Financial and Asset Management Agency. Deli Serdang. With this research, it is hoped that it can help the Financial and Asset Management Agency of Deli Serdang Regency in conducting the disposition of letters
