Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang semakin baik dan pemerataan pembangunan yang semakin pesat menjadikan kebutuhan akan moda transportasi laut menjadi sangat tinggi, hal ini disebabkan karena wilayah jangkauannya yang cukup luas dan tarif yang cukup terjangkau. Distribusi atau persebaran barang biasanya juga diikuti dengan perpindahan orang, dimana mereka menjadi sumber daya manusia yang menyokong pertumbuhan suatu negara. Perhatian akan terminal penumpang laut menjadi sangat penting untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan terhadap terminal tersebut, hal ini ditujukan untuk membuat calon penumpang kapal semakin nyaman dalam melakukan perjalanan. Salah satu hal yang dapat diperhatikan adalah bauran pemasaran yang berpotensi mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian tiket kapal. Penelitian ini memiliki jenis kuantitatif, dengan sifat penelitian asosiatif dan ekslpanatori karena ingin melihat hubungan antara bauran pemasaran dengan keputusan pembelian dan mencoba untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara keduanya. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah calon penumpang kapal yang berjumlah 100 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda yang bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial, simultan dan uji faktor dominan. Dari hasil analisis data didapati hasil bahwa subvariabel bauran pemasaran secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, diantaranya produk dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,026, harga dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,019, lokasi dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,006, promosi dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,036, bukti fisik dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,018, SDM/Orang dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,016, Proses dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,043. Secara simultan bauran pemasaran dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Dalam uji faktor dominan subvariabel bauran pemasaran yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah subvariabel promosi dengan tingkat sumbangan efektif sebesar 8,6%.

Digital transformation of the electronic filing system at the PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya using the Maximo System, which is a software application released by IBM where the Maximo function is to manage or it can also be said about time and care for an asset, so that it can work and work as it should, cost efficiency, effectiveness and optimize performance of the asset.

Abstract

Purpose: This study is titled "Analysis of Container Cranes on Stevedoring in Nilam Multipurpose Terminals The Use of Container Crane Against Container Stevedoring in Nilam Multipurpose Terminals". This study aims to determine the effect of using a Container Crane on the productivity of container stevedoring activities at Nilam multipurpose terminals. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach accompanied by other instruments such as secondary data, interviews and documentation which aims to determine the influence of container crane loading and unloading productivity and also supporting factors that can maximize the performance of the container crane at the Nilam Multipurpose Terminal. The data used as analytical material to support the research is performance data from loading and unloading activities at the Nunukan Island KM in 2016 to 2017 in the first semester Findings: The results showed that the role of container cranes is the most important factor in the implementation of container loading and unloading activities at Nilam multiplepurpose terminals. Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the improvement in human resource performance at PT. JPT Jatidiri Trans Surabaya Branch. The type of data used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT JPT Jatidiri Trans Surabaya Branch while the sample consisted of 30 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The data used is obtained from primary data and secondary data. This data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that leadership style has a partially significant effect on employee performance. The implications that occur in this research are that the application of a democratic and moralist leadership style has proven to be influential in improving employee performance, motivation has a partially significant effect on employee performance, motivation is a very important variable. Dominant in improving employee performance. The implications of this research are that the company implements divisional exchange management once every 2 years so that it motivates employees to expand their experience. Work discipline has a partially significant effect on employee performance. The implications that occur in this research are that work must be done on time and comply with regulations. company, consistently maintain company services. Leadership style, motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The implementation of the Centra Information System has brought major changes to Indonesian Port management. This research is in the form of qualitative descriptive research with data collection methods carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. discusses the benefits, challenges, and suggestions for optimizing the use of these modules. Centra increases operational efficiency by automating business processes and providing real-time data access. However, implementation is often faced with integration complexity, unexpected costs, and excessive customization. Employee engagement and change management are critical to overcoming these barriers. The Finance and Accounting module allows management to make decisions based on accurate and up-to-date data, optimize financial management, and report company performance better. The Material Management module helps manage inventory, supply chain and project management more efficiently. The Human Capital Management (HCM) module supports decision making in human resource management. Employee management, performance and development become more effective, increasing productivity and employee satisfaction. Future suggestions include regular system maintenance, ongoing training, and improved integration. Performance evaluation and integration of the latest technology are also crucial. The success of Centra Information Systems depends on collaboration between departments, planning for future needs, and adapting to change. By overcoming these challenges and following these suggestions, companies can optimize Centra implementation and take full advantage of the Finance and Accounting, Material Management, and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules to achieve higher efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness.

Abstract

The research is a study at the Tanjung Perak Main Port Authority Office, Surabaya. And this research also aims to analyze the factors that have the most dominant influence on employee performance. This research is a type of quantitative research, which consists of four variables, namely Occupational Safety and Health (K3) (X1), Work Environment (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). This research used a sample of 75 employees of the Tanjung Perak Main Port Authority Office, Surabaya. This research uses data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations, questionnaires. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, t test using SPSS calculations. The results of the analysis state that: (1) the t-count result is 0.653 < 1.996 t table so Occupational Safety and Health (K3) does not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) the t count result is 2.776> 1.994 t table so the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (3) tcount results 5,235 > 1,994 ttable Physical Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of this research show that K3, Work Environment.

Abstract

Abstrak PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI atau PTPN XI adalah perseroan terbatas agribisnis perkebunan dengan core business gula. Sejak tahun 2011 PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI mulai memasarkan salah satu produk utama gula dalam kemasan 1 kg dengan menggunakan merek GUPALAS (Gula Pasir Sebelas). Gula adalah salah satu kebutuhan pokok dan yang paling banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yang akan dicapai berdasarkan rumusan masalah adalah: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial variabel Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi dari konsumen gula Gupalas PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI dengan jumlah populasi 193 konsumen Gupalas pada bulan Juni 2021 hingga Juni 2022. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dalam penelitian yang dilakukan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI Surabaya adalah sebagai berikut: variabel kualitas pelayanan tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen gula gupalas dan variabel kualitas produk mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen Berdasarkan hasil uji F (Simultan) dapat diketahui bahwa secara simultan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk gula gupalas pada PT. Abstract

Abstract. The rapid growth of digital technology has created new entrepreneurial opportunities for young people; however, many Indonesian youth remain more inclined to become job seekers than job creators. This study examines the effects of digital literacy and social media on entrepreneurial intention among youth in Surabaya, with entrepreneurial self-efficacy serving as a moderating variable. A quantitative explanatory survey was conducted involving 160 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that digital literacy, social media, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy each have a positive and significant direct effect on entrepreneurial intention, with social media demonstrating the strongest influence. However, entrepreneurial self-efficacy does not significantly moderate the relationships between digital literacy and entrepreneurial intention or between social media and entrepreneurial intention. These findings suggest that strengthening digital competencies and promoting the productive use of social media are more effective strategies for fostering entrepreneurial intention among Indonesian youth.
