Abstract

One of the challenges of learning in the digital era is being skilled in designing digital technology-based learning media. Canva is an online-based application that provides attractive designs in the form of templates, features, and categories given in it to support creativity for its users. This article describes the function of the Canva application as a learning medium that can be used for educators and students. The purpose of the assessment of Canva's audio-visual learning media is to find out more about the features in the Canva application that can be used to create learning media, with the hope of increasing teacher innovation in designing interesting, effective and interactive learning media so that the planned learning targets are achieved. The research method is by using qualitative research methods, where this method is descriptive development and tends to use analysis. Keywords :digital literacy, learning method, Canva application

Abstract

The impact of the 4.0 industrial revolution era is enormous on the behavior of the people, including children, who massively switch to technology; this is a product of change driven by developed countries as holders of the world constellation in the fields of science and technology and the economy. The success of developed countries cannot be separated from the role of educational institutions. The era of globalization is currently being experienced by all people in the world, including in Indonesia. Global challenges with advances in science and technology. The concept of entrepreneurial education for girls in open houses causes competition and faster and more competitive movements, which directly impact the world of education. Entrepreneurship is not only a world of adults, but it can also be a part of the world of children. The difference is, entrepreneurship in children cannot be carried out alone. However, it requires guidance and support from adults, parents, and teachers. Children who know the world of entrepreneurship from an early age will find it useful for future provisions. Education is an integral part of the life of society, nation, and state. One of the factors taken to improve the quality of life of the Indonesian nation is to increase the attitude of independence in the future.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe the perspective of English teachers about the 2013 curriculum, the implementation of English learning, the expectations of English teachers about the learning English. This research has been conducted at SMA Kartika VIII-1 Srengseng Sawah Jakarta Selatan It was a qualitative research that the researcher described the phenomenon happened and analysis it. The data was obtained by observation and interview. There are some steps as follow; First, Observation. It was done when the English teacher teach to the students; Second, Interview. It was taken when the English teacher taking a rest. The result of this research as follow: 1. The English teachers perspective about the concept of 2013 curriculum are positive; 2. The English teachers perspective about the implementation of learning English based on the 2013 curriculum was not maximal because there is no correspondence between the hours only 2 hours and the material taught by the English teacher; 3. English teachers expectation of learning English that is a change from 2 hours a week to 4 hours in a week.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the content of exercise in the English textbook appropriate with the criteria a good exercise or activity in the English textbook purposed by expert theory. This study is a qualitative research which the data was obtained with observation and documentation; First, Interview, researcher asked English teacher to answer the questions; Second, documentation, data was taken based on the main English textbook used SMP Muhammadiyah Cawang 4 Jakarta Timur namely Buku Bahasa Inggris untuk SMP/MTS Kelas VII by Erlina, S and Muhammad, H published Mediatama. In the English textbook there were 24 exercises. The result of this research shows that the exercises of this book provided from 24 exercises which were six exercises without new vocabulary students to communicate and five exercises do not incorporate by pair/group work, so the exercise do not meet criteria with a good exercise in the English textbook, but the English teacher always give the supplementary material that taken from other media sources

Abstract

Di era milenial sekarang ini, banyak harapan dan tuntutan kepada guru. Hal ini dapat dimaklumi karena guru memiliki peran tidak hanya sebagai penyampai ilmu melainkan juga berperan sebagai motor penggerak dan fasilitator (learning facilitator) dalam kegiatan belajar-mengajar. Guru sebagai pengembang dan penerus peradaban harus menanamkan nilai (value) dan membangun karakter (character building) peserta didik secara berkelanjutan dan berkesinambungan. Sebagai motor penggerak jalannya pembelajaran di sekolah dengan tetap berpedoman dengan UU dan sistem pendidikan yang berlaku. Guru harus memiliki kemampuan literasi mengenai penggunaan IT yang memadai sekaligus memiliki kemampuan mengendalikan penggunaannya secara bijak dan kolegial kepada peserta didik. Dalam kaitan dengan hal tersebut, guru diharapkan memiliki ilmu pengetahuan yang banyak dan luas sebagai upaya untuk memudahkan penyampaian dalam proses belajar mengajar di dalam kelas maupun di luar kelas. Di samping itu, guru diharapkan bukan hanya memiliki ilmu pengetahuan yang banyak akan tetapi mengetahui pula kebutuhan, masalah dan kemampuan yang dimiliki peserta didik. Abstract

Sektor pariwisata berkembang pesat di Kuningan. Merujuk pada kebijaksanaan otonomi daerah, setiap daerah dapat mengembangkan potensi yang ada, termasuk sektor pariwisata. Sehubungan dengan bidang kewirausahaan, menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2016, rasio wirausaha di Indonesia sebesar 3,10 persen dari jumlah penduduk sebanyak 225 juta orang. Rasio wirausaha Indonesia mengalami kenaikan yang sebelumnya hanya 1,67%, kini menjadi 3,1%. berdasarkan data BPS 2016 dengan jumlah penduduk 252 juta, jumlah wirausaha non pertanian yang menetap mencapai 7,8 juta orang atau 3,1%. Dengan demikian, tingkat kewirausahaan Indonesia telah melampaui 2% dari populasi penduduk sebagai syarat minimal suatu masyarakat akan sejahtera. Perkembangan sektor pariwisata memberikan kesempatan untuk membangun bidang kewirausahaan, khususnya di bidang kuliner. Bidang kuliner ini dapat mendukung kegiatan pariwisata dengan memperkenalkan makanan tradisional yang merefleksikan karakter budaya dan warisan lokal dari setiap daerah. Kajian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mencoba untuk memetakan lima kekuatan yang menentukan intensitas kompetitif dalam industri (5 kekuatan Porter), yaitu: (1) produk pengganti, (2) pesaing yang kompetitif, (3) pendatang baru, (4) penawaran supplier, dan (5) penawaran pembeli. Hasil pemetaan ini dapat dijadikan strategi pengembangan bisnis seni kuliner tradisional dengan metode analisis SWOT. Tulisan ini merekomendasikan sebuah strategi untuk mengembangkan bisnis seni kuliner tradisional melalui kegiatan pariwisata. Selanjutnya diharapkan melalui pengembangan sektor pariwisata dapat memberikan dampak positif untuk perkembangan kewirausahaan di Kuningan. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah ada peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dalam berwirausaha dengan menggunakan metode baru ini dibandingkan metode konvensional. Kata kunci: Strategi kewirausahaan; Makanan tradisional; Pariwisata

Abstract

The Financial Services Authority Indonesia (OJK) survey has been released, that the financial literacy rate of Indonesian people. The OJK is classified aproximatelly 29.7%, which is considered well literature. Low financial literacy and its products cause people, especially MSMEs, to be easily caught up in lucrative short-term investments without considering the risks faced later on. The low financial literacy for MSMEs is also due to the lace of knowledge and attitudes towards Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia which are the pillars of the national economy. This research aims to reveal the level of Islamic financial literacy and financial management of Sharia for SMEs. The research approach utilizes a descriptive quantitative. The researchers use questioner, in-depth interviews, and field observations as their data. The data is taken in June-August 2021. The respondents, who are associated with the OKe Oce organization, is located in Kuningan-West Java, Jakarta, and Surabaya-East Java, and are selected randomly. The research results show: (1) The level of Islamic financial literacy of MSME actors is mostly at the level of less less literate, (2) Financial management of MSME actors is still not ideally organized and runs professionally, and (3) there are three pillars of increasing Islamic financial literacy: promotions/campaigns, strengthening the Islamic financial literacy infrastructure, and Structuring/services the Islamic finance industry properly. MSME actors must be convinced that transacting with Islamic financial institutions can improve their welfare based on sharia principles that are halal and profitable.

Abstract

Curriculum changes in essence the goal is very noble and namely in an effort to improve the quality of education in a better direction than before. But in fact, curriculum changes affect the policies made, as well as the application of learning in every unit of education ranging from elementary school level (elementary) to junior high school and high school level. The application of English learning at Senior High School has been applied in schools from the era after Independence Day. There are also problems caused by the new policy, the application of English learning in the classroom. This research aims to describe the policies, the application of English learning at Senior High School level, and the solution in the future. The method used is a literature approach, analyzing the theory read, then concluded.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan Penyuluhan Perizinan Usaha dan Merek ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan sebagai berikut: 1)memberikan pengetahuan dan menumbuhkan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya memiliki perizinan usaha; 2)memberikan pemahaman bahwa mengurus perizinan usaha sangat mudah dan praktis; dan 3) memberikanpemahaman tentang tata cara mengurus perizinan usaha dan pendaftaran merek. Hasil yang diperolehpenyuluhan perizinan usaha dan merek disimpulkan berhasil karena persepsi peserta menganggap pentingkegiatan ini bahwa masyarakat sasaran memiliki pemahaman tentang perizinan usaha dan merek yangmeningkat sebesar 90% dari yang diharapkan. Sedangkan tingkat tertinggi persepsi terhadap pentingnyamemiliki izin usaha dan merek dilakukan demi citra dan kredibilitas usaha dan produk yang legal/formalsebesar 89%
